In 2004, I made the decision to leave a job that, paid good but did not make me happy. I started back to school working on my degree and in August 2005, I was accepted in to nursing school. The last three years have been absolutely the most difficult in my life. I have worked 2 jobs averaging 60 hours a week, gone to school, clinicals, studied and still did my best to make time throughout the week for my 7 year old son. I think the hardest part of nursing school was the fact that I felt I was giving up time with my son, I felt selfish as if I wasn't being a good father to him. Tonight, I took the first of two final exams, I got a 93. I take the second final exam on Monday. Right now I in the top 5 of my class as far as gpa goes. It's hard to express how I feel tonight, I cant believe this is almost over, I can't believe I am done. I've had a lot of support from people I have met on here along the way, and I wanted to say thanks for the encouragement and support. yea, I'm damn proud of myself :)

Have you ever had one of those days skydiving that made you remember why you started or keep skydiving? We started this morning at Flagler airport, the plane showed up at 10am. There were just three of us jumping, me cocheese, and Randall Shane. The winds were out of the NE at about 10 the sun was shinning and the temp. was perfect. The beach was empty with with the exception of a few people where we were landing. The day rocked, we made 3 nice jumps the view was perfect. No drama, no attitudes, no BS, just good people making awesome skydives and having fun. Looks like we will be doing it again in a couple of weeks and on a regular basis after that.

Any body planning on meeting us out in Flagler tomorrow? We are starting at 10am
-
Matt, within the next couple of weeks we will be running them every Saturday, and Sunday as demand requires. Have fun is Sebastian come see us in flagler next week
-
Don't blame it on the "canopy nazis" blame it on the carelessness of people who try to swoop through crowded landing areas

We will be offering beach jumps this Saturday, March 24 meeting at the flagler county airport. I know some of you have jumped out there in the past, however, you should know that we are using a different aircraft and a different pilot. Our pilot is a very experienced commerical pilot with thousands of hours flying jumpers. Full alt. will be $20.00 to 10,000 Hop-n-pops will be available. Safety is our primary concern, 500 jump minimum, current USPA membership with a d-license REQUIRED and winds must be conducive to jump ops at the beach lets have a nice safe weekend of making beach jumps!!! Who's interested?

We pulled in at about 6pm I still managed to make a head down jump with randy and shot some damn nice photos on the sunset load. Nice group of people here so far. We'll see how the weather treats us tomorrow. -
