Cool question........... I actually came down to the DZ with four friends. One ended up being too heavy to do AFF so that person did a Tandem and never jumped again. One other dropped out after Level 2. One dropped out after 80 skydives because her husband couldn't/wouldn't approve her spending time at the DZ. That left one of the original group of five still jumping along with me. I still see her all the time. But having someone close to me going through the AFF program was cool, cause we supported eachother while all our other friends doubted us. We carpooled all the time and even right after student status. Good times they were. Seb

I think thats awesome. I too have made a decision to do the same. I guess you if I had any advice I would just stress to people that the size or amount of people on a dive are not whats important. Work on body flying stuff like levelidity, driving to the middle, side sliding, and burble hopping just one on one. They are the most rewarding skydives I have found. Make people bomb out after you to and make them come to you. Try not to help them to much. No grips on your exits so they learn to fly their own bodies out the door. When you have two lower time jumpers and your're doing a three way just focus on slot flying for almost the whole dive. Oh practice practice practice breakoff's. Safe breakoff's are super important. Cheers to you though, you will make lots of friends...

Advice for first time Stilletto owner

Hey I got a Stiletto 135 also. I don't know why but I swear I will never jump anything else. I 've tried lot's of other canopies but I just love my Stiletto too much. The only advice I got is when the openings start getting funky it's time for a reline and dump stable............ -
