  3. I'll be there, can't guarantee a time yet, depends on weather, work, and sat nite.....
  4. Start with video, it gives you instant feedback on the shots you were looking for, what works and what doesn't etc. Saves having to wait for developing. And its fun to mess around with when you are not jumping. tuppence worth.... D
  5. At my old home back in bonny Scotland, we used to swoop sheep all the time, I thought I'd stay quiet on that front until Clay was distracted by talk of boobies and vibrators........ Hehehe, D
  6. Emma, now look what you've gone and done, you should have known better. Think about one with a flashing light.... Dytters guys, she's talking about dytters..... Haven't larfed so much at lunchtime fer a while, yesterday got all serious.....
  7. "Maybe this weekend for my 100th I will go topless. What do you think? " Aw cmon, do you really have to ask that??? Get video
  8. Thanks Clay, I'll update my thinking on this. I hope it never comes to that though.... D
  9. One of the most visually impressive sites I've come across is here http://www.bluebook2000.com/core2.html Okay its mostly photographs, but some nice poetry, and the snaps are bordering on the abstract. Enjoy... D
  10. Nice wish list Paul, excellent taste sir, mebbe you should post it to Santa and be good for the next 11 months.... D
  11. "Can we leave it at that? " Well, one thing that slipped though the net in all this discourse was the cessna coming bowling out of the west at 2k headed straight for the swarm (not just over the DZ, or close, but no shit, straight for them!). Last second hard right.....For me this was a much bigger issue than the previuosly discussed topic (and good points, well put by the pilots on forum, thanks for keeping your passengers in the picture). Naw, lets forget it and get back to Boobies! D
  12. And its good to see your truck is in fine condition too.... Cya around, prolly in some field or out of the way spot somewhere. Thanks for the lifts/ search and rescue services.. Dave
  13. Or one of us lardies could be the horse......Need a big baggy suit....Hmmmm...where will I get one of those from?????
  14. "I'm eager to see what the next generation of improvements brings." Like reliable cross brace manufacturing techniques? Joking, just joking........
  15. Hey Paula, I got your PM on the other thread, no worries - anytime, I tried replying but kept getting a failure message back, something about cookies, or biscuits, or cakes or something like that. Cya next time D
  16. "Would you recommend that though? I don't know, which is why I'm asking. I didn't know if you should ever trust your main as your last resort. " What else is left? Track for the pond? Unzip the jump suit? I'm with Mike on this one, but I would be tempted to cut the lines as opposed to the risers, prolly quicker/easier IMHO. D
  17. I'm with Paula on this one, there really was no big crisis, just some pissed off belly fliers, who exited the said aircraft in an orderly manner, good job people. There was a couple of go arounds on that load and there was enough fuel for everyone to get out safely and the plane landed fine under power to both (I believe) engines. Its not as if the thing stalled, or there was a serious drama...... I would add the caveat that I'm not a pilot either, and I'm not familiar with any FAA stuff, being a ferriner in this fair land. I do know the pilot's boss was more than a little pissed off with him though, so can't we move on to something more meaningful, like errrr, boobies or something? D
  18. "Anyone got a 20 pound weightvest" Aww girl that's just shape-ist....Now if only you would hang up your booties 'n grippers and come and play with some freefliers...Even wee skinny lassies like yerself, would soon realise that us Phattt Daddios can have fun too. Either that, or lay off the Lite beer (drink more Heineken), and eat at the 'Cutaway' more often .. Cya next time.. D seldom second in the rolling down the hill race.....
  19. "Running out of fuel is totally unacceptable and inexcusable.. " Faulty fuel gauge?????????
  20. Sounds fun..... "Make it so" AggieDave, Jeff, Gemini, Trent, Hookit, you guys up for this? We'll build a fast, rock solid, 4-way belly base, and the freeflyers can come and play. There's enough hybrid experience at Spaceland to pull this off....
  21. Yeah, it was cool to finally jump with you too, consider yourelf virtually pied Zennster...... That was the first Hybrid I've seen close up, next time we should put some fast falling RW/FFly freak/mongrel like myself on the RW base, mebbe pick it up a little...I'm sure you know what I mean, hehehe.... Cya D
  22. Snuck out the office @ 4, hightailed it down highway 6, and made the sunset load friday, weekend kicked ass, great vibes, cool visuals from the belly fliers, nice freefly visitors from San Marcos, mild drama on the 40 ways, and the usual carbonezone shenanigans...... I should have worked this weekend, but I got up early this morning (4.30 yukkk), made it into the office and cleared the backlog before the boss realised I didn't make it in sat or sun...Phew! cya D
  23. Jason, The Kill line can shrink/stretch over time, this will mean the coloured section may not be in the window, you can remark the kill line using a marker as described above, but I don't bother. Just be sure to cock it properly during the pack job. Cya D
