Plane (Leased or Bought Typically in the Range of $500,00 to $1,000,000.00 (or even $50,000 to $100,00 for Cessna DZ) Aircraft insurance Aircraft Maintenance Fuel Costs Hangar Space Utilities Staff such as Manifest Advertising costs Student Gear Costs Gear Maintenance Costs (reserve repacks, Lost canopies and handles from Student cut aways, Cypress Maintenance and Batteries) And atleast a 100 other costs that I haven’t even thought of.. And dont forget... You only get to be open for business part of the year (Too cold in Buffalo I would guess during the heavy winter months) and then even get weathered out another 1/4 of the available days left... (You still have to make the Plane Payments, Hangar Payments, Insurance Payments, Advertising costs and many other things even if you are not Flying) It is amazing that Skydiving is as affordable as it is. Sounds like you want something for Nothing. This is not a Cheap Sport. If you can find somewhere that will get you an A License for $1000.. More power to you. But understand that no one is getting rich off charging you $150 to $250 for your first 7 Jumps. If you want to make a Small fortune by Opening a DZ…. Start with a Large One.

No way in hell you will get another 110K miles out of a 99 Chrysler Sebring without other major repairs poping up. I am a HUGE Mopar Fan and Love Classic Chrysler, Plymouth and Dodge cars but the reality is for a while they were building pure shit cars. Their newer cars seem to be built a little better now.. (My next Car will be a Dodge.. A Challenger soon as it comes out) But ANYTHING buily by Chrysler in the 90`s is not going to last. If you want a car that will last, get a Honda or Toyota.

I used to have what many Men would consider the ultimate Job. What could be better for a Guy that to have a Job where you could Drink all you wanted, sit around all Night and watch Nekkid women and all you had to do was play Music?? And get paid between $1200 to $2000 cash per week (That Unkle Sam didnt necessarily know about). Strip Club DJ. It turned out to be the most stressful Job I have ever had. 30 to 40 women working with you each night and each and every one thought you worked JUST for her. Most of them trying to drag you into their personal drama at all times. Screaming at you because "You played my song for her!!" and "Its your fault I’m not making any money". Then Hell week would hit (when all 40 of them would start PMSing at the same time). No amount of money in the world could make me go back to that. No matter how good the job sounds… There will be some stress involved.
