And secondly you can go through 3 jump tickets in under 3 hours. That money pays for the whole day at an amusement park. This seems like a bad idea. Seems that it is going to enough work transitioning from a big canopy with the proper brake line settings to a smaller canopy. Why add in the fact that that larger canopy isn't flying like it was designed to in the first place? If the "student" doesn't want to know how to flare and turn his canopy properly, then he should be doing a tandem, where the TI isn't going to let him make a poor decision with his toggles. Man! What's wrong with those people? I am by no means super experienced (110 jumps), but if a cute girl started frequenting my dropzone and needed someone to jump with, I'd be more than happy to jump with her(you). I know what not having someone to jump with is like, and it's not fun. In fact I did more sitting around yesterday than jumping because I was wanting to get some 2 way sits in with someone who knows what they are doing in the freefly arena, and those 3 or 4 guys spent most of the day jumping together. If you're ever in Indianapolis I'll be more than happy to jump with you.

Right, but I am referring to when there is a whole line of cars in the left lane who are all passing slower traffic in the right lane, and someone decides they can buzz past the line of cars that are waiting to pass the slower right lane, and then try to cut into the line that is already trying to past. All this does is manage to slow the passing lane down even further. But yes, if you have no one in front of you and you are in the left lane, you should get the hell out of the way of someone faster than you who might be coming up behind. Maybe, but I doubt it. Making fun of people is a sign of insecurity, and I have never seen a RWer make fun of a freeflyer. It's always the other way around. I do both RW and freefly, that way I can make fun of myself.

Might seem that way, but it really isn't. When I end up having to pass someone on the right, it is when there is noone in the right lane that the slow person in front of me might be passing. They are generally just unaware. Usually on a cell phone or just stupid (synonymous in my mind). Even in this case I stay behind them for much longer than should be necessary for them to see I'm behind them and move, and if they are still just piddling along, yapping on their cell phone and not paying attention, I buzz around them in the right lane if it is clear.

I'm with you on this one Andrea. I haven't sold a damn thing to pay for skydiving.

There is nothing quite as vindicating as watching someone who tried to disregard the "rules of the road" get hosed on getting back into the flow of traffic. I will do everything in my power to make that happen. The most common instances that I can think of where this occurs when I am driving is when there is a line of faster moving cars in the left(fast) lane that are passing cars in right lane, and some "super intelligent" idiot decides he can save time zooming up the right lane til he's right behind the slower cars and then trying to cut back over into the left lane. When I see this happening, I will do my best to stay beside this car or in a position that won't let them get back over, all the way up until they have to slow down because of the slower traffic. This is most fun when they really speed up and end up having to slam on the brakes behind a slow semi or something, and then I go cruising past in the lane I am supposed to be in. (You know a few choice curse words were just uttered in that guy's/girl's car.
