My Christmas gift from Duane Weber came a little early today. It was around 4 Pm and I had fell asleep on the couch. I was having a dream (note I took NO medications today so don't come off with what I know you guys are thinking). In the dream I am in the bedroom and I see or hear someone and the bedroom door get pull to by someone - I knew there was someone in the house and was fighting to get awake, but something was holding me and I couldn't move and who ever or what ever went out the door. I free myself from what ever was holding me in this semi trance like dream. But, I am still dreaming and I am outside stumbling around in a daze and I see one of those UPS trailers and a UPS man. I asked him if he saw some one come out of my house - I am still unsteady and feeling uncertain on my feet. Then the DOOR Bell ring - I am still on the couch and go to the door - the UPS man had just left a package. That was the beginning of a string of memories in the last few hours. I had received an email this morning - but just didn't see anything there of value - just 2 words relating to anoher subject regarding Cooper - but, it just didn't mean anything. The name of an area. I thought how odd, but again just could not put my head around it. After the dream - something drove me to go to some very very old files and then I found IT. Don't know what I can do about IT until after the 1st of the yr. This one find led to a string of finds....even I do NOT believe what I may have possibly came up on! I believe the FBI is going to HAVE to RETHINK their entire INVESTIGATION if one can even call it an investigation. Two words and then I started to match things that didn't match and I need to look some things up on the computer, but I don't feel so well right now. It has been sitting and staring the FBI and JO WEBER in the face for YRS and YRS. I have ALWAYS refrained from reading or inquiring about other suspects - Just what is mentioned in this thread. If what I have found proves out and I do believe with all of my heard and sole it will - When I give it to the FBI I will give them 3 DAY to do what they have to do....it is easy with geneaology reports I have problems accessing. How I missed this I will never know. A possible and a VERY strong connection between Weber and another suspect....ALL because I do NOT research on other suspects. NO NO it is NOT Kenny! I will just say this guy was presented as a suspect over the yrs - now I think there is better than a 90% chance that suspect is heavily connected to another suspect. The dream I had was a representation of a GOOD BYE. Duane had come back - and made his presence....know with the dream and the dream was on target with a Christmas package arriving. Do I believe in Ghost or the paranormal - NO I do NOT I just know what happened this afternoon. It was buried in Duane's past and the things he told me on the trip, but there was never a trigger point - the name of a place or the name of a woman. NO way this profile if I can call it a profile at this time - can put 2 suspects so close together in the past they could reach out and touch each other. Too much to digest. ALL of this time it came down to keeping an open mind! That is all. Also to have studied other subjects and their backgrounds - accidently stumbling on one commonality and then it divides and each story starts to grow. Most of us have tried that. Mine was tracing the flight path Sluggo did on clear plastic and moving it on the map. Why I kept saying 1 minute up and 1 minute East and it was then it put Cooper landing East of where the FBI put him and further North. Evidently there is NOW new infomation available about the co-ordinates of the flight - just a jest I got out of one Robert99's post of recent.....one he did NOT elaborate on. My copy was FREE and was sent to me before I WENT public in 2000. In never knew who sent me that book but I lay odds it was one of 3 individuals. Note an unusual name in the book - the name of a woman. Recently a man bearing that same unusual last name told my personal representative that Duane used to date his sister! What is the chance of that? Just an odd coincidence. Now there is another part of the story that is an ODD co-incidence. The part where he pays for a dog and 1 yrs supply of dog food. The owner of the shop was to provide that to the next kid longing for a dog and the family unable to buy it or provide for it.

I am the one who got BLAMED, but my only complaint was his using the Cooper Comic in the FBI site AFTER this thread discussed it. Prior to that there WAS no mention of the Comic in the case other than casually. This is what set off another story - the one Marla told. He was putting things in the thread that was NOT part of the case in its origin. She took the Cooper Comic from the FBI site! What was done probagated a lot of problems for the FBI. I seriously doubt MY complaint caused them to dismiss him from the thread. I expect there are and where underlining conditions such as violations of protocol - but, that would only be a guess. REMEMBER Carr denied me the Jefferson file and so did other agents. ONLY after a recent poster did what Carr should have done. I printed and investigated. What was available when Carr was here - it was pathetic. I had to go to the state to get what little I did - there were NO details available when Carr was here and I could NOT obtain the actual file because he nor the FBI would provide me with the means to do so. I asked and asked. I had a man go to the prison with the appropriate papers after a worker there said we could have them. They turned him away and that was an expensive trip...all communications with this person at the prison was denied. Made me fight even harder! I had given up ever seeing the prison pics - like I had of the other encarcerations. There were NO pics with the McNeil - because the FBI denied Duane was in McNeil until I cornered the FBI agent in 2000 (plus the file was so old all of the back information had been destroyed). Dear Robert 99 - this is ONE time U are wrong. The only hold up on the money was due to delays on the ground and the chutes NOT being available. Cooper was aware of Seattle having this money in preparation - and WHY Seattle was chosen. Yes the money had been set aside and one has to wonder if they really had to record all of the bills. Why such poor preparation? The bill should already have been copied and recorded and in stacks. The way it came down - seems like there was little preparation ahead of time other the the money being on hand. Only select banks had the funds set aside for such an incident. Cooper knew this when he chose Seattle and due to remote area knew his chance of getting way - IF he survived the jump was a high probability! The Skyjacker - His Flights of Fantasy. by David G. Hubbard. A distinguished psychiatrist who interviewed many skyjackers! The Book was published in 1971 before the Cooper deal. I have written this before, but all of you chose to ignore it. "David G. Hubbard was in private practice in Dalles and CONSULTANT to the U.S. Public Healther Research Center in Forth Worth, Tx and to the MEDICAL CENTER FOR FEDERAL PRISONERS IN SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI." As some of you may be aware- Duane Weber was in the Medical Center when he was in Jefferson 1966 to 1968. (insertion into text) One thing I did ask Weber about Jefferson - I wanted to know what they did all day and how they spent their time. He told me there were pilots and veterans in the same area as himself and they sat around and planned how they would do the BIG ONE! NOTE he did NOT mention there was a skyjacker in the group (wonder why). Pg 175 the final government folly, referencing a Presidential Task Force & its Control System. He mentions the public pressure on the FAA to create a a special task force. The task force was NOT allowed to examine the offenders incarcerated and they only had information fed into a computer to develop a Personality profile regarding skyjackers. The personality profile was to be able to identify possible skyjackers in advance...but a 5% factor was too high and not things identifiable to the passengers or crew....all of this was discussed in Washington DC on July 16, 1970, Basically they abandoned the profile based on fallacious assumptions. To utilize the results of this testing it would created what he called igendermutations of the skyjackings. The last words on this page is his statement are challenging as he states (The accuracy of that statement may well be tested in the coming months by what happens to my federal consutancies). Sound like a threat to me! If I stated that Duane had claimed to have known the man - it would HE HAW! HE HAW! Then Georger would change his avatar to the precious donkey pic. Mr. Hubbard never states in the book when he first began interviewing his subjects. I will make an observation at this time - NO ONE will get! The photographer for Hubbard was Jack Boggan. I will let you GUY figure that one out. Maybe you need to go to some old prison records in Canon City, Colorado. What little Duane told me about Jefferson was minute. In 2000 after the drivers license episode - he had to make an explanation regarding the JOHN COLLINS drivers license. For a few weeks he resided in our travel trail at the shop and 2 blocks from the hospital. He need to make some adjustments ot his life and the Dr felt he needed time alone. I made the arrangements and had the travel trailer moved and set up at the office. It was March and the weather was condusive to do this. Not HOT and Not Cold. It was during this time on his visits to the house he tried to tell me about his life - he told me he had been incarcerated at Jefferson for 16 months under that name. I did NOT ask a lot of questions - I knew he had a past but thought it was when he was a kid. This was difficult for me...to digest. He was sick and we had lived several good yrs with NO problems - now I find he is an ex-con. Knowing he was have problems with the machine - I didn't want to upset him - I tried to put myself in his place and in his state of mind. He told me little things that I did NOT know referenced other prison residencies. He told me about a photographer he used to work for. After he died and Doug Pasternac aquired the Canon City file with a picture in it and I did some research regarding the yrs in WA. I kept coming up with CCC's and Migrant workers and forestry. There were some amazing pictures over the yrs I found and I could never find out who made this picture or where it was made - but it was in Duane Weber's prison file at Canon City, Co. I do NOT know why this keeps coming up and I have no explanation for this feeling that photo in a prison file was weird....I aways remember the remark Duane made about working for a photographer, but never ever knew who or when. The statement was made because of something he was looking at in a book...and that book had camps and forestry pics in it...an pictures of guys. He said he knew the guys and told me little characterists about them. I thought one of them looked like him and he said there was a picture of him in the book but someone had cut it out. I never found the book, but SNOWMMAN found some of the pictures - pictures supposedly of CCC's. It had the beds in it and he pointed to one of them and told me that was his bunk. There was a picture of a man spreading chutes out and Duane explained what they did in that room. NO one would ever believe me - and I chased a book with those pics in it but never found the book ... I remembered the picture of a large area - with cabins in the back and men working up a hill. I see the image in my mind and wish I was able to draw it - he told me he was there and how they built some things the boss didn't know about as suprise....they had some how gained access to the material and logs about built a cabin - but it wasn't a house it was some kind of station. I am tired and I am rambling but somethings I have to say - and I have to say them now. I found some of the pictures and books about the places but NOT the book they were all in. Duane ran into a man at the FLEA market he had know from that camp in WA and I didn't know what they were talking about. Duane sent me to get us a soda - that was an excuse to get me away from the conversation. After Duane died and after I understood who Dan Cooper was - I tried to find this man. Duane knew this man from WA...and either CCC's or prison workers or forestry or jumpers... I did see this man after Duane died, but at that time I had no idea of his past. I told the man Duane had died and he said he was sorry. After I found out who Dan Cooper was - and about Duane's record I tried to find him again. Found someone I thought was him, but I guess he wasn't. Now I no longer remember the one part of the name I was told. I remembered the story and the story was about that place in a picture that is instilled in my mind. It seem that one time in this thread someone mentioned a name and I chased it and I chased the pics - while Snowmman was here. I can no longer read back and I wish I could. Just curious, Jo. Are you still paying for long distance? You make a lot of calls and you could save a lot of money. I pay a flat fee for unlimited long distance in the states....approx $30 every month not including the basic service of approx $31. Means I can talk to my kids when ever I want without worring about the lenght of the call. (It is the ONE LUXURY I allow myself). I rarely eat out. I talk to one daugs almost daily. Not hearing from me for a couple of days - she would be calling me & she cannot afford to do so. If they don't hear from me they know to contact a neighbor and see if my morning papers have accumulated.... The regular mailman also watches for this - he knows if I am going to leave I make arrangements to stop my mail, but when the box was down for 2 wks he brought the mail to the door every 3 day - just to be sure I was OK! It was impossible to keep track of the 20's. This has been discussed in depth. There were NO machines in 1979 that could check the 20's and it had to be done manually by the Bank Clerks. I believe the only time the serial numbers where read was when the 20 had to be destroyed due to age and condition. 20's were too easy to move thru the system. Someone passing 20's in Tahoe or Vegas 8 yrs after the crime would have gone undetected other than the condition of the bills - why Cooper planted the found bills and also some others that were never found. There are 2 stories out there about a man who wanted to buy a boat. One in WA that I only recently heard and one out of the Miami/Ft.Lauderdale area. The ex-wife who the FBI terrified and who feared she could be prosecuted as an accomplice was afraid to come forward (the FBI scared her and she destroyed what evidence she had before they went to visit her)...she tried to burn it and did destroy the shed for which she had to face had to face charges in her locality. It was finally written off as the KIDS accidently starting the fire. I was old it was deliberate and not one of the kids. Her daughter told me the truth, but the FBI did NOT go back and talk to the woman. The young woman who I spoke to ODed a few months later....so one could then question her story. Her mother died 2 or 3 yrs later. Addicts do lie - so all I have is her story as she told it to me..she begged me not to say anything to her mother and I never did. I did ask the mother in a GENERAL conversation one night when she was more than 3 sheets in the wind about the fire - she told me the kids started the fire. So what do I have - nothing that is conclusive on the matter. Since the fire occured after the FBI contacted the woman and before they went to see her - it was suspicious and the daughter a few yrs later verified this. By then there was NO way to prove or disprove her little story. I did communicate things to the FBI - 99% of the time all I got was a recorder. The FBI was stupid to have made an appointment with the woman! Two local FBI agents in her state of residence having only general knowledge of Cooper proceeded in a manner allowing for concealment of evidence and/or destuction of a evidence. Question first and then observe should a basic rule. She did NOT have knowledge of the crime - until after the fact....this she told me yrs later after I was able to make communications with her. Maybe she was just 3 sheets in the wind and playing mind game with me - I don't think so. She like myself (she was much older than me) knew she was at the endstage of her life and she did confide certain things to me. Maybe she was just probagating a story as she was known for her sense of humor and teases. Since I have now entered that phase of my life - I know she was playing no games at that time. I never forgave myself for NOT giving her my address just a few weeks before she died. After I remarried I did NOT allow her to have my phone number - because her calls in the wee hours of the morning my husband would NEVER have stood for. When I made my regular 3 month call - she had just died 2 hrs before on that Veterans day in November of 2004. Perhaps there is a REASON all of the doors closed - but, I haven't given up on opening another door. Her youngest son would contact me after her death and by the way thru this thread. I fear my communications with him did more harm than good - but, he did validate the stories I had heard and been told by his mother and by Weber. Nothing conclusive as to Weber being Cooper but a general conception. Some of the things he told me were shocking like the TIE STORY which I have told in the thread. The story is about the origination of the tie and in itself was interesting. The family per the source used to tell the story about the tie long after Weber was out of their lives. The clip was given to Weber because mother of pearl / or pearl was his birthstone. Ah so the little stories that mean nothing in their telling on an individual basis - but all part of the Cooper Saga. The tie was supposedly stolen from Bobby Kennedy's hotel room in Jefferson. Blevins may actually have thought KC could be Cooper - but enough is enough. Concealment of his "witnesses" and their attitude toward him are SELF explanatory! Concealment of his "witnesses" is the only way Blevins can profit! All I want is to ask them NON BLEVINS and NOT KC questions. Blevins - I will be talking to the FBI about this on Monday. If the FBI doesn't do anything - then I will make an appeal for the individuals to contact me thur a media source in their general locality. I assure you when I do this the name BLEVINS will be CRAP. You can help to end this or you can keep right on probagating you "story" as you have to know there was NO way KC was Cooper. If the individuals stand behind what you supposedly have printed as the truth - so be it. Frankly I think the are FED up & would love for retractions w/ apologies to be forth coming. Then you are off the hook - no lawsuit. If what you have claimed was TRUE then you would not consistently hammer on & on about Law Suits. Well by particating in this you could mend some fences, but you are so fricking afraid of a law suit you continue to hide the people you interviewed. If you don't help I am going public and ask the papers and the TV stations to help me. The FBI won't do shit! They are the only reason I have put up with the yarns you spin on this thread...If you are afraid to contact them - that means you are quilty of what you have been accused of. If U are on such good terms with them WHY don't you let Geestman know a woman wants to get in touch with him about Puyallup and someone there he might have known. Which is precisely what I want to talk to him about.I will not be talking about Kenney at all. I want to know if Geestman knew a man by the name of Stanley Gilliam and his wife Eunice (you can remind him she worked for Ma Bell)...and at one time they lived in Puyallup. Tell him they lived in the Stucco house and ask him about a man by the name of Barth. Barth was a man who helped develope the programs outside of McNeil and ask him about a Sheriff North of Seattle who was involved in the rehabilitation of young prisoners in the mid 40's onward who had NOT commit grave crimes. They were in prison for what today would be petty theft. Ask him if some of these guys stayed at Paradise park while working on the power line and/or CCC's rehabitating parks on the coast line. In fact why don't you copy and paste this post on a write program and mail it to him with my address and phone number. Tell him if he calls me I will call him back on my nickel! I do NOT even have to make Cooper part of this conversation - in fact I wouldn't because that IS not what I want to talk to him about. I want to talk to him about the past. After reading and hearing about him and the fact he knows the Woman who Rode astride a team of Horses that I want to talk to her because my husband told me about her....is she the one who used to be married to him? Then after Kenny dies the brother decides Kenny is Cooper. That is how seed of gossip are planted. Some how the idea fo the brother possibly being Cooper was planted in some manner and Lyle decided to CASH in on it. The fact Lyle sent the letter to a movie producer is all anyone with any common sense can come up with. Sure Kenny probably living in the N.W. talked about all of the Gossip going on about Cooper. It was innocent - I do NOT believe Kenny ever thought anyone would think he was Cooper. Blevins DO YOU know anything about Geestmans past. What he did for a living and what his interest are and what he was doing during the war and for the war effort. How old was he in 1944 as the war was ending. You were so vested in Kenny you forgot about the feelings and the lives of the others you talked to. You are terrified I will say bad things about you - well, that is NOT how I operate. I say it to your face. When you are looking for infomation- the first thing you do not do is alienate the person or they are NOT going to talk to you. Think about how I have protected Tina and how I attack anyone who attacks her - that should tell you I am NOT going to ALIENATE Geestman. Those 2 are keys to the past of the NORTHWEST...and my interest is because I knew about her from my husband and he said he knew her. My interest in Geestman is that my husband also talked about Paradise Park - he described it to me. IF you do not do this then you ARE hiding something. I am NOT going to talk about Cooper - hell it can be a 3 way phone thing. I have never done that, but I am sure someone here can arrange it. Even if I paid my attorney to do it in his office it would be cheaper than air fare and let him know I am unable to travel to see him in person. In fact I will pay the airfare for Geestman and for the woman who rode horses to come to FL and pay for their room for 2 days. They could stay here, but I am not well enough to host guest or to fly to them. Your CALL! If you do not help me with this, I am sure someone reading this will. It would certainly give me peace of mind and mean I can move on - an assisted living is in my near future. Since I am NOT a candidate for living in close contact with others - I will end up being sedated and mindless for what remains of my life....there are choices, but they are expensive. I want resolution more than life...resolution makes the last 18 yrs count for something. I don't care what the truth is - I just want the truth about Duane Weber and his connections to the N.W. I can assure you his connections go beyond his being confined to a prison there for a short period of time. If it was some form of encarceration if was the beinging of the programs that exist today. These too people are the only REASONS I have ever listened to your stories and tolerated them. Help me now or someone else will. If I have to I will go to the papers and BEG them to help me find these people. I am desperate right now for resolution. I am NOT asking for much - nothing I can do will ever prove Weber was Cooper, but I can put him in the N.W. and iin an enviroment that would make sense....IF I can do that - it makes my life count for something! It makes the yrs I have spent on this mean something! Nothing I find will ever prove Weber was Cooper, but I need to KNOW I am not CRAZY....that all of the little details are NOT fragments of my imagination. Most times I wish I couldn't remember the things I do, but I do! YOU are so wrong Blevins! Perhaps the search will lead them to a suspect. Perhaps they already have a suspect and have checked his background and/or contacts. We did explore this in a different direction long ago and maybe it is time to re-address this. I proposed something similar to this long ago when I needed property records to prove a suspect may have taken refuge in a house he was familiar with. Doesn't even mean the owner was involved at all. I seriously doubt Cooper hid all of his bounty in one place. I forget the expression Duane used to say all the time. Time and stress and illness and age has started to erode my memory. You need to rethink allowing me to contact the woman and Geestman. They may have had some suspicions of who Cooper might have been, but KC was not Cooper. Their interest may have simple have been - that there was someone they had contact with they thought was Cooper, but that man's name was unknown to them. You are so BUSY protecting your story that you just might be standing in the way of progress and finding someone who knew Cooper or thought they knew a man who could have been Cooper has diminished due to the age of the crime. Time is eroding progress - due to the age of ny supposed witness, but you are aware of that you BANK on them dieing before a viable suspect is found. You are so heavily invested in KC that you will stand in the way of any REAL lead that might become known regarding any suspect known or unknown! Do what you can do to help with your resouces (individuals in the right age category) - stop hiding youn head in the sand. Would you want to be know for a story that is false or be someone who helped solve the case? We all know the answer to that one. SELF ABSORTION! I have it, but have NO idea where it is, as I file chronologically and not by topic. Big mistake cause this ole woman just had NO idea what she was doing. The files are NOW a mass of disorganized crap. My time is spent trying to manage my health and the activities I have to do...most of which go undone. I have to take it day by day and sometimes just hour by hour. Lately I am forgetting to eat - probably because eating intensifies one of my problems. Was your source someone who used to post in the thread? I believe that individual was responsible for the information I obtained - he lived in WA at that time and acquired it by (if my memory serves me) actually going to the source and physically finding the information. I thought it was posted in the thread at that time, but maybe it was just one of those things he put in his back pocket and then diverted in a different direction. It could also have been the woman who helped me that never posted or read the thread - she did a lot of checking by going to the records for things like that in Vancouver, Portland and Washougal. Why would a house have to be demolished? That is what I was thinking. Made me wonder if Flyjack had read things I proposed and had actually researched my story. You are correct that Farflung brought something similar up and that it regarded all of those homes built out off the water on the Portland side. It also involved something in the stories I originally told about our trip. Duane showed me the homes built out off the water and he knew someone who used to live there, but then Duane used to know a lot of people in a lot of places. I know this is mentioned in a tape I made about the trip before I had a computer and I believe introduced to the thread or to the FBI. I have massive files - but the first few yrs are all paper. I didn't know how to save files and I also had lots of "stuff" from the 1st 4 1/2 yrs with nothing but a phone at my disposal. I even stopped there on my trip and spoke with one of the occupants who was outside on my 2010 trip to WA & OR. I made notes of everyone I spoke with so it is probably in that green book or my little pad I carried at ALL times. Surely those homes have had damage over the yrs. I do NOT even know if those homes were there pre 1979 but there in 1979. I noted things had changed in 2010 when I stopped, but that was the first time I sat foot on the area and that is when I spoke to the man who was doing something outside. I never thought to run property records of owners of those homes from 1971 to see if a name popped. Where they there in 1971? I do not have a clue. I am just telling my own experience and that is all. Not interjecting into this as I do NOT have enough knowledge of the area to do so. My mind set is the homes on the Vancouver side - because Duane Stopped there were a house USED to be. The neighbor on the other side of the Park is the one who got in the car with perfect strangers in 2001 to take us up to the location. She did NOT remember when the house 'disappeared' as she did not live with her parents in those yrs and also did lots of traveling abroad, but her parents lived in the home West of the Winterly Park....before and after the skyjacking. VERY nice woman and well educated. She was staying in the old homestead to take care of her elderly mother in 2001. This was the place with the open double garage or work room with all of those BUCKETS stacked along the back. She said her father reused the buckets for his work. I forget NOW what she said he did for a living. I discussed this in the thread long long ago and at that time I believe I remembered what she said her father did for a living....I only knew the womans name as she communicated with me by email about this after I got home. I will pay for your time, but you will have to go the Vancouver County Court House. I need the property records & or Mekster Maps of this area. Winterly Park, Topper Dr, Lieser Point and Image Lane. These are ALL below the rails and properties along the Columbia River. I need for the property owners to go back as far as 1943. There is a connection To DUANE WEBER in the homes along there. He spoke of nicer homes over the berm and North of the tracks. I assume the homes long the river had been there for yrs except when floods damaged them. Looking at this map I couldn't understand why I could not see the PDX in 1979 - evidently just trees from the point at which we stood . 1971 to 1979. Homes along the water were damaged in a flood. The house I wanted to find out who it belonged to was not there in 1979, but had been there previously. This site was East of Winterly Park which was Completed in 1972. There was property ajoining the park East of the park. The property was high and dry when I saw it in 1979 and in 2001. In 2010 the property had 3 new houses on it. I had been told in 2001 if I had my driver take me to the evergreen hwy and then turn back toward the river that there was another site very similar to this. Had it not have been for locals I would not have found this. The woman on the river in 2001 I called the river lady. She was home caring for her elderly mother and her home was at the entrance to Winterly park. The other area was East of Winterly park. Between 2001 and 2010 there was a lot of developement. Things had changed drastically. Condos and Apartments had been built along the river and an industrial site along the river was quickly disappearing. Some a preserve had also been built in the area....I remembered I didn't understand all of that land in a preserver and the purpose of the preserver, but I had no time to ask a lot of questions. The area East of Winterly park I am looking for did NOT have a house on it in 1979 but did have 3 homes on it in 2001. Since I did NOT go to the easterly properties - I did not know what was there. THese homes set up high with a magnificant view of the river. The location East of there which I did not visit would have probably have had a view of the airport along with the river. In 1979 Duane talked about a house that was there that was NOT there and he had memories of staying in that house. I do not know if it belonged to some member of the family over the yrs, or it it belonged to a man who the family knew or to someone within the system that was trying to help Weber as he struggled with his record and being encarcerated in Wa. Would love to have the names of all the property records along the river at that time....in 1971. Also would be nice to know their occupations....but I could NOT get this information without going to the court house. What used to be called a Metsker Map. (Shows the property and the property owner for the yrs it was created). I expect this kind of map became obsolete with to days times. When on can find one like I have on Washoughal it is a trememdouse too for research that goes back 40 yrs. They are of historical value. I know there were Metsker maps for the area I am talking about - but my relaying of a phone what I need is impossible. I suppose the historian go to the court house and search their own maps to be copied. Some of these old maps are becoming very rare. The one I have is dated 1974 of the Washougal. I didn't ask you to reveal his address in the thread and you over think everything. Why don't you just one time be impulsive. Hell, they are NOT going to sue you. That is the last thing a senior wants in their way. But maybe you are so fearful of a law suit that you do not push anywhere but in this thread. You are only fearful of a lawsuit if you think you have done something wrong. I do not use a credit card on the internet and I only have dial up. I do NOT have any special protection on my computer. I do not even know what State Geestman lives in and I do not know the name of the woman who rode astride a team of horses. I also have not read your book. Does that surprise you? It shouldn't as I make it a point not to read other new Cooper materials. I did read Greys book because he & I communicated & he came to see me. I read parts of it over and over in the thread and did NOT feel I needed to purchase a book. I do NOT read books on the internet. I like books I can get comfortable with on the couch or in bed. I read NOTHING in Grey's book that fingerpointed any suspect! Nor did he favor one suspect over the other. This characterist about you is why feel you stepped out of place interviewing the individuals and that you story is not accurate. You claim to have contacts with ertain individuals and that is a puzzle - they don't seem to remember the contacts. I have read the older books, but they are generic on suspects. As I pointed out previously when Porteous had his feeler out - I contacted him before you did. He went fishing and you took the bait - hook, sinker and Line....he had it on his site because he was curious. NO seriously I ask you to put me in contact with these people - not because I want to bust YOU. But because of the common thread in our stories I ASKED you yrs ago to respond to multiple times since you came to the thread. 1. Geestman and his contacts in Puyallup. If he had contacts in Puyallup and he may have met the man I want him to see pictures of. I feel certain Geestman knew the individual I need to ask him about. 2. The woman who rode a Team of horse standing astride the front team. Duane actually told me about this woman on the trip - therefore he probably knew her - this was within moments of his mention of Paradise and the coast line and the parallel power lines. He mention a place above there where the boys use do eat. It was a Smorgasborg. I thought this too much of a co-incidence. I have pestered you about this since you came to the thread. Not contacting them SCREAMS of your having written untruths. My question are restricted to the above. I know this is useless as you didn't do it yrs ago when I asked about it. It had better be soon he looked like he was near the end stage of life in the segment you did. Let me ask you something. Do you hate ALL the people who have done a book on Cooper, or appeared on television? There are a few people in this category. Do you have bad feelings on Geoff Gray, for example? His book is heavily KC-oriented, a movie is currently being filmed on his book, and he has appeared on TV a heck of a lot more than I have. I like the guy. I met him once. He's a nice person. I don't hate any of them - my story is personal and I knew the man - this is what separated me for you. When I read Grey's book - IT DOES NOT indicate KC was Cooper in anyway what so ever. You have said that before and that is my main problem with you. YOU take everything and apply it to KC. YOU never met KC and YOU have so much wrong with your book and your story depends on the plane being to the West. It did NOT happen that way. I care less about a movie - because I know that anyone who goes in the direction of KC needs to stop and think. If you had been more open about your 'witnesses' that would have helped. The only ones in your story I need to talk to was the woman who rode atop the horses and Geetsman, but KC was NOT COOPER - you can take that to the bank. Geestman because of his Puyallup connections and I have not seen the pictures someone mentioned. I need to know about some friend he may have had there. The woman who rode astride the horses - I would like to talk to. I only want to show them both pictures and ask them if they EVER met the man in the pictures. What got my attention about your story and was 2 things Duane mentioned - Paradise park where the boys used to stay and the woman who rode astride a team of horses. I have notes and logs I made before I ever heard of you. My conversations with Mr. H incorporated both Paradise and the woman & then yrs later you POP UP. BUT, KC was NOT Cooper. You engarnished too much of your story - perhaps there was a connection but you pushed your witnesses in the wrong directions. You did NOT leave the relationship open ended. You backed your witnesses into an offensive position and now you have so much vested you are just waiting for them to die. Wouldn't the truth be better even if it turns out KC was not Cooper? Your TUNNEL vision will be your undoing! The most important person I need to talk to is the woman who rode astride the horses - I need for her to see the Jefferson pics and find out when she made her exhibitions and where. Robert99 - YOU mean to tell me you do NOT remember making this post. How CAN YOU even put me in the category of Blevins. I was married to the man for 17 yrs & lived with him before that. I have spent the last 18 yrs trying to unravel his life. I did NOT write a book or make a movie. I have researched since 1996 & I still look for answers. I want & I need answers before I die. I have NOT lied or falsified Duane's past - I have only told what I could & not one person ever sat down with me & followed it thru from beginning to end. NONE of you lived the life I lived with Duane Weber & if you take it from the beginning there is NO OTHER logical explanation for his confession. Some of you claim others have confessed, but did the others ever have a past so convoluted & questionable - even the FBI could not track it. So who was Weber and were was he during the questionable yrs? 1946 to 1949 and then 1962 to 1966. Who was Johnnie? NO proof of where or what Weber was doing from 1945 to 1949. There are segments but NOTHING that proves anything - a work farm he escapes from - but NO actual DOCUMENTs were he is encarcerated from mid 1945 to 1949 - he was in and out and all over the country. That part of his record was too sketchy with NO actual documents - and the family had things that put him in WA during that time & I also put him in The Dalles during part of that time...and not as a prisoner. Then in 1962 to 1966 - again NO documentations on the where abouts of Weber - hell NO! He was John Collins then and also called Johnnie. He was with a woman who abaondoned her children during those 4 yrs to stay on the road with her Johnnie. The wife who left her 4 children with their father to run the states with Johnnie (admitted they knew Paperlegs and she knew his wife Jane. This is the time frame he met Ed Hurand - another man who didn't seem to exist. Also Tommy Gunn - a man the FBI could have interviewed who threatened me and they CHOSE not to interview him - WHY! Hell the FBI didn't need to find Tommy Gunn - I had his address and phone number - the man who threatened me - if the FBI actually interviewed this man who knew Duane as Johnnie - why was I not told. Tommy & Tony are deceased - so if they had INTERVIEWS with these men who left no family behinds - WHY not tell me about it. IF THE FBI ACTUALLY INTERVIEWED ANYONE ABOUT WEBER THEY COULD HAVE MADE MY LIFE MUCH BETTER! ED Huran - they are ALL dead so why don't they tell me what resulted from the interviews. WELL, TRUTH is they DID NOT interview any of these people - NOT ONE. Just the man in ATL who only met Duane in 1973 and another man who Duane worked for in 1973. They didn't bother to contact the CHICAGO man - the one Duane delivered a package to. The Richardsons were still alive but they did NOT interview them. They kept the Jefferson pics from me & the JOHN Collins record and SS - I could not prove I was the wife of - without the Jefferson record. NOW the Jefferson record is available to me - but guess what - all of the safe deposit boxes unclaimed in 1998 to 2008 are NO longer available. The FBI REFUSED to provide me with the only evidence I needed to unlock the past - his John Collins existence. I told them Duane went to a bank in Omaha in 1980 - but I didn't have anything to prove I was married to a man with the AKA of John Collins. Now the banks have changed names, some closed and I can no longer afford to hire someone to provide me with the documentations...proving I am the widow of John Colllins and Duane Weber. The boxes are gone now! Carr knew WHY I needed the information but he didn't give a damn nor did the FBI. If they could have proven he had a safe deposit box that he opened in 1980 under the name John Collins - and then accessed in 1990 under John Collins...this would be over. THE FBI looked straight at that drivers license and saw it was an ACTUAL license and the RECIEPT FOR IT WAS A REPLACEMENT FOR A LOST LICENSE - IT WAS ALL REAL - but the FBI ignored it. I expect he left something in that box and paid it forward for as long as the law allowed - but that was 13 yrs ago! Robert NEVER put me in the classification of Blevins - NOT ever! I am one person & I have had to take a stand against the government, this thread & the FBI. IF they can PROVE Weber was NOT Cooper then THEY need to show proof of this just as they would have to prove him quilty in a court of law for a crime. The FBI only gave Weber a cursory look and dismissed him in 1998 based on fingerprints. Finger prints they never proved. I am a human being and I am real and I am honest and I have NOT made this up - I definitely could not have and would never have devoted my life to a lie. Frankly I think it is SICK Carr is back in WA and still with the FBI. He could have solved this, but I suppose the order of the USA Government carried more weight. The government did NOT provide me with ONE bit of proof that Weber was NOT Cooper. They ignored an arrest record for Weber pre 1950 in Spokane - told me he had NOT been arrested in WA, but the record was there - so BULL! I didn't find that until this yr 2013 - so the back files are gone - but I put WEBER in WA when the FBI said he was NOT there! IThe FBI has never checked on the FAMILY connections to WA from California. Duane's mother's best friend had a baby at the same time Duane was born. They go to CA after the war and when in 1944 when Duane gets in trouble in CA. These people help out with Duane. One of them helped with the CCC's in WA....they used the prisoners at camps because the prison population was so high...still waiting for the BOYS to come home. That is how Duane ended up knowing the area. There was a sheriff in a town above Seattle - check it out! I did the JOB for the fricking FBI and they still won't fess up. I have explained how and why he ended up in WA and his connection to Puyallup and the telephone company - it was a FAMILY friend Connection. Families and war buddies took care of their own during the war after the war. People Stuck together. I do NOT have the money nor the time left to go to WA. I should have sold everything I had and have gone to WA to live and have finished the FBI's job. I thought they would finally wake up! Now it is too late! Too late for me. CARR is back in WA and if that SOB ever makes on red cent off of Cooper/Weber he will be damned for the rest of his life! He thinks he is going to write his life Memoir in the FBI - and how he solve the case AFTER Cooper widow died! He better be willing to give every dime with NO draw for his services or expense to establish the programs and to enhance other programs for first time offendors. Today they have programs but they do NOT use them correctly. By the time young men get the help they need - they already have a record and are over 21. The family can't afford the legal fees to get things taken off their records. The program I want will do this. but the program will be ridged. - They have to go to college and they have to graduate. This would be a program that changes their whole lif. Stipulations - IF they ever commit another crime - they will have to reimburse the program and they will serve double the time for the maxium required for the new offense - in other words the book get thrown at them - they sign on to the program for LIFE & they continue to pay if forward for that freedom and that ability to be a productive adult. Duane Weber would be 88 yr old now and I doubt there are any witnesses - it will take hard evidence to prove and it does exist and Weber fits the profile, something other individual do not. DUH! I had ALL of that but I have NO idea were to find it. Things where filed by my memory which now doesn't know what day it is till I look at the newspaper. I was given to me by I think the Corp of Engineers - I actually spoke to someone on the phone. I don't know what yr it was. It was pre 2004 and I believe pre 2001 because it was by telephone conversation. I made NOTE but I had no one to share them with. The FAZIO's used to have ALL of the readings - Try the archived newpapers. There is also a man who used to work the river but I don't know how to contact him anymore. A lot of the people I talked to over the yrs - have died or moved on. Go back to the posting of SAFECRACK - maybe they are there.
