I do not believe I was saying anything negative about their site so maybe I need to clarify what I was saying: There are always 2 sides or more to a story usually by someone seeking to profit. Cook & Bruce - I do indicate only what is a truth on my part as it has been since day one. There are those who will use the hard work and research of others for profit. Not much in life changes for opportunists. MY research was out of my own pocket & often doing without some things to continue the search. 1996 to 2004 I had some pretty expensive phone bills. I have dedicated 18 yrs of my life to this. What was stated about the individuals was NOT meant to be rude. I am NOT posting on that site - but should be entitled to what the general public is being told. The information has been discussed extensibly in this thread & other places. I will say this much for Blevins - he is alway NICE and polite even though often misguided by poor judgement as I am also. As for Cook, I have BLACK & WHITE printed documents regarding certain things I claimed & have maintained yrs before I had any communications with either individual. Cook knows this! Bruce like Mikey in the commercial is just hungry! Hunger can cause one to be easily misguided. He should have had better judgement! Bruces mentor harassed me for yrs & used every trick in the book to obtain Tina's information by coersion from JO ....we know what he did with that information. First he shows up at her office pretending to be in need of services and then later gave the information to a man (Bruce) who showed up on her door steps and those of her relatives on the East Coast and West Coast - unnounced! That was NOT professional on the part of either one of them nor was it humane! I am not contesting them - I am going on record that - IT WAS JO who FIRST made that claim OR had THAT INFORMATION! A writer and an attorney who got out witted by an old woman. Glacier Boy never gave up selling Glacier Ice in Hawawi. Galen NEVER figured out HOW I found that little TIBIT of information about him! There was a man in the lower central FL area & a similar name to your father's came up - but only your posting above even cause me to EVER think back to those days. Do any of you guys know what I am talking about...I know either the infomer or the other guy had Melvin in his name and this friend thought he was Cooper DAMN - where is my memory when I need it? Vicky that man in Central Fla seemed to not have any relatives - he died and this friend of his thought he was Cooper....SOMEONE OUT there HELP me remember this. Finally able to read the posts on the other site & Shutter is stating truth - they are NOT trashing the DZ or the postings here. Seems to be on a congenial level, but the site is really hard follow. REGARDING THAT OTHER Cooper Site! So what are they saying over there in that other site? Remember there are always 2 sides or more to a story usually by some one seeking to profit. Cook, BS, Blevins - before I was BLOCK from reading the thread but some posters commented about thing JO had original introduce and these "others" taking credit. MY researche was out of my own pocket & often doing without some things to continue the search. 1996 to 2004 I had some pretty expensive phone bills...GOOD thing about that is the numbers called are all recorded - meaning I can prove when I spoke to Mr. H, to Richard Peterson, to the FBI and to many of those trying to help me. The DZ does a great job of keeping one abreast of what was going on vacation. When MY INFORMATION is being use or miss used & my findings of attributed to others making the various claims I get upset.! In other words my night mare was that the site was putting Weber and Cooper and JO on trial with no defense. NO access to the negatives or positives. In the past certain individual have made accusations and deceitfully misusing information made available only thru JO Weber. Certain individuals continue to use information I personally obtained at my own expense and making it part to "their" story. As long as it is factual and not distorted I don't mind.... There are only 2 individuals who have used information I obtained at my own expense. Both indiividual are writers seeking profit and not like so many of us just seeking the truth. Certain types of individual will continue the resources of other to nourish their own egos and for profit! Deliberate acts of plagerizm & out and out lies no one should have to tolerate, but that was what I feared was going on. I didn't want to post at their darn site, just defend myself it necessary and I could not do that if I could not read the thread...so MY CORTISOL were running wild - flushing and burning up. If you want the truth - then take a look at BOTH sides. One weekly statement is not necessary now that I can read what is being said. When I look back on my life on a farm - even with the hard work and not being able to do the things the in town group did...IT WAS HEAVEN! Or perhaps the closest thing I can think of to being in HEAVEN. Green grass, trees, hills, apple trees, pecan trees, gardens, out houses, smoke house, tobacco barn and other barns. There was always the regular barn for corn storage, feed and Hay storage and harness and work shop and milking and stalls for the animals during bad weather. This is where I pretended to be high wire walker - except it was a 2 inch beam. If Daddy had ever caught me doing that I would have got a really bad whipping. We used to build hideouts in the hay bales and this was the barn my brother decided to jump off of. Today I do not remember if it was an umbrella or a sheet - but whatever - it was was his parachute. The good days! Young people need to apppreciate what they have and most will never know the life I had - wish I could turn the clock back and go home and never grow up. Same story here -the full control thing I just could not & did NOT buy into... they only want OPTIONS. I decided to wait until I had more to go one. Still hanging on many yrs later, but I did do something to protect my rights...if anything should ever come of it. Paradigms contacts EVERYONE about EVERYTHING! ONLY one witness saw the eyes of Cooper and he looked directly at her with a look she never forgot and which was accurately portrayed in the composits. I have seen that one before - been around since 2004. Production companies see a good story and they try to creat interest and / or tie up an option. Mr. Blevins is more astute in these things than I am. I expect he has an option for a movie on his book. An option does NOT mean they will ever do anything at all. They see a good story and want to be sure they are first in line if it ever developes - bet you there are things like that out there on other books or other suspects. Nothing to get excited about. DUHHhhh! just what did U call the rest of that post above - it is WHAT it is -a sales pitch. If I used the first & last name it will not help because it is a common name. The last thing I want to do is have phonys claiming to be the person or persons I am looking for. Do NOT want to do WHAT you did by stating names & causing witnesses to crawl under the Bridge and cringe at the sound of my name. NOW WHY I CAME TO MAKE A POST at 4PM Central time. Today I had blood drawn due to a CT w/contrast being done on Friday. Hardly anyone there, but when I came back to the waiting room there was a couple (husband and wife) in the waiting room....I spoke and then decided to ask a STUPID question. I told them I felt I had met them before. The woman proceeds to tell me where she worked & told her "NO, it was both of you". I asked if they had ever been in a news article with a picture of the 2 of them together. She looks at her husband and then she states their picture was in the local paper, but that it was at least 3 yrs ago. I interrupted her and inserted the name of the paper and the picture was on the left side of the paper. Her husband looked at me and said - you are the second person I have ever met with that kind of RECALL. THAT made my day - absolutely! He told me about a friend of his who could do the same thing. I have NO connections to these people and had never met them in person, but they did provide me with a phone number when I told them I needed someone to validate my recall ability....said they would be glad to help. I didn't tell them what I was involved in but that my ability to recall had been questioned and that I had been called crazy, delusional and off my rocker - which I added "That just might be true". Without telling them what I was involved in I asked them if they would talk to a government investigative source (such as the FBI). I explained that validation of my mind to recall visuals was needed to help solve a very old crime. They agreed to be contacted...but, I expect even if I give the FBI their contact number, the FBI will NOT call them or enquire about my VISUAL recall abililty... My visual recall in 2010 was what helped me find things . I couldn't tell someone else where it was...my mind is not a map and does not map things in sequences...it is my recall abililty and at what point in the 1979 trip so I can place it. I remember what I saw and the sequence of things - but sometime I jump ahead and then when I drop back - realize - wait there was another stop - but where is it? Thing have changed - what was there in 1979 looked very different in 2010.... The 2001 trip with the documentary was a waste time recreating the trip...FAST driver & pushing the clock plus my riding in the back seat with multiple questions being fired at me. Too many distractions. IN 2010 I was able to go along quietly on the road and think about where we turned - what land mark did I establish and how far did we go. It was all about TIME and space and my fear of cameras -I hate cameras and microphones - I just FREEZE up & go blank. I had 2 lines in a little theater I was instrumental in receating in a small town in 1968, but I blew those 2 lines. I organize things and build things and make things and help others - but, do not put me on the stage, or hand me a mic or put a camera on me. I just fumble all over the place. IT is NOT just VISUAL it is vocal - I cannot stand up and recite a poem or answer a question standing up in a room full of others. One on one is all I am good for! Sure. The FBI got Perry Stevens to covertly pack military locator radio beacons in McCoy's chutes. They transmit on 243.0 MHz with a swept tone. UHF ADFs on military planes can home in on them. There are hand held DFs that can home in on them too. I posted photos of one long ago. 377 I remember some of that but MY FOCUS was not as intense as it has been recently. I still do not understand all of this stuff, but a posting you made caused me to go back to this. IT has BUGGED me since it was first discussed - but a lot of what was discussed I just went along with because I didn't want to let everyone know just how CLUELESS I really am about so many things. I have never been able to LET go of the things Duane mentioned regarding those towers. Near one of the tower he told me he put something on it one time. THIS was the GREEN MOUNTAIN that Jerry Thomas CLAIMED NOT to know anything about and yet he was supposedly the man on the ground....HE deliberately evaded this subject and so did Bruce because Bruce was with me when I found my Green Mountain in 2010 - the one JT claimed did NOT exist. Duane later pointed out another tower and that is when he mentioned triangles...LIKE it was important. He told me they were signal towers and mentioned small aircraft - but what about the Boeings - what difference would it make. Couldn't the same equipment be used - regardless of the size of the plane. If the man on the ground couldn't track the jumper coming out of the plane - Then the jumper needed to track the man on the ground. I REALLY do NOt understand this - but I am trying my best to recall every detail I can! THIS is very important to me - to be vindicated. I know Duane was familiar with Airplane communication but, I really at that time in 1979 did NOT have a DAMN clue what he was talking about...now I am playing back every moment and trying to remember every word! I actually just remembered a small detail in my statement above - I had forgot it. I told the FBI about this yrs ago - but NO ONE cared, but me... Per others JO is a liar and storyteller - so pay her no mind. The stream I had a vague fleeting memory of something else he told me - but it left as quickly as it came. Like he washed his clothes in the stream - could that actually be what I am remembering...sounds so primitive...I know that is what he said. I have NO idea what the time span was for Duane's encounters with the man! 1940's,1950's, 1960's or whatever! Duane's pointing out all of the towers and his specific conversation about 3 tower in a triangle. Does this mean anything to any of you? You make a reference to Pinging - please explain this a whuffo...and could something have been set up so the man on the ground or woman on the ground would know when Cooper jumped and his approximate location? Could Cooper have had a finding device - homing device on his person? Remember the discussion about the things Duane told me - and this is the first time I have asked a specific question. Well, I could hardly wade through all of the repetious posting made while I was on Vacation. A lot of repeat, repeat, repeat by one certain party. When Danielle started to use the POTTY mouth - it confirmed my gut feeling regarding something I suspected in the beginning due to the posting times and I will leave it at that. Now. The good posts I would like to comment on and I am not going to try to remember who made the postings. Bruce did create a system of prior restraint and it was ironic. Especially since certain parties made postings on the site and accedited the information deliberately to erroneous parties - it was NOT difficult to see what was going on. The specific research or enquires accredited to those who did NOT acquire said snooping information and did NOT actually get their hands dirty on the digging. Specifically information acquired by Jo and someone else given the credit. Example - ratting out xxxx was one! Such is life...I won't dwell on it, because I know the truth and I have many written instruments - volumes that show who and how other information was acquired by Jo Weber and not the parties who claimed the credits. Xxxx was the most insignificant of these findings. That one was EASY! Note I am being I hope very careful not to mention names or specifics. I believe the Place card finding has been dismissed & the various senarios on that had been established - nothing to do with the money on Tena's bar. I only took a sleeping pill and these guys are at it till 3:AM Central time. If the discussion gets heated I feel obligated to defend myself. NOW don't be offended because when I post after taking certain medication - I am often questioned about my intentions or state of mind. What I presented on the $20 is just "plane" common sense for 1971. Today - $100 bills do not mean a thing and does NOT send out an alarm. At auction time and race time in KY it would not be unusual to see multi individuals throwing around $100 bills. Think 1971 - how much did you spend on Christmas gifts? How much did a Best Seller cost? How much was your electic bill? How much did a nice dinner for 2 at Shoney's or another popular middle class chain cost? You GUYS forget what 1971 was like and the reactions a $100 got from the clerks. Raised eyebrows in a convenience store. A high end department store such as Macy's would not give it a second glance. Frankly I do NOT put any weight on the expression. I was 31 in 1971 and I would NOT have considered someone saying negotiable as out of the ordinary...but then I had only been out of the US to Canada and to Haiti. No special arrangements on money that I remember, but I was only 13 when we went to Canada. If negotiable was used - to me from that time frame of my life would mean NO $100 bills The average convenience store or grocery store would raise an eyebrow or two if some one came in handing over $100 bills on a regular basis. The larger denominations meant a trip to the bank! Don't any of you see the simplicity of this? As a store manager in 1971 & 1972 - there might have been a couple of 100 bills around Christmas time and one might even question if it was counterfeit! I think you guys OVER THINK this. If you are old enough, REMEMBER what life was like in 1971. Intergration had taken place, drug importation was only starting to be an issue and Vietnam was Front Line on the news papers. If I had walked into the grocery store or a conveniece store and handed them a 100 bill - if they even took it you can bet it created some raised eyebrows. Cooper didn't say 20's,but that is what I would have interpreted as negotiable in 1971. US currency was just an expresson - evidently he did not want them to pass off foreign currency or 100 bills. I have often wondered if they did NOT bury within the packets a few foreign bills for the hell of it. I have one Duane had epoxied back in 1990 and I thought that was odd. Cooper - yet that is what most people would have used. 2.We went to Wa. 1979 All of the things I have told about the places we went and the thing he showed me and the things he told me are true. 3. I held the damn ticket and a stub in my own hands. 4. What I have told about our trip to WA. is true. The places we went and the things he said. 5. Several people for whatever their own agenda is like to make it SOUND like I said this or that and for what-ever their motive is. Such as the most recent thing involving Geestman. I have never claimed Duane knew Geestman. Duane knew someone who lived on the coast line and the talked about Paradise Park and the woman who rode horses standing up. I even accused Blevins of reading about Duane and using Paradise Isle. The same with the woman. I had no knowledge of Geestman or the name until Blevins mentioned it - but the place and the woman with the horses (that was all I knew). Why don't you guys list the 12 things you think I lied about and see what I have to say about them. That is 7 on top of the 5 above. If you are going to accuse me of saying such and such - please reference the source - post, page number, source - be specific. Such as the post I supposedly said Duane knew Geestman. If you read before and after and within the post - I hardly believe I said what is claimed. Specifics like location - change as one learns the area. Remember that in 1979 I was not driving - I had never been to Wa., I listened and I absorbed. 1996 - When I found out who Dan Cooper was - suddenly many things I knew about Duane made sense. The t hings he told me made sense. He told me about his life in 3rd person. Yes, I do hypotesize on things - that is necessary, but I have usually indicated such. No I am not a dumb broad or clueless. Such as when he said I'm Dan Cooper - I really did NOT know who Dan Cooper was. There is a difference between being clueless, naive and lieing. Please point out with a reference post - a deliberate lie. Remember this - before and after posts are necessary to determing if I lied or if I was just participating in the conversation. If I didn't enter into the conversation except in NON negotiable parts - then what was to be gained? I really knew VERY little about the crime and nothing of the details. I am trying to see if I made a copy of those first things I put on a computer in 2001 - BEFORE unsolved mysteries. In that I talked about Paradise Park and the trip. Before My mind was contaminated by all of the stories out there and my participation in the DZ. Also until I went to WA on my own and behind the wheel of a car - I was totally confused about the places I was taken to by the crew and on the maps. When I saw them - I was about to determine by my own land marks emcompassing time and space and driving to an area East of The Dalles and East of Biggs and Rufus before turning headed West to retrace the trip by memory. When you guys compile your list - then I will print them off and answer the questions one at a time...If you throw 12 question - I won't try to answer them all at one time. I have participated in many of the discussion and I have never purposely lied that I am aware of. Maybe in the heat of a discuss - I said something in exasperation. Consider that I have also explored this myself - and tried to figure out things - such as location prior to my going to WA in 2010 on my own. Then I got the geography in order....rather than being confused by the otherdrivers and the other individuals and the conversations. It was one question after another - and I was NOT in the front seat. I was in the back seat with the crew. The other person who helped me put me in the front just like I was with Duane and on that last day of the crew I was tired and throughly confused. They had already mapped OUT their agenda. I am not going to even try to look it up. I remember that Geestman was giving the crew a bad time....he knew KC was not Cooper. I did mention that Duane had spoke about Paradise Park and the WOMAN who rode Horse Stand. I didn't and still do NOT know if she was Geestman's wife or not. Blevins will NOT even share that information with me. WHY does he want to keep me from talking to her. WHY does he NOT want her to see the pictures of Duane Weber and be told the other names he used. Maybe she was just an act at the fair - maybe that is all there was to it....stands to reason if that is Geestmans wife - then did she know Duane and if she did it stands possibly that Geestman knew him also. Duane did NOT use the name of the man - but it was all in the same conversation at the same point on the trip....Paradise Park and the woman who Rode Horses Standing BARE foot and The coast line and a place on the Beach where they worked redoing a park (the CC's did that work) along with some young men in the prison system because of the over crowding of McNeil - a man who was a sheriff north of Seattle arranged for some of the first offender to work with the CC's. The history on McNeil just sort of let this slide as it was one of the first experiments in this area in the penal system. This was arranged by early release almost immediately after intake - about 6 wks. Friends of the family in WA arranged this because of a relationship with family friends. I need to write all of this down. AT one time I posted in the thread the names and the locations and now I can't remember them...and don't know where it is in all of this Garbage. I have NEVER read Blevins book so I do NOT know which of the women he mentioned rode horses standing up. Duane did talk about a man he knew who had move to the Coast of Wa. Was that Geestman? I don't know, but since it was the same area - and evidently Geestman was familiar with Paradaise - it could be possible. WHY I WANT TO TALK TO GEESTMAND THE WOMAN WHO ROAD HORSES STANDING. I am trying to find answers. The woman standing who road horses I told to Mr. H and other way before BLEVINS ever entered the picture with his story. LET me take this opportunity to point out something else. I was talking about the Woman who rode horses and Paradise park - way way BEFORE Kenny Christiansen was ever introduced as suspect....also NOTE this I actually answered Porteous long before Blevins did. I have been searching since 1996 - CHristainsen did NOT become a suspect until 2007 (not sure of the date). Yet, I told Mr. Himmelsbach and anyone who would listen about the woman and the park - which I found out was Paradise Park. Actually I accused Blevins at one time of getting that information from another location and using the things about Duane and applying them to Belvins. This has always been a curiosity and Blevins knows I communicated this information to him. I just thought it a strange parallel. I have since just discounted it as co-incidence, but would like to speak with both Geestman and the woman who rode horses standing - I want to know! If Geestman was her husband then maybe Duane knew him. I do NOT know during which yrs Duane knew the woman - but he talked about her and not her husband on our way to Seattle from Vancouver. WHY the HELL do you think I want to contact her - she might be the last living person who knew Weber! BUT no BLEVINS keeps that a big secret - I don't want to talk to her about Cooper - I want to know if she remembers Duane - I would like to know this before she dies. If she is the one married to Geestman then maybe Duane knew both of them. The only thing Duane said about Paradise is the BOYS used to stay there. She is waaaay ahead of that G. Jo was a very early beta tester and UI tech adviser for Google Glasses. Just being around Duane gave her the equivalent of a BSEE. Dialup? Yeah right. More like beamup. Fiber right to her desk and tracking laser sat links as backups. Bruce is right. How could we have been so blind? 377 Laughing so HARD it hurts to breath! REALLY having problems seeing the screen. The cataract in the left eye needs to be addressed but because of the lid and the dry eye - not sure I am a candidate. Good news is it doesn't look like glaucoma or detached retina. To have another evaluation the end of the month...by a specialist....regarding the cataract. Computer skills: U REALLY do NOT want to know about that! Self taught -never had anyone show me how to do something...I just stumble along until I accidentally make it work and then the next time don't remember how I did it. I really doubt that Jo. Hams and CB "jock carriers" dont mix real well. I see no evidence that Duane ever held and FCC license of any kind. How could you credibly judge what the extent of Duane's ham radio expertise was? Duane's CB-aircraft dual band two way radio is vaporware Jo. it never existed. Yet you persist in believing that it did. At best some guys in a plane may have had a CB radio but even that is highly doubtful. It's also possible that some prankster CBers pretended they were transmitting from a plane. Jo, how did you first learn about Sheridan Peterson's job as a Bubbleator operator? 377 1. CB's His ex-wife told me he had a ham radio and that he used it extensively. His name was John Collins in those yrs. I do know he was very familiar with them - he fixed what-ever it was that came in our our TV from the ham operator next door. Smoke jumpers & forestry used hams to communicate to the towers and for communication between the towers. didn't realize I knew that until this moment. Maybe I just dreamed it up! 2. Plane to CB The airplane communication was coming in on the CB...no question about that. It was not mumbo jumbo from a trucker or someone playing a game. Duane even mentioned a tower not too far from there - it was part of his explanation as to why it came in on the CB. I do not know what kind of tower it was. It was flat land in Wy somewhere near Laramie....I believe we were West of Laramie at the time. 3. Sheridan Petersen A. Duane told me this on our trip to Seattle. He mentioned a couple of guys who did some jumping & this is when he mentioned Sheridan Petersen, but NOT by name that I recall. He told me about the Bubbleator (explaining to me what it was) and how it worked and that he knew a guy who had done that in WA. Seemed to be connected to the 2 jumper & like maybe he was with them...that is the drift I remember. B. The time he used Sheridan's name was a picture of a bus with Sheridan Petersen in front of it and to the right of the picture. This was in Atlanta and I believe the old picture was connected some how to a celebration of Martin Luther King. Duane told me he knew the man in the picture. It was Sheridan Peterson - he also said something else that I will keep to myself at this time. You wouldn't believe me anyway...and the wording eludes me right now.
