You are wrong in your thinking on this Blevins. Since it was Lyle's letter written to a movie producer that somehow ended up on Porteous desk - it is IMPORTANT what Lyle's intentions were and why it took an Unsolved Mystery program for him to 'think' his brother was Cooper. Remember the story about Christiansen was built on what Lyle started. You have to look at Lyle's motive and NOT get so defensive. Yes, you did a lot of research and questioned his contacts, but NOT other associations which has been pointed out before. Christiansen's world was NOT just in WA...he traveled a lot...and he had friends within that circle. Those 2 women saw $$ signs and that is why Geestman was upset. What they did was what a lot of people would do if they did NOT know all of the suspects presented and that others were much more viable than Kenny. A writer contacts family and friends of a suspect - and they start thinking - WHAT IF? Both of those lady from their photos seemed up in age. The heavier set woman whose name you concealed - was that the daughter or the mother? The other woman was pictured next to a group of photos - that woman looked younger than the heavy set one. I have NOT read your book (do not read on line) and have not wanted to allow myself outside of my focus of my own suspect, please assist me to understand which one is which. Was the heavier set woman the mother who lived in Twisp? Do Not Know in my mind why this I am even asking this at this time. Which one of the women rode the horses? My first RESPONSE upon understanding what my husband told me in the hospital in March of 1995 was to pick up the phone regardless of the time of day or night and CALL THE FBI. Note Duane told me 'I'm Dan Coooper in March of 1995, but I did NOT know who Dan Coooper was until May of 1996. I remember that night like it was yesterday. It was late evening and I decide to read. I usually fell asleep with a book in my hands in bed...with the lights on. Well, you know the rest or the story - needless to say I did NOT sleep that night until I was totally emotionally exhausted. Perhaps this is what MAKES Duane's story or Jo's story (as some like to call it) have more validity. Yet, the FBI has made more mistakes than Carters' got farter starters. Sure later (much later) I did entertain the idea of a book and movie - BUT in the long run I made the decisions. Book - I told the story before - I canceled my "arrangement" with the writer after 3 pages of NON truths. The writers have to show sensationalism regardless of what the truths might be. This would not be until I went public in 2000. The only other thing I have consider was the option thing regarding a movie - again this was not until after 2000. I did take measrures to protect my legal rights. There were several others who contacted me, but the 2 above are the only ones I actually went into any detail with. There was one JT claimed I asked to do a book - but I have the original emails from my contact with her and they do NOT say ONE thing about wanting her to do a book. I was simply contacting her out of respect for a very dear friend of mine who contacted her on my behalf. Somehow she mistook the communication as my wanting her to do a book. I was QUICK to let her know I did not think a WOMAN would be who I would want to do the book if I ever allowed one to be done and I wanted to see what the FBI was going to do. I felt that until the FBI acknowledged Duane was Cooper that there was no story. Yet, I knew I needed to make some kind of preparation "just encase". The vultures were circling....yet, I kept holding out. Then in 2007 along comes Blevins with Christansen and the Marla with DL. I am glad I held out and continued to fight my battle with research and the help of this thread. All of that was right after I went public - until then the only communications I had were with friends and family and the FBI (active and retired)and JT and Doug Pasternak as he was the pivitol that helped me go public and question the investigation of the FBI. I had made contacts trying to get help with the investigation - and sometimes that led to unwanted contacts which I quickly dismissed or checked out. The FBI sent me a letter in 1998, but I preservered and kept calling them and finding family members and when the FBI flagrantly lied to me on the phone in March of 2000 - that did it and I went public. Five (5) yrs after I contacted the FBI I finally went public. Blevins, Porteous, Gray and Marla - couldn't get wait for the FBI to run with their STORY and that is why their STORY is just that - A STORY! Have I accomplished my GOAL? You THINK? I expect all of you will have opinions about that, but don't get too complacent or you might get caught with your drawers down or is this just the same old repeat we see and hear every yr about this time. I have posted this BEFORE, but just encase you missed it! The 'story' about Scott was in a supposedly fiction book called HA HA HA by Dan Cooper. I have the book stored away and I do not have the published date in my head or the exact statement made regarding Cooper. Outside of the momentary claim you made and the one in that book- there was no other claim Scott went into the cabin and spoke to Cooper. Lyle was watching a program on TV called Unsolved Mysteries regarding Cooper when he decided his brother might be Cooper. He formed this opinion on that night watching that program. Lyle did NOT attempt to contact the FBI, but instead wrote a letter to a movie producer. Supposedly she didn't get the letter and it ended up on Porteous's desk. Robt, you cannot make that go away. Porteous had already shared his information with Gray who wrote an article before any investigation could be done. I do not remember the sequence - perhaps Porteous contacted the FBI - I spoke with the individuals regarding Lyle and felt NO threat and continued as usual - regarding Weber. What IS WRONG about the complete scenario is that Lyle contacted a movie producer 1st and NOT the FBI! He was "watching an Unsolved Mysteries program about Cooper" (THESE ARE LYLE'S WORDS)"and decide Kenney could be Cooper". He knew little about his own brother and the Cooper case.... he "just thought it would make a good story". After Gray does the article the man just went along for the ride not realizing he could taint the story for any REAL Cooper suspects. In so far as Geestman goes it is very much the same scenario played out with Lyle. These old geezers were playing around with this - and it just got out of hand! When journalist and writers start contacting them - they had to save face. I appreciate how Geestman stood down. He tried to let the others know the position they were putting themselves in - but, they were already dealing with "their" celebrity status. Talk to Geestman and record his conversation - NO one seems to know how to make telephone connections with Geestman. What would he tell the caller? Perhaps just what I stated above! I differ from the other individuals who have come forward - 1st thing I did was CALL the FBI. Surely the person I talked to remembers the conversation. Wanted to know if I was drinking or taking drugs - prescription or non prescription! Yes, I did have 2 glasses of wine, but only after I contacted the FBI with that first phone call. Then several pages over into the book - I am calling them again - it was ALL there. This was my awakening - Duane had told me - he was Dan Cooooper, 14 months before I ever picked up that damn book and by page 13 or 14 was on the phone to the FBI. My first gut reaction was to call the FBI - not a publisher or movie producer! THIS is a NORMAL reaction for a law abiding citizen!

If all of the above is correct - why was their re-action NOT the same as mine? I am sure the FBI made a tape of those conversations - anyone who would listen to them would know there was a very distraught woman on the other end and not some person looking for a book, movie or attention. What I had just realize about my deceased husband defied all that I stood for - You Do the Crime - You Do the Time! Because what I told the FBI was NOT fabricated or being done for profit or because it might make a good story - it was a NATURAL response for me to pick-up the phone and call the FBI. I knew nothing about Cooper except what I was reading in that book. I didn't even wait to get past the first few pages. The FBI put me down, but I continued to read - and then was BACK on the phone - pleading with them to listen to what I was saying! Everything I knew about Duane suddenly made sense! Duane had been dead for 14 months, I had just started a new career and I was being sought out by eligible men in our area. I was never a person to seek fame or position - I was just happy being loved and being a good wife....I had the house and his insurance - so I was not doing without anything. My life was looking good and I was still young. Damn Duane - Damn HIM! I loved him and will always remember his touch and his smile and how he knew just how to handle my temper - but his confession stole the next 17 yrs of my life fighting to finish his story and for others to see that bad can be good. Jo WEBER did NOT approach this thing the way other did - she let her heart lead her and she let her memories guide her. For that I have spent 17 ys in a prison called HELL! He was my husband of 17 yrs - how can I walk away form it - he was telling me the truths and then with the other storys I would learn about WEBER, I felt humiliated and that my life had fallen and I had failed him and angry at him for NOT giving me a heads up before he died or was too sick to tell me. I just did NOT know how to appoarch my feelings- I didn't really want to know! I KEPT THINKING IT WOULD JUST GO ALWAY AND I WOULD GET A PHONE CALL TELLING ME THERE WAS NO WAY - BUT THAT PHONE CALL NEVER ARRIVED. Weber was placed right there and was as a prime suspect. Dan Cooper was the only real SKY Jacker. He made that just because they needed money and all those yr there were outstand warrents for Webber in other placel DAMN DUANE - why DID HE HAVE TO TELL ME he was Cooper.? Jo, Is the above part of your Kentucky charm? I'll bet Duane loved you for your genteel qualities. Robert99 Genteel - definitely NOT! Crude - only because circumstances and time are NOT on my side. I grew up a lady and remained a lady until I had to deal with the FBI. In the beginning when I first contacted them in 1996 I just offered up what I had to help, but the letter of 1998 - showed they had done NOTHING. Then by 2000 with the help of the media and some good friends - I had enough to confront the FBI, but again they used lies to cover lies. Then I had NO choice but to go public. Between the computer and age and this thread - yea, I've had to put on the "charm" (translated to get down and get dirty without using a lot of nasty words) to make my point. If nothing else works and I feel bad - play the sympathy card to get some help. I have thought more "bad" words and written more "bad"words in this thread than I ever thought possible for me. If someone in the past used certain words I turned and walked away - not anymore . I do sometime try to say what I am thinking in a sarcastice way, but never quiet got the hang of it. If some of the things I say make me sound mean - then so be it. I learned sitting still and being polite was NOT getting me anywhere with the Cooper thing. I have never been one to pull things together and able to present them in an organized way - I needed help. Because of the yrs involved and my age - even my files are scrambled. Look...if you were willing to make a trip to Seattle and take what evidence/pictures you have to present, someone at the FBI would probably give you a half-hour of their time. The case agent would be best, but failing that, maybe the media agent. Set up an appointment six to eight weeks in advance...and then buy yourself a round-trip ticket and a cheap hotel room. Booking through American Airlines at least six weeks in advance will cost you $538 for a round-trip ticket. (Miami to Seattle and back) Say another $200 for two nights at an average motel, an additional $200 for transportation, food, and other expenses...you can do the whole thing for under a thousand dollars and probably come home with some of the expense money. You leave on a Monday morning, arrive Monday evening, see the FBI on Tuesday, return home Wednesday. NOT that simple for me. Flying is very difficult and I would NOT trust the files to shipping. Hotels- well the 2. I stayed in under 100's in 2010 ended up costing me 2 days in recovery because of the chemical they use to clean with. My eyes would hardly open, but both times (one eyes had only very blurred vison). Managed to get myself to another hotel (expensive) and lost a day of research both times. My health and age makes me only good for about 5 hours per day.... The flights to and from exhausted me in 2010 and I have had 3 surgeries since then! I have been pushing myself and getting stronger, but can't keep a decent pace for more than 2 days at a time...then a day down not leaving the house. You have to realize that grocery shopping is a major ordeal for me on some days. 1/2 hour - it would take me that long just to show them the prison files very other files. I need for someone to come to my home and help me get this STUFF in order and put a package together for NOT only the FBI but for the media. NO soap opera or twisting - just present the facts and the picks. In my opionion that thread in that knife need to be checked agains the cut cords - it is the same color. Yet, I understand the FBI donated that chute to a museusm. With the holidays comeing - plane flight are not cheap out of here and then there is the car rental on the other end - I can't get in and out of the little cares, but there are several individuals who have offered to pick me ups and drive me - I would inturn pay their gas and room and meals. in the niceplaces - there was a couch to made into a bed and or 2 beds. The conversations you guys are having are not making much sense to me tonight. Disappointed no one would discuss those last 2 photos on the thread because I really wanted feedback, but seems like you guys just want to play a game. Well, I am not into games. This is NOT a game for me! My life's mission right now is to get my house in order and to get the FBI to sit down with me and discuss this and someone with me who can keep the details together and straight. You guys can make a joke out of this or play your games - but NONE of you knew this man the way I did...or thought I did. I did NOT realize until this thread that Duane told me about his life in the third person. The St.Pete article proved that. THE ST.PETE article also (because of another file I have in my possession) is proof the FBI did NOT investigate Weber in any detail. Weber could NOT be in 2 (two) places at one time! One cannot be in Folsom/SanQuentin and be in ST. PETE at the same time. This is why I need a good scanner and copier and someone at the FBI to ACTUALLY look at the DAMN files. I just said somethings I deleted - and it is hard to keep all of this inside.

I WILL STATE THIS - WAS YOUR SUBJECT IDENTIFIED BY THE ARTIST AS HAVING CHARACTERISTS HE TRIED TO PORTRAY IN THE COMPOSITS AND DID HE HAVE A TRAIT THAT THE WITNESSES TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE ARTIST? DID YOU EVER TRY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPOSITE ARTIST? 1) Have pictures of Duane Weber been shown to the known witnesses? (Yes/No) Unknown WHAT photo was shown to the witnesses - all the FBI had was a distorted photo Duane's brother sent me and I have no idea if the FBI presented the pictures I had....the FBI didn't ask me for pictures - so all they would have saw is what-ever appeared in a magazine or newspaper. 2) Did any of these witnesses identify Duane as the hijacker? (Yes/No) Do not know? Depends on WHAT photos they were shown by the FBI. If it was the one they had on their site - well that did not look like the Weber I have pictures of. 3) Failing a positive identification, did any of the witnesses name Duane Weber as POSSIBLY being the hijacker? IMPOSSIBLE to answer that if they were shown only the photo the FBI used. 4) Failing that, did any of the witnesses say that Duane LOOKED like the hijacker? (Yes/No) AGAIN - what photo did the FBI present as Weber? THat one old photo they used did NOT look like the Weber I knew. 5) Was Duane Weber, on 11/24/1971 in a marital relationship? (Yes/No) Supposedly separated in November of 1971 and claimed she did NOT go back to him until Feb of 1972. 6) Has anyone sent pictures of Duane Weber to witness Flo Schaffner for her examination? (Yes/No) I did - but do NOT know if she even received them. I even sent a return for the collections(packaging and postage) if she chose NOT to view them. NEVER got them back and she NEVER told anyone if she SAW them. I was never able to find out what happened to the package. They were sealed and if she did NOT want to view them all she had to do was seal the enclosed packaging and return it at no charge to her. I spent over 50 dollars to prepare the package and then postage of about 15 dollars and with the return postage of the same. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT at all. 7) Is the woman who identified Duane Weber's handwriting in a book about DB Cooper willing to go on the record now that she recognized the handwriting as Weber's? (Yes/No) THIS HAS BEEN DISCUSSED! She was wrong and I have had the writing thru this thread (remember I posted samples)and by an individual in this area - we do NOT think the handwriting was Webers. Wasn't called Mousse, but, there was stuff I put on my hair in 1958 because it was curly and I wanted a looser curl - but Not the huge rollers were used 12 yrs or so later. Egg whites have been around forever. Whipped to a foam or beaten to the consistency of a pie meringue. Did the same thing without the chemicals. As with some of todays products it would leave a residue on your comb or brush, but sure did control the curls. When I was only 4 yrs old in 1944, my mother got my long hair to hold into some very very long curls - we didn't know what a curling iron was. Do you not think the GIBSON Girl look had some help? Look back at the elaborate do's of the 1700's in England...do you actually believe they all had wigs. Note the wigs were made out of real hair in those days. This photo is of very poor quality. It was of 3 men so they have been cropped out. Because of the Quality I had NOT tried to scan it in the past. After I did and enlarged it - I wish I had done it much sooner. The hairline is very evident on this - why some would call it a receding hairline when it was actually the slant of the head. Ever feature regarding Cooper is right there. This pic shows an expression or whatever that I have only found on these earlier photos I am revealing. Duane must have had missing teeth or a poorly fitted bridge - he was not smiling with a broad smile and his mouth appears different than the later photos. I know he had a bridge when we got married and in his later yrs it had to be replaced. I was never told when he got that first bridge - but, this photo might help bring that to light. The tax records from 1969 to 1978 do not make any mention of dental bills - so it must have been paid with cash and for some reason not listed on his tax deductionsl. Perhaps he used a different name when he got the bridge. If Cooper had obvious dental problems at the time of the skyjacking - the FBI would have kept silent so they could be sure they had their man. Only someone with access to the FBI files could know this for sure...perhaps their way of making sure they got the right man. The motion Cooper supposedly made with his mouth could have been to keep a temporary in place or because of missing teeth. Duane had a LOT of pride about his teeth - and I never saw him without the bridge. Duane had also gain considerable weight from 1971 to 1973 - guess he was eating well! Although this is could have been in part the kidney starting to enlarge....although it was not noticeable when we met in 1977. I do want feed back: The eyes seem consistent, but the fading of this old Polaroid makes them look lighter although I can assure you they were a very dark brown. The nose does not seem prominent and the glasses are not sitting high which helps, There is a large ink smug on the pic. What I do notice is a small scar he had right in front of his hairline in the middle doesn't show up and there is something different about the hairline from photos taken pre 1973. Duane had a little dip - almost the "hint" of an off centered widows peak in his early photos, but this would not be visible in picture during our marriage and I was told by a prior wife when they got back together temporarily in 1972 that he had a gash on his head which he claimed he got trimming a tree n the yard. I never understood why he and his wife would separate in November of 1971 and then get back together in Feb of 1972 and yet it was in Feb/Mar that she supposedly tried to commit suicide per a conversation with her son. Supposedly an ambulance was called...they lived in the Atlanta area. Yet, in May/June they are granted a divorce and Duane remarrys immediately. That is FAST work for anyone! Guess there is MORE to this than I know! ALL I know is WHAT family and the wives told me. Duane had a completely different set of friends after Jan of 1972...but then maybe because of his past and having only lived as Duane Weber since 1968 his circle would have been limited. Why when we would go to N.Orleans he made a point to drop me someplace before going to see his old friends - who only knew him as John Collins. HOW DAMN NAIVE CAN ONE WOMAN HAVE BEEN! Gray said marcelled hair - he apparently got this from some file? If I remembers correctly it was one of the passengers who claims Cooper's hair was not straight. The the witness's word or Gray's description - none of us will know unless we can speak with that witness. The man said the suit was russet not brown and not black. If this man remembers that much - why has the FBI or Gray not shown him pictures of Duane with the waves. Perhaps because I never provided the pictures. Wonder if Gray still knows how to contact this witness. If so I will find all of the curly wavy pictures of Duane I can find. His younger pictures definitely showed wavy almost kinky hair - the one at age 25 (it was a guess) and then a picture with is wife right after he got out of Jefferson. She is in that photo and her sister but I can get a corner of his head without getting them in it. Is not high quality and do NOT know who was taking the picture (in fact I never thought about that until just now). As far as I know Gray did NOT get this from the FILE, but some of the witnesses he interviewed. Mitchell was the closest to Cooper and he told me he really didn't pay much attention to Cooper - as he was studying and really did not know what was going on. He did look only because of the attention the guy was getting. Never heard the terminolgy Marcelled other than when Gray described. There was a process to accomplish this look, but Duane had natural waves. He did NOT do anything to his hair other than try to keep the curls away, but a good rain and there they were - just as the picture of Duane depicts. If Duane's hair was moused and set into waves in order to change his appearance - it might have held while he was on the plane. This process was used by the Flappers for the hairdo's of the time. If he went to New Orleans before flying to WA - that hair do was popular in that area even in the 70's....because of the cajuns and blacks who waited tables and were Door man....it made them intesting and they got more tips. Be interesting to present photos of Weber with the curly and wavy pics and would have to search all of the pictures I have. The hair-do Gray mentions brings to mind the Clark Gable day and the vaudville days - they deliberatly put product on their hair and created finger waves and when it dried it would stay till you combed out or it got wet. (mostly it was done with EGG WHITES - WHIPPED. Made a great mouse or setting jell...they would add a little fragrance to it also. Georger has been absent lately, but thought he might need to be reminded of the photo I labeled OLD GROUCH. Try the OLD Grouch - I dare you to show a witness this photo and tell her it was an old Cooper. There is something about this photo because Duane was startled by the camera and it caused an EXPRESSION not usually seen by others. Since it was Christmas at home he had NOT GROOMED his hair so it was a little wavy in the photo. The hair is not the issue in the photo, but OTHER thing are!! George, it is not the fact that he has sideburns and from the angle which is the angle the stewardess viewed Cooper - the ears do not appear to be large like some photos and the expression on his face - well, you know one of the stewardess tried to describe a similar expression the artist was unable to depict. You are being jerk! This is one of the few photos that show Duane with the curly hair. My hair has always been the same. I used to be able to keep it sleek and with whatever curl I chose, but all I had to do was get into the humity or rain and I had ringlet and waves. Now I just have old peoples hair - kinky or I sleek it back with a product. Twist and Twist to make things appear as you want them. Show us a picture of Kenny with his toupee or with hair after age 45. Curly or Straight - but at 45 Kenny was definitely BALDING very badly. All the FBI has to do is explain OBVIOUS mistakes. Prove "their" DNA and PROVE Duane's DNA. DID the samples they take of Duane's DNA - show the PDK markers? Did they find those PDK markers on the items they retrived from me. How do they know the tie was Coopers - it did NOT show up for several hours and has been shown to witnesses and NOT in a controled circumstances, but by an agent with his own suspect and agenda. Was there a witness to this - someone besides that ONE agent? Correct their statements regarding Duane's criminal records and miltary background. Explain why the agent stated Weber only "passsed thru" McNeil and then ONLY after being cornered by me on the phone. He had previously denied Duane was ever a resident of McNeil and yet the following agent declared the prints used for Weber were the McNeil prints. How can the FBI use the oldest set of prints on Weber that they denied in the first place instead of the Jefferson File I was REFUSED access to!??? Even if the file was destroyed by Ms at a later date - the FBI would have ordered a copy of the complete file prior to that and it should be on file at the SEATTLE FBI OFFICE...I want to see that complete file. The FBI admitted that the notes taken by the Missouri FBI when they went to Jefferson to investigate the very first Cooper lead have been lost...or destroyed. Supposedly the written reports would have been sent to the Seattle Office - but NO one knows what happened to them. Of Course - I do NOT trust the agent who told me this. Explain Weber's knowledge of the area and since he was a convict - they should be able to tell me what and where he was between 1944 until 1948. Do the PHOTO recognition - it is now valid and to stop using an old photo that John (Duane's brother) scanned on some old equipment and distorted the pic. It was the 1st picture I had ever seen of Duane as a young man. The other photo he sent at the same time was a full length and it was also distorted in the same way...yet the FBI continues to use this photo of Weber. STUPID! Duane did NOT look anything like that in 1971. Nor at the time the photo was taken. MY mind is NOT closed to sound investigations and proof of the investigation. MY mind IS CLOSED TO one agent stating one thing and then another stating something entirely different. YET, they are both supposed to be looking at the same file. Sorry Farflung I so NOT fit the profile! Number one - I am known to THINK like a man and not a woman. NO, I was NOT trying to steer the post back to Cooper/Weber. YOU have NO idea what I am trying to do. I have not lied or told a story and right now I am just trying to tell the things I have held back on - it makes no difference if Duane was Cooper or not to any of you. I am just putting everything on the line and in public...I am not here for profit or attention like others.... For instance - Matt and someone else tells me about a site - that I can't find and Matt tells me Weber was NOT in the army yet I have the papers. I ask someone how I present the paper on the thread and they change the subject. Do you actually know what I want to do, but haven't figured out how to do this fiancially or physically? I want to go to Seattle and stay until the FBI hears me out and actually takes some of the things I have pointed out and explain to me - why I have caught them in SO MANY errors. The problem is my mind is so disorganized that when I am in front of someone - I forget everything I was going to say or do. (I was not even able to recite a poem standing up in class). I forget the things the FBI does not know - because they have NOT talked to me or read the thread....The FBI agent who came to see me did NOT know anything about Cooper. Then after all of these yrs - the FBI has been caught in misnomers that need to be explained and the only way to do that is in-person....but I would be my own worse representative....because I will go completely blank and my notes won't mean a thing to me. Because of how the FBI has treated me - I am afraid of them and yet angry at them for how they handled this case. I want the FBI to stand up and state EXACTLY why and prove HOW they have Cooper's DNA...did they test the ropes (why not). I also want to know how many DNA markers did they extract from the items I sent them and exactly what items this DNA was extracted from. This is important as some of those item had never been used. I want to know if they extracted any DNA from those items with the PKD markers - if there is actually such a thing. How are they SO sure they have Cooper's DNA. What was so unique about Cooper's DNA on that tie that they know it belonged to Cooper. I feel I deserve an explanation about the fingerprint situation and how the FBI handle that one. WHY did the FBI agent actually lie to me about Duane? That in itself is a loaded question. I can PROVE the agent lied and I want to know why. I can prove another agent was negligent in how he handled information and I want to know why. If we cannot trust law enforcement who can we trust? If it was mistakes - acknowledge those mistake and do NOT keep on making the same mistakes and allowing this to use up my life. IF they had PROOF Weber was NOT COOPER - why have they NOT sat down with me and told me exactly what they have that proves Weber could not be Cooper.... THEY screwed up ROYALLY with 2 different AGENTS on the prints. AND that ALONE says they NEVER invested in Weber as Cooper. I got one AGENT on Tape and I got the other on the THREAD. Only one person to have actually taken the time to see come see me viewed this photo. It has come to my attention I need to let go of some of these things. I will only show the part of this photo that is necessary to make a point as I have always protected those who Duane knew. Note: Most pictures taken of Duane after the crime show his hair a sometimes wavy, but sleek with gray hair and with the right product he kept a sleeker look. This photo was taken in a very public place so he is clowning around, but note his hair. His early pictures prior to 1968 sometimes reflected his hair as being curly and wavy....but none where of high enough quality to make my point. 1. Note the curly hair - he was in a very humidy place at this time and completely surrounded by water....and WA is very humid in November. 2. He had stopped dying his hair and let the gray grow-out and usually very well groomed. This photo caught a part of Weber seldom seen except by those who knew him well. 3. Note the forehead creases and note the hair line appears to be receding even though it was NOT to any extent also this photo is taken by a person much shorter than Weber so the angle is looking up. 4. Note the eye lids! Look carefully and then compare the lids with the composite. 5. He is clowning with a wide eyed expression, but this one photo was the highest quality photo taken of Weber. Even the raising of the eyebrows and a clown factor he could NOT dequise his curly hair nor the shape of the eyelids. 6. We all have some irregularity to our lids - but this ONE is dead on with the composite. 7. I have a prior photo that shows what appears to be a bruise or scar on his forhead, but that photo was poor quality and the mark could have been a smudge of some sort on the photo - so I have never used it. 8. Do any of you see some things noted to the composite artist? Remember his forehead had a slant to it. 9. Let your imagination place the photo of the glasses up on this portion of his head. The wife sent me a picture of her holding these glasses. Remember the stems of the sun glasses where wide and the nose piece of the frame allowed the glasses to sit lower on his nose and face than the regular glasses he wore. The prescript lens he wore with his regular glasses (made his eyes look smaller than they actually were). 10. Also remember the witnesses looked directly at him or from the side or from above him when he was seated. The concepts of the position these individuals view Cooper all have to be taken into acoount.
