Do U guys think the government actually kept those paper logs of every service man? I seriously doubt if Guru who is the older individual in this discussion tried to obtain a daily log of his records - we will find they NO LONGER exist but, he might enquire as to what might have happen with the logs. Surely the government is not housing ALL of the logs on every service man! LOL, but then the government spends a lot of money on stupid things - rather than solving crimes. Georger you do know that a university forensic geneologist contacted me several yrs ago. This person had been assigned to HOAX me and couldn't do it. This person then contacted me - scaring the wits out of me with all of the personal information provided - I thought it was some form of identiy theft and wouldn't talk to this person. The person left the University name and I checked the person out on the University site and sure enough was as claimed. I reciporated by calling thru the university and we started a communicating. We had lots of phone calls and I was provided with information I could never have found on my own. The individual decided since I could NOT be hoaxed to assist me. This individual was lofting on this thread for a long long time and read everthing written about me. Could NOT find anything in my background or personal life or what I had recited to the FBI and on this thread and other locations - to indicate lieing or deception on my part Following false leads and I admitted to that (when one is desperate - they can fall into those). You indicated the professor you speak of is involved in communications, but your professor and my professor are not the same. Have YOU and I both been HOAXED or is there someone out there really trying to find the truths. I question why a professor in either these areas - would take the time to communicate with either one of us. Just asking - sure as hell wish I didn't have to ask you this stuff in an open forum - sure wish you would open your PM's to me. What-ever Low means that is how I came out except the Obsessive Complusive was Moderate - but, I already know this and anyone who knows me knows this. I openly admit to being obsessive complusive. Yea! I was hoping the creep BK was gone. It is individuals like him that caused the FBI to 'walk' away from Weber. This thread has now seen and experienced what I have experienced with this creep for 12 yrs plus now. His mind twists and turns and adds things to everything. As you guys have learned BK takes anything said and when it come back at you does NOT even resemble what was said in the first place! Upon 1st contact with him - he seemed genuine, but then as I started to test him on things he told me - I realized I was up against the "Devil's" advocate. When he started running to the FBI with his fantasies - it destroyed my credibility with the FBI (if I had any in the first place)! I will regret the DAY I 1st contacted BK for the rest of my days on this earth - and he may end up being the reason the FBI dropped the investigation of Weber, but I do believe there were some other factors involved - such as the FBI's own faulty investigation of Weber's past. Now with the "other" stuff I have provided the FBI has had every reason to "look-back" on Weber, but it seems like the rampant crime, fraud and murders going on in the USA puts the investigations of OLD crimes into files labeled (do not investigate). From your posts regarding Gossett: You and I and all who know me know that one of the FIRST 1st THINGS I told the FBI was about Duane's dream. It was after the judge died and long after communications I had with Galen that he "invented" the statement with the judge. I have several emails between Galen and myself about this. I was very aware of what he was doing the moment he popped up on that one. Galen in an opportunists! "Plane" and Simple I know individuals on this thread communicate with Galen - and all I can say is watch your P's and Q's - I was ON guard almost from the beginning. Little has Galen contributed that he didn't obtain from others. He would not have found TINA had I not had a weak moment. I still have the letter he sent to me with a pic of HIS then suspect which WAS NOT Gossett!. By sending me that Letter he was hoping to EXTRACT the location of TINA from me - it would be several yrs later before I would provide him with the HINT about her divorce papers that led him to her. Something I sorely regret! You ended you post with a save face statement - "And...that I am open to the idea of another suspect. If you think about it, this has to be true." I tell the story about the banker and then you have people stopping you in the stores! The only thing this proves is that the individuals who know us are aware of our involvement....NOT that our suspect is better than the any other. Even my posts as long as I have been here are NOT as repetitive as Blevins' posts. He has his information on a drive and uses key words to pull it to the post. Note the words are the same. He will make maybe one of two lines and then the final statement. What is in the middle is the same - usually word for word. At least I don't do that. Most of my posts are composed from scratch if you can call what I do compose! There are times when I go back to an original post I made and do a copy and paste - but probably not more than a couple of dozen times in the entire thread - I am referring to the context of my own post and not when I am quoting the email I am answering. I go on and on, but Blevins repeats posts on and on and on and on. Sure wish his battery would run down! Blevins I am not being unkind, but it is the truth. Now watch the guys start in on me - perhaps no one has anything better to do or have just "plane" run out of options regarding finding any NEW information about Cooper. I am not part of this discussion - Thank Heavens! Why are the TV stations (I don't know which ones) digging up old programs about Weber recently? Today I was approached cautiously by a gentleman asking about a program he saw recently regarding Duane. Seems like someone has renewed the interest in a video in which the FBI made certain statement about Weber versus Cooper. From his description of the video - I told him I thought he might have seen an interview done in 2001 in WA with the FBI agent and the journalist who took Weber public. If my memory serves me right I chose NOT to participate, but was listening in another area...I really do not remember. I do NOT like being photographed much less filmed, but I did for a News Program and for the documentary done in 2001. The only article I participated in with the NEWS was the 2 Doug Pasternac did for U.S. News and World Reports and a journalist here locally who interviewed me for the New Journal after I went public. Hope I am remembering all of this correctly. My mind shut down the memories of when I first went public, but I do have the written documentations. Long way to get around to what this man recounted to me of the past. He said the FBI agent stated there was a Good Chance Weber was Cooper which is AFTER the FBI had sent me a letter in 1998 stating Duane had been ruled out due to FINGERPRINTS. I never receive written doucmentation about the DNA and "other" things some of you have discussed in this forum regarding supposed information about Weber. The short letter from the agent of record in 1998 was the only written documentation I recieved from the FBI regarding the possiblility of Weber being Cooper. Carr (not that I remember or am aware of) never made a public annoucement other than what he stated in this thread and my communications with Agent Carr were for the most part made publically in the thread. Question? It has been 12 yrs so why is this old documentary suddenly being aired again when supposedly according to CARR (in this thread) stated Weber could not be Cooper. I do not know if he went public outside of the thread with that train of thought. I live in the South (we don't get WA news) and do not have special channels and no way of playing even the old TAPES I have been provided. Frankly I like it that way. The man was not the 1st person to mention seeing some old clips recently regarding Weber/Cooper. I just know I need and should have something from the FBI besides that old letter of 1998. It is common knowledge I finally made some points in this thread I could never get the FBI to listen to...(couldn't get past the mouthpiece). The only way I justify the recent enquiries is that perhaps there have been second thoughts by the FBI and perhaps this thread has been instrumental in my finally be heard. WISHFUL thinking or did I post something that caused someone to look at Weber again. The details I revealed in this thread - the FBI had ignored. I hope beyond all hope something has actually been accomplished, because I am VERY tired. I have fought a long and hard battle - for 17 yrs and I am emotionally and physically spent. When I related John Weber's connections to Tosaw perhaps someone finally got it. Someone finally realized I was NOT blowing smoke - at least I will take that thought to bed with me tonight. Very tired and wish the FBI would FINALLY at least provide me with their Proof Weber was Not Cooper. Give us a break. I even made Duane's tax report for 1970, 1971 and 1972 available - THOSE tax reports did NOT support his life STYLE! (the only reason I have them is Duane kept all of his tax reports). Does that make him Cooper ? Well, since he was an ex-con and thief (that is how it was dismissed). I went over the income twice that I remember and maybe a 3rd time in all of these yrs...showing what details I had. YOU never let up - not EVER! It is ON-going! Hell I know better than to bother to list Duane's employement record and tax imformation and most men of that time like to collect coins. My recent spouse who died in 2007 had a coin collection - part of it handed down from his father. I did NOT have it appraised - it went to his kids as per his will. My efforts just to locate a prior safe deposit box were TURNED down by the FBI. The only check they did on income was what I provided. If you were able to acquire these records even with Kyle making the request - it would be miracle you got the detailed backlogs you make it sound like you have. Blevins . Jo: Moving to a place with cheaper rent is just logical - then you buckle down and do what you have to do to make ends meet. Lots of people complain about "hard" times and if you checked their account - one would find they are in better shape than MOST people. I complained about money ALL of the time - but, I was not broke or doing without. Some people like to pull the sympathy card and some just do NOT like their family knowing how much they do have - especially when there are members of the family or friends who always have their hands out. Pre-Cooper days versus the economy in 1972 improved for most people. Those of us who had little to nothing in 1971 if we were astute and penny wise - managed to accumulate pretty healthy life styles. Starting in 1973 things started to improve - there was more money to spend. During the early 80's there was a high un-employment factor for a period of time (nothing like it is now) and most of us over came that.... Those who did not may have been unwilling to take what work they were offered and played out their unemployment. The GOVERNMENT DID NOT OFFER ALL OF THE "EXTENSIONS" and the people became resourceful and creative....now we have a new generation of unemployed whose work ethics are not engrained into them. Couple that with the "ME" society today and NOT being taught how to do without some unnecessary things - such as I-pads and other expensive electronics and programs or designer clothes. I have dial-up - it fits my budget. I have an antenae and not cable - because it fits my budget. I have a cell and I purchase my minutes 2 times a yr. NO one needs to be talking while driving anyway. Right - I should have caught that, but then I didn't get real estate license until 1978. Duane and I made a bundle on an investment in in 1984 to 1987! Basically only obtaining a loan on a house and doing a few cosmetic repairs on and walked 3 plus yrs later with over 40K in our account. I also thought it would be pretty hard to handle that battery, but I have always wondered what happened to the other chute he threw out and the briefcase. I believe he threw those before the Plane approached Mt. St. Helens! Would not the crew have noted a change when these items went out? I doubt Cooper took time to throw a flare, but is it possible there was enough break in the storm or cloud coverage around Mt. St. Helen for him to know they were close. The one specific thing Duane told me about the area was the light at Swift Dam. Duane was just too focused on certain detail about the area on our trip in 1979. I remember his face during certain points on the trip. Only one time did he even think he might have made a wrong turn. I will repeat - Duane DID NOT look at a map - not one time on that 1979 trip! This is a man who the FBI claims was never in Washington! BUT, I was the one with him on the 1979 trip - a naive female who knew NOTHING about Cooper. Duane knew how to pick-em! Blevins - why did you SIT on this picture? It is very very obvious in the pic that Kenny was slight of build in 1970 and bald as a cucumber! NO WAY, he was Cooper! NO WAY a toupe was used to cover that BALD head with the technology in Toupes at that time. Have you ACTUALLY seen pictures of men that bald with Toupe's dated 1971. NOT JO! It was Mrshutter or yourself with post 36145 and G 5330. When you guys do "replies" make sure you only do it one time. Multiple hits will cause several lines on the posted page and the whole computer page gets screwed up unless the author realizes what they have done. Will do it every time. When your post comes up with all of the lines indicating replies - this is what generally happens. I went back and found it - Quade is the only one who can fix it after the time has passed (usually 4 hrs). When you see this happen try to contact the person who made the mistake if it is not your own post. If the person has already left the stage then you are STUCK until the thread rolls over a page. Jo, Might it have been a "booster rig"? That makes more sense than trying to explain it as a radionavigation apparatus. 377 Have NOT a clue what you are talking about...regarding the"belt thing". I simply wanted to know if he could have used this to put the battery and a walkie talkie into. Frankly I can't even imagine what the THING she made looked like. I pictured in my mind something like a fanny pack, but she stated it had more pockets and then the suspender type strap or straps. I did the post and it went POOF! Remember the battery Cooper had. Could that have powered a CB or walking talkie on the ground? Remember the attached picture - one sent to me by the ex-wife after a conversation about her making him a special belt with straps and pockets. The belt also had a straps that worked like suspender. Note this picture she sent me after that communication. When I showed it to my daughter - she said "What does he have on under his jacket". The wife did NOT mention his wearing such an appliance in the photo and I wonder HOW or WHY he looked so STOCKY! I just thought it was the photo - because the pic was supposedly made around 1970, but other snaps she sent of the same time period show a flat ab and muscular arms. As she described it to me it had suspender like straps that crossed in the back and the belt was wide with secure pocket. My mind was saying Tool Belt, but she indicated it had pockets and was made out of canvas and not for tools. She never told me why he had her make such an item. Duane had told me about this item his wife made for him and then yrs later she tells me the same story. Neither explained the purpose of the appliance. Will try one more time - 1970 approx pic is attached. Note I have other pics of Duane before and after that which show him as having muscular arms and a reasonable abdomen. The kidney did NOT enlarge to a noticeable stage until much later around 1980 it started being noticeable when he did not have a jacket on. The distribution of the appearance of his abdomen and upper chest are ODD in the photo attached - NOT remotely near photos taken before and after. I know I am unloading lots of thing right now - but, I have to do this now or never. Things I have kept to myself - but these are the things that just might lead me to the the past of Duane Weber / John Collins/ Dan Cooper or whoever the hell it was I was married to for 17 yrs. I believe I caught one of our posters completely off guard with a recent post. He knows who he is and what the post was about - I was just more detailed in that particular post than I had been in others on the same subject. I have spent to many yrs trying to protect other people when perhaps it is these individuals who can help me fill in some blank spots. I need the truth NOW not a yr or 2 from now . Oh by the way I had deer in my yard the other day! I do not know how they got back there - I had seen three the same size on the road about 8 blocks away, but then their tracks were all over when I went into the back yard yesterday. I have a creek with lots of overgrowth between the berm and the area that would take one to pasture or a wooded area. They were too large to have come thru the covert. I am still scratching my head on this one tonight. I will miss the wildlife that visits me once in awhile - I miss KY and the snow and the farms and the rivers. I have only my memories because things change so much. I can no longer take care of the yard and if I don't sell it now it will decline even more. The yard man mows but he doesn't trim the hedges the way I would like for them to be - I always made sure I did a varigated pruning along with the trimming and pulled weeds many hours each week so I didn't have to use lots of chemicals. It has gone from being manicured to being just maintained the last 2 yrs. The backyard was lush green centipede and I stripped out the foreign grass - such as Johnsons by hand, but I can't do it anymore just as I can't do what I have to do to find the truth about Duane Weber much longer. Have NO idea where I will go, but could NEVER live in an apartment or any place where there are people CLOSE to me or over my head or blaring a TV next door. I am located too far from a Hospital that offers the services I might need and it is costly to hire someone to transport me back and forth (my income does NOT qualify me for free services and I refuse to ride in dirty vehicles (cabs) or were you can "smell" the last passenger). A cab fare from here to the airport is $100. If I become unable to drive - it would cost me $50 to get to the grocery and back. These things aren't happening any time soon, but I know they are just around the corner - so anyone want to buy a house in Florida? Problem is I have NO idea where I will go - cannot afford the retirment communities in N.C, S.C. or GA or TN. We have NONE in this area and FL is too hot for me...why I can hardly go out during the heat of the day. Sorry - just had to say what I had to say. Goodnight to All. Did you work on any of the things we talked about in Group last week? ? ? ? Now I want to know why someone like Blevins can claim to not be bias and yet not take on the simplest of assignments. I asked him to find out if there was a SIGN indicating Paradise Park on the Interstate in 1979. He had boasted about it being so prominent and what I want him to do is PROVE it with 1979 pictures - NOT later pictures. I also enquired about a covert that went under the Highway - did it take one to Paradise Park? I do not have a map that shows details in that part of the state in 1979. I was not looking for road signs, but surely I would have remembered one that was as prominent as Blevins claimed in 1979. It was late Sept of 1979 when I was there with Duane. All of you jumpers out there - especially around the late 60's - Do you remember a jumper by the name of V. Pennington - probably a recreational jumper and may have jumped in the Georgia area. Had pitch black straight hair - (I actually thought maybe it was a wig). He would be younger than myself by at least 15 yrs I guess. I will guess he was early 30's when I met him in 1978. Note had a daughter named Robin - he sent Duane a picture of her when we lived in CO. NO REASON to state why I want to find this guy. I contacted the person I thought he was several yrs ago and the wife said he was there - but the man denied being the person I was looking for. I haven't mentioned this before - but, NOW I need to FIND him (dead or alive) and to know the extent of his jump knowledge. One of those time when I met someone from Duane's past and at this stage driven to find. I realize the man may well be deceased now - but, I do want to know his HISTORY! If someone has some information - email me at my private email acct and do NOT blurt it out on the thread. If the information is on target - I have a picture of him (from around 1976) but refuse to throw a pic out of someone who may not have known who his "friend" was. Didn't have to be an ex-Nam SOG, could have been a loader or smokejumper or helper who worked with the Walkie Talkies and the CB's and flight communications. JUST SAYING! Of course the walkie talkie you used was probably not from the 70's, but at least it is a direction needs to be pursued. Duane and his wife used Walkie Talkies & CB's to communicate while on some of their trips along the FL coast line. Between 1962 and 1971 along the Florida coast line on the beaches she would be at a designated place in the car waiting for him....we discussed this earlier. She made several statements to me over the yrs about how JOHNNIE loved his CB's. Good question! Can you use a walkie talkie to communicate with a CB? She used the two terms interchangeable and I just remembered this. I didn't catch it before....but, now I am asking the question. Remember I sold insurance before Duane died and I was contacting a lead the company provided me. It was the shop that installed the last CB for Duane....and the man remembered him because of the high end product he brought in and was specific regarding its installation. Weird thing to remember - this was during our first yr in FL -1988. Yrs after Duane died and I learned about Cooper, I went back to this shop, but it was closed. Most of his installations were for Truck drivers and he was near a Truck Stop off of I-10. I do remember mentioning to him that the CB Duane had before - actually received communications from a plane and the range on them was super and it probably saved our lives during a white-out in CO. So what was Duane's compulsive reason to have a strong CB? We did NOT have a cell phone - when did cell phones over take the CB's? Do they even make CB's anymore? I think about my life and wonder why. When I turn around at the Georgia line, my whole world begins and ends with that Hwy 20 ride. PANELS AND RIVETS - I do NOT know the technical names but those panels that you see riveted all around on the bottom of the planes. Hell if I could see the props - I could see the damn plane panels and rivets! This is when I wish I had a phone with a camera. A lot of good that would do - I have a problem figuring out simple things about a simple phone - like how to erase messages. I am NOT going to sit here and do the nothing - NOT one more day. I am accomplishing NOTHING on this thread, so I will do what I do best - seek out and go to the people who CAN help me. This means I have to make a public fool out of myself again, but I hope not. There are SPECIFIC things about WEBER's Past I requested from the FBI - so I will take these one by one and ATTACK in any way I can. Look out Oklahoma and Nebraska Tornata Jo is on the way. The FBI has banked on my dieing before I could prove anything that might prove the FBI was shoveling CRAP to the public regarding Cooper and the past of Weber. NO, I am not going public in the way you guys might imagine. I am beyond making a spectacle of myself, but if I can prove just ONE thing I have told the FBI about Weber's past - then that alone will get the attention of the public and then the FBI will need to explain WHY they miss this one thing. Something I begged CARR and prior agents to investigate and something they could have done with NO problem at all...even in 1998 before they sent me a letter dismissing Duane based on "finger prints". J0 needs answers to some simple things she has put before the FBI in the last 17 yrs and she intends to TRY! SO WHAT! Everyone thinks I am a NUT and OFF my rocker anyway. Ever seen an OLD woman get mad and make her last stand? Well, as I said I compare it to a tornado (which will probably blow itselfs out without doing any damage - by damage I mean not being productive). AT least I will have DONE all I could DO to get the FBI to take a simple look see into certain aspects of the past of the man I knew as Duane L. Weber. Duane L. Weber lived a good life from 1977 until his death in 1996, so it is NOT Duane L. Weber's past, but the past of John C. Collins...that needs answers. The FBI did NOT even check into the drivers license Duane Weber managed to obtain in 1990 nor investigate WHY he needed that ID. Carr dissed me on this as did other agents. Because Carr nor the other agents would NOT look into this aspect, I will get the information the only way I know how. I could NOT prove I was the widow of John C. Collins and the FBI refused to give me the information I needed to do so - the JEFFERSON file. It may be too late, but I am going to try! Oh by the WAY I won't need the Jefferson file the FBI so astutely prevented me from obtaining - there is a BACK DOOR! Might be to late to use this "tool" , but at this stage something is better than nothing! I don't have the money or the time to go through the legal process....which I could not do without the Jefferson file. The Jefferson file was the only proof available Duane L. Weber and John C.
