Precisely why I threw this out there and offered the $100 on my part. I suppose even a rookie could take the questions and ask them and record her answers, but it would be better to have someone very knowledgable of all of the right come backs. Very good reason to have someone who reads or participates in this thread or knows the case well. Okay - This is a start: The questions and all of the probable answers she gave need to be reduced to simple short statement and I need some contributions from the rest of you. Things you guy caught - such as the Comic books - we all know there WAS NO discussion about the Cooper Comics until they were brought up in this thread. Therefore we have to conclude she took that TID BIT from the FBI Cooper site when Carr made sure the comics became part of the FBI site. Actually the Comic theory was BORN on this thread and HAS NOTHING to do with who Cooper was and is NOT part of the Cooper history. Even her part about one of the witnesses ID'ing a picture of DL is false. The only picture that statement was EVER made about was Gray showing a pic of KC to Florence in a restuarant - which was noisy and loud and there was lots of commotion going on. Even then that WAS not the statement - it was "I think you are on to something here" and touching the photo. I was never able to find out WHAT photos of Weber the FBI showed any witness other than the attached and one used by the media - a contorted photo that the brother had sent me. I have other pictures he scanned at that time and you can see he had scanning problem. Weber's face was never that short (compared to unaltered photos of Weber). To All: This thread is making no sense at all. Everyone seems to be in their own little world and NO one is actually communicating anything of any value. Perhaps the conversations are WAY over my pea brain abilities to comprehend. Frankly I think you guys should be putting together some question to fire at Miss Twisty Butt while she is in Portland. Being able to FIRE questions at her in PUBLIC and then being armed with quotes and media articles she participated in might give the public and the FBI (if the are any part of this) reason to pause and THINK! In the next few days put together questions to be presented to her. Also have sources and prior answers she has given regarding the same question. I would love to do it, but I am not methodical and able to think on my feet - to make the come backs. Surely there is one of you in this thread who would like to go to this Shindig (just have to find out why she is spending so many days to attend this shindig and when and what exactly her contributions will be). When Blevins was quoting what she told media and then what she told him on the phone is a good example of the 3rd degree treatment Marla need to be put through. Really wish I was able to hire one of you to do this. Someone who has followed this case for a long time. A good candidate would have been Blevins, but he just too involved in his own motivies to be objective. You have 6 days to put questions together and detailed answer she has made in the past. Perhaps we could send someone to the SHINDIG able to record her answers. This person needs to know HOW to make come backs - think on his feet and know the things she has claimed in the past. Surely there is a WA or OR resident who has been reading or contributing to this thread willing to take on the job. I will donate $100 to the effort for expenses (that won't even pay for one nights lodging, but it is a start). At any rate why don't we compile the questions and prior answers and make them simple. Blevins started out well with this, but he is too involved regarding his own. One of our contributor lives in WA, but a trip to Portland might interfer with his occupation and he might not even be interested in taking the project on. If NOTHING else we could compile the questions and prior answers provided by her and send them to the various media personel in the area - SURELY there is someone besides you guys that wants to get down and get dirty with this Miss Twisty Butt. A good investigative reporter is needed - but WE have to give him the questions WE want answered - then HE can do whatever he wants with the rest of the interview. Even the locals who live in WA do not know ALL of the different answers she has provided nor do they have the knowledge that this thread has acquired over the yrs. Hell you guys get the questions together and I will send a copy of them to every media person I can find in the area. We sit in our homes warm and snug with food in the refrigerator, but in Sandy's devasting path people are suffering. Ask yourself what YOU can do to help. MYSELF: Anyone knowing a woman from 65 to 75 who lives with her family in Sandy's path whose home has been destroyed....and the family needs to get her out of harms way. I will offer transportation to my home and safe haven until the family conditions can be restored to something resembling an atmosphere the person would be able to go back to. The winters here are similar to a N.Y. Spring or Fall from now until the end of March. I keep my home cool - around 71 degrees. Would prefer an individual who is also Celiacs. The information MUST be verifiable (preferably thru a church) and with NO criminal record. I do not know how medical treatment will be handled in situations like this. Since I am celiacs it would be easier if that individual is also celiacs as our diets are very very restricted. Would not be able to handle anyone with serious medical problems or disabilites. A woman whose health will be in jeopardy if she remains in area. I have Unlimited long distance so she will be able to communicate with the family any time she wants to do so. Remember I live in an area that is NOT close to medical facilities or shopping. Someone who likes their privacy, but whose health would be endangered by staying in a home that needs to be restored or is uninhabitable. As Bruce suggested someone (preferable Jewish) as my personal beliefs fall more into that category or with no denominational connections. No smoking in the house or car and NO DRINKING. I asked myself what can I do - aid is pouring into the areas, but the seniors who may have to remain there may be endangered by the elements while their family makes the essential repairs. Would NOT be able to tolerate children. My home provides a private bath and bedroom for this person - best they be a neat freak like myself and have a tolerable amount of intelligence or education. This refuge is all I can offer and they could stay until late Spring when the weather breaks in the area and then they would rejoin their family. If the person needs counseling to deal with the lost I am sure we could find someone in the area to offer this at no charge. All of you know I am not the best technology wise so they will have to settle with the Dial-up and I have an old analog TV. There is a small library extension not far from me, but NOTHING is in walking distance. I deplore sending money when I do NOT know how it will be used. We experienced things like this after hurricanes in the south, but SANDY will go down in the history books as the most costly and destructive storm in history. I feel we have stepped over the cusp of what is yet to come and everyone needs to help - because even though some of you feel righteously safe - you never know when you might be the one out there in need of assistance. Having a senior in one's home will only handicap the recovery process for the family. I ask that anyone knowing a source for finding these individuals to please contact me by my regular email. Young man - I have been around! Left KY at the ripe old age of 19. Married for 11 yrs to a man who CHASED Twisty Butts like Marla. Single for 7 yrs and then married a man I didn't actually know (Duane Weber) and was married to him for 17 yrs. WOW! How naive can one be. Last time was a charm - but our time together was very limited. Mr. Cancer made sure we only had a few yrs together - but, I will remember his touch and his voice and his eyes and his love for me forever and ever. My only regret was that he and I did not meet when we both married for the 1st time and that our 4 girls could not have be his and mine. He had 2 by a first marriage and I had 2 by my first marriage - all girls and all stairsteps in ages. The are 53, 52, 51 and 50 - we sure would have been a busy couple. We even resembled each other in our senior pictures. One of his daughters looks like my 2 daughters. I was looking at a picture of her and thought it was a picture of my own daughter. Dvorak is a guy who like others kept trying to figure out who Cooper was and he zeroed in on Ted Mayfield....I thought he was walking a fine line when he made his move and should have approached it in a much more reserved manner. Dvorak's arguments about Mayfield actions and re-actions during the after math of the Skyjack are what triggered his interest in this specific suspect. Ted Mayfield was not a suspect until Dvorak came along. I thought his case against Ted was pretty flimsy, but as good as anyone elses at that time. Let's put it this way - Mayfield was a hell of a better suspect than Uncle Cooper. Mayfield had a record and he made some other mistakes over the yrs - but, he had gotten past those when Dvorak put him through a lot of CRAP that was unnecessary and an invasion of his private life. If you have a suspect - first you contact the FBI. You do not contact radio programs, TV programs, book writers or media. From 1996 until 2000 - I stayed within the realm of the FBI and then when I started to talk to the public and to the media - only then did the FBI speak and that was AFTER I went public and only because they made serious errors in their background check of Weber - so what else did they miss? Then just about thr time you have taken all the milk she has to offer - she kicks the bucket...those last pulls on the tits gets a little iffy. Sorry I just remember ths fun times. I loved the farm and which I could go back and finish my life right there. ' I don't want to die in a hospital bed all drugged up. I grew up in the small city near the shore of Lake Michigan.. and when the weekend rolled around we were usally fishing and boating(fresh air). Even in my earliest memories no such oderiferous places existed. Summer vacation usually meant a trip to Florida to visit relatives near the ocean and more sailing and boating( fresh sea air) with a drive thru the Great Smokey Mountains on the way( MORE fresh air).. NONE of the places we ever went to before that first dairy trip had that noxious quality to it. Most places I grew up had very nice clean air and water. With the brother's history even his remaining family several times removed doesn't know his complete background other than he WORKED for Boeing during the war and then after the war. John never had children. I do not know his last wife's maiden name who also predeceased him. I never knew the name of his first wife. Again no children by either wife. It explains my STATEMENT about access to lots of water before going to market. A wet enviroment for more than short periods is bad for the hooves and causes lots of diseases - so it is a given the cattle would ONLY have been there for a very short periods of time. Georger we all know Blevins book is a lot of HYPE, but the Captain Scott thing was not his fault as I stated in the above post. A certain other poster will not let this go as the same poster just keeps on and on and on with me about totally unrelated subjects such as my driving in KY or in hills or mountains. Questions a simple phobia I have about driving on steep mountains or hills and just drives the subject into the ground. Some women have spent most of their lives sheltered from certain things in life - I am one of those women. Do you think we can get this thread back into a productive investigative mode? Tonight I was forced to make posts I did NOT come here to make. WHAT did I come here for:

I communicated with Porteous BEFORE he went public about KC and before he contacted Blevins. He had a site on the computer - it came up when I was looking for information on D.B.Cooper & private detectives. I made a enquiry and we exchange a couple of emails. I am the ONE who told him about Ha Ha Ha by D.B. Cooper. The statement comes right off the pages of that book. Therefore in defense of Blevins (which is RARE for me) I will tell this thread that is how Blevins came by that information from Porteous. END OF DISCUSSION! I happen to know what Blevins stated about the information coming from another source is true. His only error WAS NOT checking the source of the information. ONE poster on this thread continues to ATTACK other posters - this needs to STOP. Blevin nor myself want or need to make LONG post in defense of our positions - but I have been force to repeat myself many times about one simple subject. Driving in KY. I didn't even drive a car until my parents retired and I had married and was 8 months pregnant when I got my FIRST drivers license in the STATE of FL. Whenever I did get a chance to go to Ky I was NOT the one driving - my husband was. I have only driven 2 times in my life in KY on a road or highway. 1. Lexington to Lebanon for a class reunion (I flew to Lexington). 2. A trip I made after Duane died to a family reunion - the only hill I drove over at that time was a sentimental journey to Cumberland falls on my way home. The area is densely wooded so and I was going South which put me on the hill side. THEREFORE - please do not bring up the Driving in KY issue again and leave Blevins alone on the Capt Scott issue -yes, he should have checked out the source, but he made a mistake and he corrected it. Well, I was 20 yrs old and very pregnant when I got my drivers license. I had driven a tractor in the field, but never a car. 1960 -1978 My 1st husband had to teach me how to drive. We lived in Central Florida. 1978 - 1980 The first hilly country I lived in was CO, but I only drove in the FLAT Land between Ft. Collins and Denver. When I drove a truck to Al from CO in 1980 - I had a helper but we encountered no hills or mountains. 1998 I drove a rental from the airport to central KY for a class reunion - my first and only time behind the wheel of a car in KY. There were 4 lane highways almost all the way - no mountains. I had never encounter "hills" and mountains in my driving experience and I am actually afraid of them and for good reason. My aunt died in a horrible accident in the early 50's in the hills of KY when the car went off in to deep rocky hilly terraine. She nor the other 2 occupants were found until the next day. All three had either died from the accident and/or the freezing weather. This was a small "hill" as some of you would call it between Bradfordsville and Lebanon KY. A highway now skirts the "hill" and the road was closed. Even when Duane was driving the car in 1979 on that SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY as I now refer to it - I was terrified being on a side where I could see deep slopes and rocks. I am sure after the LAW went into effect River Priviledges FOR Cattle would have been denied, but I how is that handled during a drought situatio? I do NOT know if WA /OR has droughts. What yr did the No Cattle on the River go into effect? Where there exceptions to this law? The questions made from neighbors about Fazio's cattle being on the beach (the neighbors could NOT see that beach). Some people think because they never saw cattle on the beach there were never any there. What Yr did the law become enforceable. ONLY the yrs 1971 to 1980 are of any concern! Where there exceptions during a water/drought problem? Main Question for Fazio's - When was the last time the cattle where on the beach? Even just for a few hours. Frankly I don't think Cattle on the Beach or Not has ANYTHING to do with the money find. It is just something for U and OTHERS to squabble about rather than address the REAL Questions. When an OFFICIAL analysis is made on the money and it shows exposure to cattle excrement and urine - then that should RAISE a lot of questions. WHERE, WHEN and HOW! A simple honest non hostile question to Fazio's. At any time from 1971 until 1980 were the cattle allowed on the beach for even short periods of time - such as before going to MARKET! It was an unethical practice (but not illegal) to allow cattle to drink lots of water before going to market in the old days. (Yes, Georger even milking cows go to market). When did THAT regulation go into effect? There was discussion about the cattle being on the beach at some point. When I do not know. For how Long I do not know. Since the beach was used by fishermen and the public the cattle being there would have been limited and as I have said before supervised. No one has ever said the cattle where kept there or quartered there. Did you or Tom explore where the money could have been before it presented itself on the beach in 1980? So how did cattle become any part of the money find? Pehaps it came for a happen chance statement made by the Fazio's themselves or a reporters statement like so many others that has been twisted until it does not resemble the truth in anyway what so ever. Cattle were DEFINITELY part of the conversation in 2001, but just a statement made in passing. Perhaps that is why you expected Tom to include cattle in his analysis. They will chase RED jeans - I learned that the hard way! Raised on a farm with the first herd of white face angus in Ky - I will vouch for that. There is another guy who claimed he had the first herd - something my brother told me was debatable since that man bought a Bull for stud purposes from my father. Jo, How many posts have you made to this thread stating that you did NOT know what was in the paper bag you allege that Duane threw into the Columbia River? If you remain true to your posting style, you will now probably deny ever making a post about a paper bag, deny that you posted the above quote, etc.. Robert99 NOPE! My stating he threw a paper bag into the water at the Red Lion - no I knew not what was in the bag. His going down to the water at a place I now know to be Tena's bar - whatever he had was small enough to fit in the jacket pocket of his windbreaker. I will quote my STATEMENT one MORE time for you. "This woman told the FBI about the places he stopped in 1979, but she had NO idea she was the first person to ever explain how the money got on Tena's bar. She had NO idea what she was doing - just telling what her husband told her and what her husband did on that trip." That statement does NOT say I saw him put money into the water or on the beach. Did I say I saw him put money in the water or on the beach? YOU pick at my words and you do this deliberately! My story unknowingly showed how the money got to Tena's bar - and something I witnessed. I was explaining that my story was the first story to EXPLAIN the money ending up on Tena's bar. Why don't YOU stop trying to pick my words apart and LISTEN to what YOU KNOW I am saying! I am not a professional writer just a woman recalling a trip made in 1979. I have gone to a great deal of expense that I could not really afford to do - to go back to WA with my own money in 2010 - to sort all of the crap out. JT had twisted and turned everything I said or tried to say. 2010 was the FIRST time in my life I ever drove on hilly or mountaineous terrain and the first time I was behind the wheel of a car in WA. If you are NOT aware - I made that trip while I knew I could still do it. Today - I would not be able to do it. I had to see some of this for myself and what I saw brought me home with even more convictions. Thats an old idea in this thread - according to the Fazio the cattle were never allowed on the beach, period, ever. Just who are you relying on for that information - JT? Did YOU actually hear one of the Fazio's make that statement. Well, a statement the one who was with us in 2001 stated differently. I listened to the conversations going on but did NOT know enough to participate. Do YOU have a video or recording of FAZIO saying that ? Surely I did NOT understand a lot of what they were talking about - but I was walking with Mr. H and Mr. Fazio - What you are claiming is NOT what I heard, but then I was under a lot of stress with the filming - I just wish I had had someone with ME to record the conversations. The cattle being on the beach WAS discussed and if YOU are just repeating something JT told you - better back it up with a recording or with a written statement from Mr. Fazio (I don't know which one was with us and I didn't know their names). I would think if the cattle where on the beach it would have been for short periods of supervised time on a river, because I have known cattle to go into a pond (I personally helped my father pull cattle out of our pond on 2 occasions - one was dead). Here is a photo of the "retention ditch" which Jerry Thomas pointed out during the CS team's work. The large red arrow points to the ditch. If you have read my posts you know I cant see any evidence of this ditch until some time around 1979 maybe ... but it is definately there by the mid 1980s. See that photo attached. There's no point in going over things 900 times. I know I am dumb, but these are aerials and I can't find the gate and the house and the tree line, the fence and the old parking area on these. What would have been the purpose of this trench and when was the trench there - surely the Fazio's provided some information. Second hand thru JT is far from accurate - if the trench was NOT discussed by the FAZIO's to the more reputable members of the team it means shit. I speak from EXPERIENCE in regards to that. He has repeatedly called me that which he should calleth himself. If that ditch was NOT there until 1980 what would it have to do with the money find.
