Why in the world would you want to know when John died. I met John, I have letters he wrote, I was in their home and I know when he died and when his wife died. I do not feel that this is information for public knowledge as they had family. This kind of thing I do in private. Do you know how to spell PRIVATE EMAIL? I tried to find his employement records, but all that comes up is deceased. I do know how to use the SS site...and I have his letters to me and the pictures he sent me. 1. 41, for the anniverary 2. 11, for November 3. 24, for the date 4. 18, for the seat number Duane's birthday was June 18, 1924. The skyjacking was Nov 24th and this is the 41st anniversary. I didn't think about the seat number being 18. In our local 250 million power ball tonight I played a sequence of numbers related to the crime...at least I thought the drawing was tonight as I never play the Power ball. Tonight for some very strange reason - I put out 12 dollars on a Power Ball I have never played before (didn't know how to fill out the card). I normally only play $5 once a wk on Lotto. I have been playing the same numbers since 1988 on Lotto - should know by now they are not winners. The Lotto changed after Duane died - from 5 numbers to 6 - so I had to make a new card. Good Luck! I have know Galen Cook for a long long time and have also been a victim of his using posters as schills. He sends it to the poster and wants them to pose the question and idea. Cook has used this tactic on more posters than myself in the past and WHY I have made reference to Puppet Master in prior posts and I gave him that name yrs ago. To hear Cook tell it - it was Porteous who gave him that name....dead wrong - I gave it to him right here in this thread. Remember the sequence of things that happened in 2004 - Cook sent me a letter with a picture of some college guy claiming it was his suspect and that I had promised to reveal Tina's contact information in exchange. NOT SO. I still have Cook's letter and the emails that ensued after that....he was out for blood. He also has lots of emails I sent him...so we are even on that one. He was really nasty to me in that phone call - he really lost his cool. Later he tried using the honey trick and a few yrs later he shows up in Tina's area and at her work place - and then Bruce goes. I was boiling. Bruce will tell you that I gave them both Hell. The story Galen told me about that meeting is not at all like the one that has been ensued by Galen.. He told me he showed up at her place of work and pretended to be someone in need of help. He later tells me a different story - that he had an interview with her. NOT the first contact and I doubt he got a second contact. Sometimes I wish the crew would finally step forward and put an end to individuals who go out and harass them. I was all over Bruce - I knew he was aggressive, but I felt that both he and Cook were out of place. Both of them Know how I stood on this, but I have NO ill feeling about it - I just wish I had never told Cook how to find the divorce files and that they would lead him to Tina. Oh by the WAY he did the HONEY thing about what a GOOD investigator I was! 377 - Tina's divorce records were right under your nose - you are an attorney, but you did NOT try to track her because like myself we believed she deserved her privacy. Bruce has become a pretty good guy - after he dropped the agressive attitude. I knew in my heart there was something beneath the exterior image and his writing demeanor and I was right. Problem is - I think Galen is playing his same old sneaky snake again. He has never stopped! He just got sneakier. Galen was never brave enough to post his own ideas in this thread and he used PUPPETS. It is just too convenient about the young men who fished at the river to coincide with his Cooper on the aft stairs. This thread and any amount of logic will tell one there was NO way to see Cooper on a dark night on that aft stairs. When I was talking to Cook yrs ago - I knew about the connection to Tosaw and that is no surprise - I just do NOT believe it was as intense as Cook is proclaiming in this thread through Bruce. One has to look at the age difference between Cook and Tosaw! Repeatedly I have enquired about Tosaw's relationship to John (Duane's brother and his wife). This connection is there and Tosaw and John did talk prior to 2004 - exactly what the purpose of their last connection was I will never know. At the dinner table - John asked me if I knew Tosaw was more than an attorney and informed me Tosaw also did investigative work...we got the call his sister had a heart attack before we finished dinner. John and I never got to have that talk. I do not wish to make anyone mad, but I am tired of some of you not taking stock of Cook and all of his false starts over these many yrs. He goes on TV and suddenly Gossett becomes a suspect. Look at all of the media about that and now you never hear one word about it. Did Cook move on from Gossett and the other multiple suspects or has he finally settled on yet another suspect? I think the promotion of this little chute thing is just Cook's way of saying the briefcase and its contents went into the river but that Cooper didn't exit the plane until Oregon and perhaps all the Way to Pyramid Lake. I did discuss this with Galen and in tthe thread. Since Duane took me to Pyramid Lake and the only time in the trip he mentioned jumping - I told Cook about this and I have in the past mentioned it here, but I was never able to get a list of name of residents who lived there in 1971 - couldn't remember if Duane said a name but he did mention he was Indian. I contacted Pyramid - but, never got anywhere. I would have had to make a trip there and I didn't have much to go on. Duane had told me about the open spaces and this desert like area that had rocks all over it. Basically all I remember besides his statement about know a man who live there and was a jumper. What Cooper did is deplorable for what-ever reason he did it be the bomb real or fake. Perhaps Cooper really thought he would die doing the Big One. The FBI basically from the description have declared the bomb was fake...and this does NOT seem to be debatable as far and the FBI is considered. The briefcase if it had been released by any means - some of the remanents would have been found - nothing was ever found. Bet Galen is getting ready to say that the briefcase and its contents went into the river and Cooper into Oregon. I think this is what all of this talk is leading up to. Since Galen had access to Tosaw's record and his sister - did he ever ask the sister about John Weber (not Duane, but his brother) and a conversation the 2 of them had around 2003 or 2004. When John had his discussion with me in CA in 2004 he had spoke to Tosaw! But, the sister had her heart attack and John and I never got to have our private talk. You are claiming that Duane had a radio in the Caddy that could communicate with other CBers and also communicate with aircraft. That's just not feasible Jo. It's not something that a "CB man" could make or modify. It's akin to saying Duane made ice cubes in your toaster oven. 377 I heard that Plane communication. I just know that CB's are what is put into cars to communicate with other before we had cells. I know we had them from the beginning of our marriage till there was no need for one. Duane seemed to be able to handle anything from annetaes for TVs to the large tower the neighbor had for his ham operation which came in on our TV. Either the man put a device on his system or Duane did on our TV antennae to take care of the problem of interference - we got his conversations and also police calls on our TV. When this happened that was a lot of squawking on the TV. I was working 10 hrs a day - Duane took care of it. "a CB man" - ? I have no idea! Have to take my medication and go to bed - Good Night! Jo, If you go EAST from Virginia Beach, VA, you are going to be in the Atlantic Ocean really fast. The Ocean is the ONLY thing east of Virgina Beach until you get to Europe or maybe the Azores. I think its possible that you simply misinterpretted what kind of vehicle Duane was communicating with. Nothing above says with certainty that he was communicating with an airplane. 10-4? 377 No, it was the plane and it seemed to be having a problem with frequencies. I do not know if they heard the transmission Duane made - because we were out of range. How do you think the Smokejumper communicated with the ground? USE your head. I have told you before I felt Duane had perhaps worked ground/air communications for small planes. I base this in part because of the CB man who replaced Duane's system after we moved to Fl and a couple of things Duane said. I had a reason to contact the man who at one time did some work on Duane's C.B. I was not talking to this man in any relation to Cooper. I was probably trying to sell him insurance or to collect an annual premium that had not been paid - back when Duane was alive. Also remember the man who lived behind us was a Ham operator with a tall tower and we got his communications and police communications on our TV. Duane fixed his system to stop this interference or put something on our antennae. You forget that it was 1979 when the plane transmission came in on our CB and forget the law. We know Weber was a crook and a con - so he obviously was not worried about violating it. I know the plane to car communication happened...I know the Caddy was set up that way. I know he had it set so we could get help in the event we were caught in a white out or in a wreck - It was a long way from Casper to Cheyenne and to Gillett...in 1978, Actually it was that system that did save us one time - but it was with a trucker and he got us out of there. He was the last truck to go thru before they closed the road and he knew there was a distress call on the CB for maker such and such. By being the last one thru - he was assured that his rig would not be jeopardized by another rig slamming into his should he be disabled by stopping to help us. Actually he intended for us to abandon the car and go in his truck to Cheyenne...but decided to get us out and for us to follow in his track....we made it out. If it had not been for that CB - Duane and I would have been there for 30 plus hrs. We spent the night in Cheyenne because the roads were CLOSED to Fort Collins. Oh, and this was the day after Duane made a 1 and 1/2 hours trip NORTH of Little Rock to the town Paperlegs lived in. He left him a package and you can bet it was NOT insurance related. The FBI did NOT even contact Paperlegs while he was still alive - no one did anything but me and I was always a day late and a dollar short. Jo has been the only person to explain how the money arrived on Tena's beach. Did these other people who claim they know who Cooper was ever explain that? Hell, I didn't even know I was on Tena's beach and I was just telling the story about our trip - it was later when it was pointed out by "others" that I had explained how the money got on the beach by relating the "Sentimental Journey". The prison thing is just something I suspect from my relationship with Duane and what I did know about him as a person and how protective he was of others. If there was evidence the victim has small children - you can bet your what-ever! Especially in the later yrs - just an instinctual thing a woman has. Ed himself told me about their being in WA and that he repaired helicopters and plane. This conclusion is because the FBI didn't investigate Duane's background for the WA, ID and OR yrs - or they neglected NOT to do so. THEN why did the FBI not contact Paperlegs - he only died a few yrs ago! But, already deceased when I found him....the FBI could have contacted him easy as pie. Sigh... 377 Fact: Duane threw a paper bag into the Columbia Speculation: Jo would be the first to explain how the money got onto Tena Bar. Jo says: Duane was protecting young inmates from being raped. that statement alone is not true, there are no hero's in prison it's each man for himself, if you are weak they will find this out FAST and you will have to pay for protection! sounds to me like another story from Duane Weber. Duane seems to have knowledge about everything......except getting caught doing a crime! EXCUSE ME: This was a conclusion I made on my own based on my finding out how many times he was in prison and certain individuals I met over the yrs without my understanding the connection - other than protective. There were 2 such guys over the period of our marriage. He told me Tommy was a dangerous man - so who was TG and why call him dangerous and not call the other two dangerous. Remember I did NOT know Duane had been in prison and this is my opinion of his relationship with at least 2 guys I met from his past in our 17 yr marriage. Jo, That's impossible unless the plane also had a CB radio, which is highly unlikely. What exactly did you witness in this alleged car to plane communication? 377 I explained this yrs ago and to this thread several times. We were in route to from Cheyenne, Wy to Rock Creek (I think that is right without looing it up on a map). The CB was on and suddenly I hear the CB and transmissions - what was being said was flight directional things. Duane exchanged some words about frequency. It was short and I do not remember what was said, but we quickly lost the connection....going in opposite directions. I didn't even see the damn plane. We were in the Caddy and I have repeatedly told about the extra battery Duane carried in the trunk of the car and had it checked regularly. That was so if we were stranded in a white-out we could keep communications with air searches....even if the car battery ran down. I just thought all of this was normal. I didn't know it was unusual. I had never been around a CB in my life other than what I saw on TV. NOW, you tell me that couldn't be done? If what you are saying is true - then perhaps I am Delusional, but I know what happened and that was NOT the last time. I explained to you guys about Duane telling me in the 80's when it was almost 2AM on a Xmas Eve and my daughter had not arrived into the Virginia Beach area (she did not have a cell and she had never made that trip between Atlanta and Va. Bch). He told me to go on the CB and see if anyone had seen her. YOU guys told me NO way I was talking to a truck driver going East on Suicide Strip TO VA. Bch. I kept repeatind if anyone out there saw her to come back that I was afraid something had happened. Finally a driver comes in and tells me he is on her - and was flashing his lights - she was doing just fine. He then communicates with me that she has reach the destination I was to meet her at. I wrote the lyrics to a song about my Baby and Christmas and a CB and that truck driver - after that. I do not remember it and have since lost the words. It's Xmas Eve and My baby's never drove suicide strip. That' my Baby, Thats my world come on Back to me Big Guys. I don't even know how to use this thing. It was a bunch of ramblings like that. Then the male vocal comes in and brings my baby home. A frantic mother pleading for help and a truck driver who guides her to a destination as though it she was his own...after he passed her and they exchanged flashes she follows him in. That was a very fair post you made. I am just too tired to carry-on much longer, but I do want to add one thing about all of the recent posts regarding Cooper having some kind of communication device or homing device. I feel he did because of the things Duane told me and showed me in Wa. His knowledge of small plane communications was VAST and since he pointed out a lot of small airports - he evidently flew in and out of them. 2 of these were very specific. He knew how to make a car CD communicate with small aircraft. He was very aware and had connections in air traffic control in the Atlanta area. He pointed to me a spot - saying he knew someone who left a car there. This was just off of Hwy 500 on the north side not far from Green mountian and strip that was used for small plane and jumpers just north of Green Mountain. Because JT refused to acknowledge Greene Mountain for these last 17 yrs - that is a surmounting puzzle to me. Had I not have made that trip in 2010 I would not have found it. Strange as someone stated that Bruce who was with me at that time has never commented about it. Not to one soul in the thread or privately although I am sure he and Cook may have talked about it. What any of this means I don't know - but, putting together the things Duane talked about on that trip and the things he stated during the yrs of our marriage I am sure he used that knowledge to at least know about when to jump or to find his way after he hit the ground. I asked Mr. H if a car was ever reported abandoned there - but, he never gave me an anwer. He was out of Portland and NOT privey to everything going on in WA. Good Night! Had a long day with an MRI today and they gave me a disk before I left. I have spent most of the night trying to compare that with other tests. Don't like what I see, but I won't have the report till Wednesday. Hopefully it will be okay as other tests have been. I have read all of the posts but just in too much pain to post much lately. I do want to state that I have NO VENOM for Galen. I just do NOT agree with some of the "stuff" he comes up with. Why? Because all of you know if you read Sluggo's site and if you were to read the exchange of information Galen I have shared over the yrs. you might understand. When he pulled his little "stunt" with Tina - I felt he had gone OVER-BOARD and let him know how I felt. The fact he shared some of the knowledge he gained from me and then made it basically public regarding Tina's location - I highly disapproved of...I felt I had led the Devil to Tina's santuary. Because of that I have NOT spoke to him in a long time. Yes, Galen and I used to share a some ideas and communicated by email. I do NOT run my mouth ALL of the time about everything I know. I was supposed to meet with Galen in 2010, but my schedule was too tight on that trip and every moment counted. I lost 2 days due to illness and only able to search 5 hours per day. I fondly refer to Galen as "Glacier Boy". It is just some of his tactics and the fact I think he goes too far sometimes. He is aware of this - we are NOT enemies. You can like someone, but not agree with them all of the time. Over the yrs - Galen has had several suspects - some which none of you will ever know about. He like myself is unrelentless in the "Chase", but I am afraid he takes somethings just a little too far. There is NO Venom between us. He doesn't share things with me because of the "thing" regarding Tina. He also knows I do NOT like some of the tactic he uses....I have even referred to him as "Sneaky Snake in the Grass". He is aware of this. He can say the same things about me and I am sure he has NO venom for me. At this time I have little to offer to the current conversations. The little chute story was around, but it didn't mean anything. It was part of the research others helped me do. I have an actual copy of the article. It does appear Galen is casting his bait with a hook to show how the money got into the river, but it just will not wash. As for finding REAL testimonies about seeing the plane with the aft stairs down - I think he let a woman "use" him. She may have saw some kind of flash and heard the plane - but that is ALL. She did NOT live in the area he keeps tooting - she lived toward the East part of Vancouver. NOTE they have NOT given her exact address just a vague indication of where she lived which covered a broad area - was she east or west in that area? Note Galen never gave her exact address. He likes to stay vague about these things....but he sure was VOCAL about Gossett and you know where that got him. He does use a lot of hinges to any story or theory others come up with....part of the "Sneaky Snake" thing. Try this one: Cooper may have used the Dummy Chute to pack the money in or maybe he intended to and saw something that WAS not supposed to be there - like some kind of homing device - So he tosses out of the plane. MIGHT be why the FBI was looking around Ariel and the Grist Mill.

Mr. Fazio was with us in 2001 for the documentary. Even with changes in the beach at that time. The fence was still there and a couple of the original trees. He knew where the shed was and since those 2 trees were pretty large they were pretty old. At that time Fazio was able to pin point the find. Therefore he probably still could even if he is getting old and feeble like myself. If the original house and foundation are there - I am positive he would be able to again pin point it. I just know what I saw and I what I witnessed on the beach and what I heard Fazion tell the crew. If those guys on the crew took some good footage they would release (if they kept it) to us or the public or FBI that would help. Wrong - this was done yrs ago and no way to check the John Collins name....Duane's reports came in DECEASED...no information available. You seem to think it is very easy to obtain information like that - no it is NOT. I have Duane's employment records and they have been posted from 1969 to 1995 when he deceased. I only took them to 1976 because I knew the record after that. The yrs from 1962 to 1968 are under John Collins and not available. I made that offer because I knew NO one would take me up on it, but had they have done so I would have paid for it. As for the Brother - I do not have his SS number and it has been tried, but all that comes up is deceased. You seem to not realize there is such a thing as Privacy Laws. Not just anyone can obtain certain records...unless you KNOW some way to do it illegally. In 17 yrs I have done more than any other person as done including the FBI. I doubt Marla is right. I know the FBI made some mistakes in their investigation of Weber - I have pointed them out and I have contacted them for clarification of the very things we just talked about - but the were NOT forthcoming. Fingerprints - Cooper was print phobic - if we can believe what Geoffry wrote. I do believe that to be true. Now do YOU see a pattern? The FBI was contacted about a letter I received regarding Eugene and an individual who was there....long before Marla ever mentioned Santa and Eugene. If the DNA on that matches the DNA on the tie - well, then I have a watch the FBI can swab for DNA. Strange that all things go to Eugene. DL, Santa, Tina Mucklow and XXXX. This was probably the weirdest part of this whole thing I have experienced. I didn't make it up because I had a letter about it from around 2001 or 2002. That paragraph was later found to be deceptive and inaccurate as the productions of the Master Sets was not completed until the 80's and some individual never made it into the system. Duane Fell in that cusp - It was a PUZZLE why they used the 1944 prints from McNeil a prison they later claimed he had not resided in - only passed thru. DON't U SEE a PROBLEM with THAT! This was CARR babbling off the top of his head. To my Knowledge -This was NEVER done. The story about prints being changed within the Jefferson Prison circulated for yrs with in the system - one prisoner supposedly wrote a story about this - but I did not find him until 3 months after he died. UNTIL you actually see the records that statement is invalid. My records and personal accountings from individuals in Duane's past told a different story than the FBI's. Y 1998 The FBI dismissed Duane with a letter based only on prints 2 yrs + after they came to my home. A strange letter dated July 30, 1998 stateS the known prints of Duane Lorin Weber were compared and none of the prints associated with this investigation were found to be identical with any of the fingerprints found on the Northwest flight and subsequent fingerprints possible associated with this matter received at a LATER DATE. Another DETAIL I have NEVER REVEALED until tonight. QUESTION what other prints did they find associated with the crime at a later date. Perhaps those from letters mailed from those claiming to be Cooper. The letter goes on to state - "In light of the above results, no further investigation is being conducted by the FBI concering Duane Lorin Weber and any possible connectiion to this investigation. 2000 The FBI denies Weber was ever in McNeil or the Army (guess who managed to obtain these records - Doug). We found lots of other things - and the were contrary to what the FBI claimed so I went Public, but for 4 yrs I did nothing, but put faith into the FBI only to find they had done nothing. 2001 The FBI then has to fess up and put up (only then did they start getting their act together). They actually had to confront Doug - but, I stayed out of this. 2003 The FBI requested DNA - after I had remarried and had little of his stuff left that I was willing to part with. What I offered I told them I did not think there would be DNA or prints - I am a cleaning fantatic and the items had been touched and use by others and some I did NOT know if Duane ever used. Now you GUY know the rest of the story! It would be several yrs before they returned the items I gave to them - sure as hell glad I didn't let them have a very expensive watch nor his everyday watch (the only way they will get DNA from those will be to swab or take the DNA in my presence and then hand those items back to me at that time. The items will not leave my visual range....this is how much I trust the FBI at this time. The prior items where NOT returned until 2007. Not sure I am understanding your posts tonight - what are you drinking? Obviously you do not have the records nor access to them. Go back and read my postings. I requested them and I am the only next of kin - but a no GO. Either the FBI has these 500 pages or they don't. It has been clearly stated in the last 6 yrs in the thread what I have and what I do not. I am only interested in the arrest, charges and convictions and time spent in jail or prison along with the DATES. I want all arrests listed and locations regardless of what the outcome was. Unless you are FBI or law enforcement I doubt U have access. I have attempted to obtain them and with no success. I have knowledge of several arrests. Starting with Florida - 1942 - JAX (Navy).
