I have not pulled John's letters and the notes I made. John was a consultant for BOEING during the war. I do NOT know for what period of time, but it was BEFORE 1958 - much earlier. Duane and John had NO contact AFTER 1958 and even then his contact with Duane was limited. The period of time John was doing this was PRE 1958. From what I remember of John's conversations was he acted as a consultant for Boeing during the war. I do not know what those dates would be. This is only from recall of both verbal & written communication. John's last communication with Weber was 1958 per his written word and spoken word. They would then speak shortly before Duane died. Something the sister and I arranged while Duane was in the hospital. I do have a couple of written communications from John, but do NOT feel like digging through things at this moment. I had a CT today on the heart. I also picked up copies of the ekg and blood test made while I was in the ER. I do NOT see why the Dr. wanted to admit me and filed a verbal greivance regarding this with the hospital administration after - I reviewed the ER records. The levation of certain blood level are DUE to a known health problem I have suffered with for yr and the medications that were on the list of meds currently being taken. The elevations are minor.... so I believe I spent my own money for this CT that Medicare does not pay for absolutely NO reason. There was nothing in the test that indicated I needed to be admitted. I noted today the staff has seemingly been cut drastically. I feel I have been put thru 7 days of needless worry. The symptons still exist and are most likely being generated by my spinal problems, the celiacs and the fact I have a prolapsed mitral (had it all of my life). Will talk to you guys when I find the information about the yrs. I can tell you this for a FACT. John was a consultant for BOEING during the war. FACT one cannot ignore! The period of time John's car was damaged by one of Duane ventures in the CA nightlife would and could only have been 1943 to 1949. John WAS LIVING IN WA in the 60's but I do not know know where and this is when the little investiment venture was made with another person connected to BOEING! This information is FACT. I had to take my medication because I have some serious testing TODAY as it is 1 AM here.... This is just getting too confusing to follow for me right now. The records I have are pretty good....and I need to fill the wholes in with an orderly manner. Taking the knows I do have and putting the Knowns with documentation that you have acquired. Wish we could meet to do this as I think that would clear many things up. I still feel the crucial yrs are 1962 to 1966 - what the fricking hell was he doing and why? He was NOT in prison during that time and what he was doing supposedly per the wife was to provide them a NEW start which they did in 1966 and Duane screwed it up. I guess he "spent" his bounty and then resorted to crime again. They led a very "active" life. One I cannot even concieve of. It makes me shutter just to think about it - the people whose lives the crossed and sometimes had the kids with them. Those yrs 1962 to 1972 really messed up a lot of lives! Innocent lives - that is the SAD part of this. Duane did in his own indirect way tell me about 1962 to 1966, but it was sketchy - the ex-wife was the one who filled in some of it, but she was also usually 3 or more sheets in the wind on the phone at 2 to 3 am my time and I had to go to work at 8 or 9. I have done the best I can - I know that Duane Weber was indeed Dan Cooper, but outside of taking it to a TV program who would slaughter me more than this thread has - I am not sure what to do with it. I have been discussing this for 18 yrs and 18 yrs is a long time for even the most brillilant of individuals to be completely consistent. I am very tired and my pill is taking effect so I do not want to continue to say anymore tonight. I know what I know - I may not know the exact order and I know he was mixed up with some really bad stuff 1962 to 1966. I know they had a nest egg when they went back to Ms or Ks...what that nest egg was - how much or for what only MJ was able to fill in the blank spots. When I met Ed and Tommy and the others - their demeanor and actions feeled a lot of that time frame in - evidently it had to do with some government crap and secrets..why trust ex-cons with stuff like that? I am making one more statement. There is a man I do not know if he is still alive that knows what some of these secrets are and Andrews knew some of what the secrets where...It all came out of TX and a lot of stuff having to do with unions, mafia, tale runners, planes, deserts and new identities. This man was the Snowden and the Bradley of the 70's. He was accused of "things" not acceptable to our government and the secrets of the government. This man got in lots of trouble because he contibuted to the top-secret study of classified documents about the Vietnam War. The Beacon Press actual took document public. The plummers and the watergate burglaries....hell they need cons - not soldiers. The Cuban Ameicans who were set up to incapacitate Ellsberg in a public rally. Russo - I heard Duane talk about Russo and I may have met him. Then Anderson or Andrews or Charlie Daniels - all of the truths buried. Why would our government want to bury anything they thought was best. Today we have guy fighting for our right and and they are introuble - Bradly and Ellsberg and now Snowden. I do NOT know why I stated that - but Duane was living with his mother in 1957 after he had been released and before he was arrested in Treasure Isle. He was with her before she died, but may have been back in prison before she died. I have family records according to John (the brother) and her obituary. I have family records for those yrs or most of them and I definitely KNOW who he was with from 1962 to 1966 and that his name was John C. Collins in those yrs. He was in prison in Jefferson from 1966 to 1968 and then back with the same person he was with from 1962 to 1966, but under the name of Duane Weber until 1972. Perhaps in the late 40's as Duane was in CA. during 1943 to 1949 - OFF and ON. Perhaps this is the time John was referring to - but I believe this is in a written communication sent to me by John. I could NOT possible dig it up tonight. I never said anything about the video testing being related to John. RIGHT John and Duane spent little time together - hardly knew each other! That is a certificate and NOT the actual prison file. I would want to know more about this letter and where it is filed and WHY the prison file reads a different date. File Doug acquired in 1998 - so how or WHY WAS THIS added and when was this file you speak of actually recorded or was it. It is a letter - and certificate and NOT the PRISON FILE. If the PRISON file shows a different release date - the where the hell did Duane spend this "other or additional" incarceration? Remember 377 is an attorney in CA and I would want him to vouch for the authenticity of this document as it does NOT match the prison file nor have you produced the prison file with an addendum. ANYONE can produce a certificate, but I have to see the ACTUAL prison file - and one not altered regarding this additional stay in prison or was the time spent else where? Exactly were was he encarcerated for that additional time and WHY was it not on the FILE we obtained yrs and yrs ago. This seem like an ODD thing - THE actual prison file if he was sent back to SanQuention should record the in and out date and all of the other information on the other prison files. In 1962 Duane's sister signed him out of Canon. Who signed Duane out of SAN QUENTIN and what was the date? Strange it is NOT part of the files we have! WHY are U trying to screw with the dates. I have asked many time for someone to produce pictures of the opening for the Boeing 727. Duane may not have been there but someone from his family was and so was Lyman. As for 1962 to 1966 - I don't know where is was BUT, I know who he was WITH! A woman who had 4 children and a past. The woman I spent yrs talking to. She claimed she did NOT know his name was Duane Weber until he was released from Jefferson in 1968! NOW do you believe that? She had 5 children....yet in many of those yrs she did NOT have custody of the kids. She and Duane stayed in the road from 1962 to 1966. Alway on the run. She liked to brag about the things they did. Her oldest boys were both stationed in WA state in 1971 yet she said she had never been to WA. There is a file in WA that might dispute that! She told stories one could never dream up - they were nightmares to me. She knew he was a thief and that she did NOT deny this. She was with him from 1962 to 1966 - and she did NOT have children with her in the early yrs. I do NOT know the times and the yrs as my information was second hand from Duane and from his brother. I did NOT think to ask the brother the time frame. He was very deaf and communicating with him was difficult. I got the impression he thought Duane and his wife might be messing around - and The brother divorced his wife of the day....I do not know the reasons. This was NOT something John felt free to talk to me about - it was private and I only asked question as they regarded his brother who John had NOT seen since 1957 or 1958 when he picked up a baseball bat and ordered Duane to leave his mothers home. John did put this in a letter explaining what little he knew about his brother. John left home to live with relative when Duane was about 6 yrs old - John was 13 yrs older than Duane....and John had an engineering degree! It is time all of this stuff is compliled together. Recheck the SanQuentin file - if it read differently than mine - Duane was NOT sent back to SanQuentin. I have NOTHING in writing about where Duane was after Treasure Island and the next thing I know he is in Canon in 1960. YOU guys claimed he would have been sent back to CA, but I have NO record of that. I also have the little things the funeral homes gave out at the time for both Duane's father and his mother. I know the one Duane had on his Father was sent to the prison by his sister. I do NOT know how he acquired the on on his mother. Duane never mentioned having attended the funeral and the last time John saw Duane was when he sent him packing because of the women and the coins with a baseball bat. He gave the date in his accounting - I am not able to dig it out since I have some tests coming up and I had therapy do day. I did talk to her on the phone and we did exchange some emails - this has been in the last 2 yrs. Her mother does not want her to make the Tape publice - but, who knows - after all she is a writer. I had a hard time getting throught the "other" stuff to get to that particular article. Remember I am pretty straight laced. Unclear of the complete story - and I had to tell her - I honestly told her I not be able to tell a story about my grandfather....just family stories or what was written down The schematics lying around the house. Duane was paroled in 1957 -and it was after he was out of prison he was bringing his Floozies to Ma Webers home and some Gold Coin came up missing. John supposedly took a baseball bat to Duane and ordered him out of Ma Webers home. Prior to that John found his wife had been providing Duane with transportation to and from some of the local establishments and had done some minor damage to John's car. This is the time frame as John was in and out this is when the schematic were lying all over the house. I got the impression John thought his wife and Duane were "messing" around. Duane was paroled in 1957. So this has to be the time frame and the only slot I can put John story into. Duane's mother died in 1958. When was the BIG Shindig for the introduction of the 727 - 1960 or 1961 or 1962? I was never able to find the Guest list - but the brother was at the opening when it was introduced...Duane had mentioned the paint was developed by Sherwin Williams - but the guys in this thread claimed Boeing developed and manufacture all aspects of the plane - did they think I was really that STUPID! I never indicated the schematic would indicate anything about jumping in or out of the plane. Just that Duane could have been aware of the access. There are those who have told me there would be NO schematics in anyone's home - I just know what the brother said! THIS WILL KEEP YOU UP ALL NIGHT! MAYBE FOR A FEW WKS! I sent you a PM explaining the possible Guilliam connection to Duane's brother. I would give my life to have the picture of Duane's brother with the man I understood to be Guilliam. What I have is NOT just what was derived from the things the grand-daughter wrote, but from a story Duane had told me and the family history with Ohio and a woman I believed was Duane's mother's best friend...they had children almost at the same time in OHIO and Duane's parents went to CA after that in 1943. I was searching for the man who owned a stone house in Pullyallup and that is how I found the story on Guillam - I had been searching for this for many many yrs before she ever wrote that. There is a man who used to read this thread that sent me some things yrs ago. I was trying to find the man Duane's brother had a partnership with on a piece of property in Tacoma. Strange the commercial property Guillam owned was in Tacoma and he lost it. The grand-daughter did NOT know if he had partner. WHY yrs ago I hasseled the FBI about checking into John Weber owning property in Tacoma and who was in it with him. I did not know if it was just financial partners or a limited corp. I wanted to go to Tacoma to search the property records YRS ago before I found out about this man. I had been looking for the name with many spellings. ASK 377 and go back in the thread and find this is true. I left messages with the FBI about this - but never got a response. I had been looking for this man for YRS! I did not know the time frame of the business venture in which Duane's bother and the partner lost it...just that it was commercial property in the Tacoma area. DUANE told me in 1979 on our way to SEATTLE and it is in the records right here in this thread and in things I told anyone who would listen to me. Duane had TOLD me about the man in Pullyallup and I had looked for yrs trying to find the man who John had a business venture with. I did not know the time frame of the business venture - but Duane did mention the man was with Boeing and so was his brother in some kind of capacity...I do not know if they were employed by Boeing or with a subsidary. Yea. the article the woman wrote is what drove me to contact her, but there ARE truths in her story that matched the story I told anyone who would listen. I am sure this young lady was not writing these things in 1979 when Duane and I made that trip to WA. I have told the story so many times about the things Duane told me on that trip and the things he pointed out to me and this is one of them - nothing that I added at a later day - but in my accounting of the things he told me and showed me on the trip. The girl may not have her story straight but it matched what Duane told me about John and his partner in 1979. When I found it was her Grandfather who was contacted about the feasibility of the aft stairs - I actually freaked out! In a separate part of the conversation on our way to Seattle in 1979 - Duane mentioned Vallee Air Service and trips to Fairbanks, Alaska....he did NOT mention a time fram that I remember. I didn't understand that then nor today. He used the word "WE". With Duane's prison record just when was there time for a WE. Now I know that Stanley did that route. Duane was in prison most of his adult life! How did this fit into his history and when? The Alaska route was mention by Duane and he said WE. All of this was told to Himmelsbach YRS and YRS ago. I did NOT know who the man was - this is how GUILLAM ever came up in the first place. I had been looking for the man and all I ever got was some guy out of CA and he did NOT match the criterior I was looking for. In fact I contacted this other Guillam - and his occupation had NOTHING to do with Wa or planes. I apologized to the man and told him he wasn't who I was looking for. It might interest you to know that the Gilliams were in CA when Duane's family was there and in the VERY same area - Duane parents lived in (forgot the name of the place it was Arcadia) when they first went to CA in 1943....they went there because a friend of Duane's mother and Father helped him obtain employment there. I do not know what Duane's father did in CA in 1943 and it is very important I obtain the family records. NOW you creeps know what I have been after - and when that girl wrote her little story - it came up in my long long searches and those of a friend who helps me. Until her story came up - my search had been futile about this. All I had was my memory of what Duane told me and what John told me about the family in CA. CLUE - family name BARTH Check it out - Guillam and Weber's connected long before California. But what is in a name? Maybe location and employment and old friends. Jobs were far and between and some went to CA looking for jobs and a healthier place to live. The Weber's left Ohio and went to CA. in 1943. Duane was in the Navy....but we know the rest of that story. Who was the friend that they went to CA to see in 1934 approximately. Where they the same friends who help Papa Weber find employment in CA in 1943 - why it is so important to obtain the family journals that have been kept from me. One more PS. John Weber was 13 yrs older than Duane Weber. His sister was 6 yrs old than he was. Gilliam was 2 yrs younger than his wife. I have waited for the FBI to make its moven & for others to finally tell some truths. Since I see either happening at this time - IT is time to finally start dropping the bombs. I thought when it became evident that Weber was Cooper they would finally just say - OKAY! Duane's brother was involved with Boeing but I was never told in in what capacity. John knew Stanley and if I had the family album - you would find pictures of John and Stanley together. The name is Stanley Gilliam. Do any of you know who that was? When Boeing tested the aft stairs on the 727 - Stanley was part of it. Duane was fasinated by this and the testing ocurred in the 60's. It was part of if not the same testing you guys have seen the video of. Stanley Gilliam did NOT know Duane, but knew his brother John. Stanley was the man who received a call from a gentleman who got past the phone security and Stanley thought the call had gone thru channels. After the skyjacking Stanley contacted the FBI feeling the lapse in security had afforded the skyjacker the information he needed to carry out the crime. There were pictures of John with Stanley in his home. Duane said he knew a man from Pullyallup - who had a house made of stone. Stanley had a house made of stone there. The ONLY thing with the TAX report as most of the back up stuff was gone yrs ago is a stub from Family Life with NO date on it. WEBER NIGHT ON TOWN'REINBURSEMENT FOR "NIGHT ON THE TOWN" CONTEST AWARD $50. ACCOUNT # 507056 AND ANOTHER NUMBER 073310. No yr or date. The trip was paid for by the company and he probably had all of the back up stuff, but not yrs later. I believe there was more with them when he died - but I cleaned thing out. The report is 1979 and he died in 1995. I went to the Albums and the pictures are there - on the back I have written fall 1979 on the salt lake, the seattle and then a Xmas party that yr. NO stamped dates. There are 50 plus yrs of negatives and it will be hard to find the right batch all these yrs later - bet they do NOT have dates either. They are very tiny and none of the packages are labeled. - I have to use a lamp and magnifier - I can't do that anymore. They are just there encase I ever have a fire - so they there will be some family history for the kids. I went thur them YRS ago one by one....guess I shoud have labeled them then. Most of the people who where at the meeting are deceased no. Phil an his wife were there, but I understand he died. Phil was the one who ended up going to Spokane and whose Father Duane knew and who Duane asked about. Phil was about my age and his father was probably older than Duane. Obviously the 2 men knew each other...the Father lived in Spokane. Duane asked if his father still xxxxxx and Phil said NO he's too old for that now... So if they want physical evidence other than the ring he bought me which has no date or ID on it. My daughter knows we went to WA, but she did NOT go with me. WHAT Ckret stated HAS no credibility - all you have to do is see what YOU did with the JEFFERSON FILE - why didn't he give it to me. All I was able to get on line was a few paragraphs and what the woman in records sent me. I have all of the correspondence. The actual file you presented was NOT there! She was very helpful and told me I would have to contact the attorneys. They were no long in business and no one knew where the files would be from 1966. Ckret says one thing about the shoes and others say another - ONLY GO By WHAT THE Stewardesses told the FBI in 1971 - NOT what a specific agent claimed. Remember how the FBI lie to me! I also know Ckret was NOT honest while he was here. Be sure you use FBI files and not reporters or others. You might also contact Roy Rose - I understand he is still alive. Ask him if he REMEMBERS spending almost 2 hours with Doug Pasternak of the U.S. New and World Reports and if he remembers what he told Doug about the mouth? I came here today to provide some information NOT to argue about logic. 1. The ankle boots or shoes came from this thread or from Tina or the FBI. 2. DAMN RIGHT I remember giving stuff away. I am the one who had to go thru the closet and put each item in a box. Deciding if I wanted to keep this or that as a momento. OBVIOUSLY U never had to dispose of THINGS after someone close to you died! That was a VERY INSENSITIVE thing to say. 3. THE DATE was established by the temperatues and the Englebert concerts in Tahoe. Now for the statement: This entire thing as esculated way beyond Cooper and the incident in 1971. NOTHING anyone would believe if I was the one stating them - so I will leave that to Others. WE need changes made in AMERICA, but I think all our forefathers created has been lost forever. In 1971 (not referring to the skyjacking) - WA hid secrets from the public and there were those who risked their own personal freedom to make Government more transparent. It is happening all over again. Any one making a stand against the dirty politics in America end up spending their lives defending themselves. Cooper was a common criminal, but beginning to see what his part was in all of this. Not even sure what SIDE he was on - Good guy or Bad guy! Duane made a trip in 1969/1970 to N.Y. or D.C. to give a statement to a writer with the name of Anderson (who died a few yrs ago). Our government confiscated all of his files after he died - not just those on certain subjects, but all of them. Duane was already dead when Anderson died. I remember the things Duane told me about this man before he died (they were over my head) and I did not know Duane to be an avid reader or history buff...then I thought well he just lived those times and it was the papers and the media. I realize now I was aware of secret things supposely not public knowledge. I am not a writer nor knowledgeable of many things. I try to be consistent, but 17 yrs is a long time and I field things around and I DO NOT use NOTES. I get caught up in the bickering. If every post I made was planned - that would be a conspiracy! Too painful to sit here and defend myself day after day after day. NO one in my position could tell the same exact story over and over. I am emotional and allow prior postings to affect me. I enter into to discussions and then I get picked on about the vergbage - without looking at the multiple posts in which that was not the verbage used! I am not on trial here - but what is on trial is the freedom to know what the government is doing behind our backs. Yrs ago they died in accident or had a mysterious illness. 40 yrs ago the media and going public saved a man who stood up against the odds...today it is the internet and the media. The tax record might indicate a expense - but the back up papers have long been gone - so I do NOT expect to find a date. The DATE has been validated by others and I know when we were there. I don't remember there being dates on the photos - but that is not a problem to check out. Remember printed dates was when the film was developed. Find out who has the old FAMILY LIFE FILES in SEATTLE and it is all there. FIND someone who kept the records. Ankle boots or ankle shoes - I do NOT remember when this came up. In this thread, with Mr. H. or with Ckret! Perhaps news articles. I did speak with the student who sat across from the skyjacker who didn't want to move. He told me he saw something sticking out from under his pants - he thought it might be long johns or socks. Does not seem like you would see socks or long johns with a boot that came above the ankle which was what Duane wore. What Duane had and didn't have is long gone from my memory now. He preferred slip-ons and zip ups but now after 18 yrs - lots of thing are eluding me. I would just have to be reference back to my statement and read before and after to see what was going on about that time. I really have better things to do right now like walk and get some fresh air. Sitting at the computer all day and all night is killing me. NOT the TIME nor the ENERGY to look all of that up & reread all to tell you what my state of mind was at all of the given times. I do know that what I posted had to do with what was going on and the attacks being made upon me. Usually I was answering a post made the night before - and there had been umpteent postings since. What I do remember about that time period was all of the Ariels being posted that made Tena's bar look NOTHING like the Tena's bar I saw in 1979 and 2001. They were showing a house they insisted was the house there in 1979 - that had me all over the place. The house in 1979 and 2001 was rectangular and facing the road. The shoes - well, you will find ALL of that in this thread. It may have been from the FBI files, Ckret, another FBI agent, the media - I do NOT remember - but, I was told ANKLE SHOES! I had never heard of an ankle shoe why I mention the ankle boots - as they zipped on the inside and yes Duane did wear those. There was one that was just a little higher than a shoe and then the one that came up above the ankle. Duane liked the zip type boot that came to his ankle. Jo States: I believe you will find that Ckret probagated a lot of false information. I was told - ankle shoes or boots. Yes, she did note the grain and as I told Himmelsbach there was a pair I had tried to throw away before Duane died and I did give all of them to the mission after Duane died. I probably should have checked all of the shoes to see if there was anything hidden in them - but, I didn't. I did what most widows do - clean out the closet and take it to the Mission. You are taking from Ckret's post an opinion and NOT an exact quote from the FBI files or an agent working the case in 1971. Ckret often interjected his OPIONIONS and did NOT adhere to what was in official files. Tina was interviewed MORE than one time. One was for a TV program yrs later. This would be the same program that drew another composite, but I do NOT know the yrs of this and I never saw the clip as no one provided it. I wanted to see what other properties were near there. They had taken me into the property for an angle I did not arrive by in 1979 with Duane Weber. This was later resolved by Himmelsbach and myself sitting in the back of the car the crew provided when I mention the industrial building and Mr. H. pointed to the other road. When I knew the direction I was then certain of the area and the location. I was telling my reactions to the pressure of the crew - they didn't let me think...there was too much going on. I was adamant at the time of the viewing, but later after digesting the other places they quickly zipped thur and able to think I knew it was the right place. I have already explain this as the rest of the post let me know what and why that statement was made. I was being given a hard time by Georger and others. When you put the entire post up and the ones before and after - you can clearly see that was a statement taken out of context per the rest of the posting before and after and in that same post. I do this in conversation and I try to write as I think and speak. It may be out of context and impulsive which makes me really hard to follow. I am all over the place - my mind is jumping from the present to the past and everywhere in between and then hit on things the listen or ready feels totally irrelevant. I do NOT care to post a pics of myself on the thread. Now when I look at those shorts - I wonder why I ever wore them. It was a tacky outfit. I knew it was warm on that day and the next day was cooler...so I wore my jeans and threw the short in the back seat encase it got warmer. Duane assured me it was only going to get cooler and it did. When we left WA several days later we went to TAHOE and while there attended a performance by Englebert. By using that criterior one young man was able to to figure out it was the last week of Sept and the thread tied down the Englebert appearance in Tahoe. So from the weather is was assumed it was the last wk of Sept. and of course I know the yr was 1979. Some times I get so frustrated I come off as totally irrational. This thread has taken its toll on me. I had never dealt with having to take some of the garbage that was thrown at me. I didn't know how to compose things off line and then post them. So my postings were made on a spare of the moment and I didn't go back and read what I had said. My posting would reflect my anger and sadness and frustration and often I had put in a full day doing other thing. If you will note the times on the posting - remember it was 2 hour later here than it was for the people I would be talking to. Midnight in WA is 2AM here. Point 1: The photo of Sheridan shows a serious receding hairline - which Coopers was high but not considered receding because he had the irregularities the witnesses tried to describe to the artist. The photo of Sheridan - show a strong chin with a cleft which was not part of the Cooper description. The photo of Sheridan shows none of the cheek lines and higher cheek bones demonstrated by the composite. I personally see no resembalance, but of course my opinion is bias. I will include the fact that Sheridan does not meet the criterior the witnesses provided to the artist. There is a plan to make public some clips of Rose as he was interviewed and hopefully the statements he makes in this clip - will substanciate claims made by me and by the witnesses. I did NOT know this clip was available, but evidently someone has acquired access to it. Point 2: The shoes on Sheridan have a lace up. They are NOT loafer and the witness report said they were ankle shoes. There has always been a question about what was meant by ankle shoes and then another report said loafer. I do not know if this was the media or the witnesses changing their minds about the footwear Cooper wore. THis should have been addressed and clarified by the FBI in their examination of the witnesses. Seems like NO one REALLY noted Coopers foot apparalle until the questions where asked by the FBI.
