When I state EAST from Tena's bar I mean back toward the Bridge and Back toward Vancouver. I do NOT keep a map of the area infront of me....I have tried to explain this before. To me standing on Tena's bar facing across the Columbia - East is to my left and West is to my right and infront of me is South and to the back is North. I have had to explain this before, but that is OK. One has to just GET what I am trying to say sometimes. Before I had to explain my position in reference to Tena's bar. I now realized this confuses others as to what I am saying. Not the first time it has come up. Guess I need to get a map of the area and put it on the wall infront of the computer...so I can get directional comments correct. When I was talking to Mr. H those first few months I told him the things I had seen and described them to him. We had a lengthy conversation about the match book. I describe the match book that was in the desk drawer, but remembe this I had NEVER seen or heard of SkyChef and didn't know what it was. I told Mr. H exactly what I told this thread - that I threw a lot of stuff away and that was one of the things I had asked Duane about. Mr. H told me the same thing - Weber could have gotten them from anywhere. It is fair to ask for proof and the only thing I have is a conversation between Mr. H and myself. I thought he told the FBI everything, to me he was FBI. Surely there is an expert out there who can take my desperate words and be able to analyze if I am lieing or if I am a desperate woman trying to get someone to hear the real truth...to hear what I do know and can tell if I am a liar or telling the truth. am a liar! Since I am not a liar and this is an actual truth I can only hope that someone - the FBI or someone finds the links that prove Duane was Cooper and if he wasn't he was right there with him. Please GOD deliver me from this HELL on earth. Please! Please GOD help me get thru this PLEASE! Please help me to get people to hear me and know I have told the truth for 18 yrs now. I would like to see testimony on this matchbook from Himmelsbach, i.e. that this matchbook was described to him by Jo, years before its 'identity' (SkyChef) was actually made public. This was during the first yr I was talking to Himmelsbach. I did not have a recorder and can only hope he remembers it. I think one can go back to 101 and find I discussed this there. I even discussed it with JT, but HE never heard anything I ever told him. I probably told the agent of record after I discussed it with Mr. H. It was a hectic time. For yrs I described the things in that drawer, but I was ignored. HOW and who To - I could not begin to recount. I didn't have a computer until 2000 so by then I would have had knowledge of the match book being taken - but in 1996 I was frantic on the phone with Mr. H. I told Doug about this but our conversations didn't start until 1998 if I remember correctly. IT is all in my logs and my notes - but, who give a damn about those. I just made a long post and for some reason it would NOT post. Page 100 / 101 is a very important statement by the Fazios. I typed it all on the thread and it went POOF! Someone is monitoring what I post and if it does NOT meet with their standards they make sure it goes POOF! Frenchman's bar and Tina's bar ARE NOT one and the SAME. The man does NOT know what he is talking about. Remember that Tosaw made his extensive interviews on a personal level and did many test in REAL TIME. "The fazios surmised that the money was probably washed ashore during the recent runoff from a big snow storm that covered the entire area. Quote the matchbook ? Cooper took the match book and I described it to Mr. H, but I had already thrown it out. One time I asked Duane what the fork and knife on it meant. He told me it was matches from a catering service he used to work for. Light faded blue with a green I think knife and fork on it. I have since seen photos courtesy of the thread of match books that looked just like it - other than the faded blue color. Time fades things as it has my mind. You DO not have a clue: 1. Frenchman's Bar is East of Tena's Bar. 2. Anyone with money to put in the box they kept up front at the gate was able to use the beach. 3. The Bch is private NOW - but NOT in 1971 nor 1979 (when I was with the man who put the money on the river). YOU are SO far out there this is ridiculous! The more you talk the more you sound like a man who contacted me with a ridiculous story. When he couldn't use me he had to find another vehicle to get on board. I proposed earlier to the thread you might be that same man and the more you talk to more I think you are either him or one of his supposed comrads. I was told one monitored the thread and the other was law enforcement. This man could shift gears in mid-sentence - I say you are two peas in a pod if you are NOT the same person. He frightening and was intimidating and bolsterous in the same as manner as your postings. He also claimed to have gone to the FBI. By the way his "story" was supporting Weber as Cooper, but he could not convince me he was not fabricating his story. The more I rebuffed him the more angry he got. I found my notes: The tie per a phone conversation with Mr. H was between the seats where Cooper was sitting. NOT on the seat. I have been looking things up all day....searching note from phone conversation. I knew it was Mr. H who told me this but I had to find the notes. Got Them! Been a hard day finding things and looking for one thing I would miss something else. I am loosing my mind with all of this - 18 yrs of research by phone, by mail and what other people sent me and told me. and then in 2000 I got my first computer - but didn't know how to use it. Still have problems with searches and of course I still have the old dial-up. You would not want to know all the CRAZY conversation with JT. I read a couple of them and then thumbed thru that part and put it down. I HATE that man for the 4 plus yrs he twisted and turned everything I tried to tell him on the phone and I didn't even have a DAMN map. Now he is saying I was talking about Cames - in the notes and recently. NO I l was talking about LAKE Lacames - a lake he denied existed. Kept saying I was on the Columbia - now he is say I said the Lewis River. Give Me a BREAK! I even drew a map on one of the letters I wrote to Mr. H and if you study that real careful you know I was NOT talking about Lewis River nor Cames. It was in 2001 when I found the lake - everyone knew what I was talking about except JT. The driver who was the son of one of the ladies was following my lead even though his intention was to take me to the Lewis River. But he followed what I told him to do and every turn I would indicate I was dead on. When we got to the pasture area I saw the name of a road and SCREAM TURN TURN TURN. His statement when he turned was - this was the only road that would take us to a body of water until we reached the Lewis. This place I described in detail to the crew and to JT - but NO one took me there until that last day with the help of 5 perfect strangersm who had lived most of their lives in WA. Thank God I was finally heard and when I got home I called JT and told him to GO to HELL. He just called me a liar and story teller. It was NOT known if it was the same tie, but was found between the seats, but NOT where Cooper was sitting. I have heard 4 hours or 4 days before the tie was submitted into evidence. THIS is why the 1990 bugged me...and to me should be investigated. If the tie WAS not submitted into evidence until 1990 where the hell was it - how Ti got on the tie - well where was it stored? And then to think all that money was spent to check the tie. Who found the tie and why did it take 4 days to submit it into evidence and WHY if it was not submitted until 1990 they even CONSIDERED it as evidence or allowed a team to take it apart to test. What the HELL is the FBI thinking or do they THINK? It seems LIKE the FBI is playing GAMES! NOW it really sound LIKE a cover-up for a group "Protect and do no Harm". First time I ever heard of the tie not being produced until 1990. The entire story about Cooper has become a farce - NO one will ever be able to separate the truths from the misnomers and out and out untruths. I will interject one thing here about the tie - I do NOT know if anyone on the thread ever contacted the FBI about this specifically. Denver was one of the locations for the ti and Duane mention he worked there (supposedly as John Collins in the 60's) and a friend had worked there. The conversation was while we lived in Denver and was nothing I ever felt I would need to remember. This was around 1978 as we lived in Littleton, Co at that time. Then REMEMBER this Duane takes me with him from Ft. Collins in 1979 to the mountains to see a man - as I have said before I could not remember if it was Vail or Aspen. This is BEFORE we go to WA in Sept. There was a golf shop there and Duane sent me shopping. Whatever he needed to discuss with this man was private. I got bored and walked over to the GOLF shop. Duane is headed toward the door and his friend is in the back, but hears me come in...and comes forward. It was an awkward moment as Duane stumbled over the introduction. I cannot remember the man's name now and I have tried to find him by contacting the sports and golf shops in both places, but things have changed. The man MADE custom Golf Clubs and sent Duane home with a set of woods made from persimmon wood. I still have them and they are beautiful...all cut for Duane's height and swing. Playing this back in my head - I remember something I didn't remember until just now. When I went to leave which was BEFORE Duane did (they still had some business to transact)....the name John was used. The man made a remark as I was going out the door "I am not going to keep John much longer". Over the yrs, I had kept trying to remember when the name "John" came up before as all I could remembered was the man I knew as Tommy in ALABAMA. Duane had been explicit about my going shopping. It was off season most of the shops were closed. I shopped & waited in the car for a while & decided to go in the Golf shop. The man was in the back and came out...Duane introduced me as his wife. The man said when I left that he would not keep John much longer. I do not remember if I addressed this later w/Duane (I am sure I did), but the explanation must have been a good one. Then 3 yrs later a man hollers at Duane from across the mall - JOHN! Well, we all know that story because I looked at Duane and said he said John - not Duane and they swept it under the rug by saying it was a nick-name used by Duane because of the peanut butter jar - the Johnnie jar! The time in the mountains was so vague and actually so forgettable that I did NOT remember it until I played the incident back today. I believe I had forgotten that because the AL (Johnnie Jar) incident was all that had ever stood out beside the exwife calling him John and Johnnie. Yet the sports shop thing was the first and very sutle - NOT like someone shouting across a mall. Damn * I didn't make it to the point I was trying to make regarding the ti/titanium. Bet those rods have titanium dust in them - and the striker plates are probably ti. This was an ODD trip to make in the summer and evidently just to see an old friend. An old friend who knows Duane as John and who Duane did NOT want me to meet. This was BEFORE we went to WA by just a couple of months. DOESN"T this sound the least bit ODD to any of you. I can picture the shop, but found nothing on line that looked or sounded right. I can draw the front of the story, but can't remember the name of the shop. The shop name was on the window. It was RED. Damn DAMN damn - why can't I remember his name? I have put it all out there for you guys - the FBI doesn't read this thread - and the FBI doesn't know all of this - but I gave up long ago trying to relate anything to them. I AGREE with this to a degree. The FBI had other sources of DNA they never used. It was not until today that I found Cooper supposedly cut ALL of the cord of one of the chutes - in order to access the container for his bounty. I have never read that anywhere before. So unless Cooper was wearing gloves why the HELL didn't they check the cords for DNA! Even yrs later it would still have been viable evidence unless some one washed the damn chute and the remains. Now we need to find out did Cooper cut ALL the cords to use the container or just a few for rope to secure the bag to himself. Which story is true? I was elated to learn of that. It irritated me that per Blevins and - per Marla - they were using items for their suspects. I thought that was absurd! A museum does NOT promote a suspect - they present artifacts. If they had a catologue of all the suspect stories or Cooper related new articles - that might be acceptable. Such as the Palmer report versus Kaye - hopefully that will be presented in an investigative way and without bias. If they are presenting a verbal OF Kaye's claims with a misnomer, that needs to be addressed and cleaned up. I have had NOTHING to do with the museum other than an email informing them if they presented items regarding Blevins and Marla's suspect - they would have to present things and books & articles on every suspect known since 1971. Was this to be a Cooper exhibition or promotional exhibition? I didn't get a reply so did NOT know the results. I guess I know now! Betcha Blevins & Marla hit the ceiling - both of them have been making posting and remarks about the museum as though they were part of it! Pull up D.B. Cooper and see the sites that are popping up. There are several in which the head liners lead one to believe the exhibit will show items from survivors of these suspect or writers promoting their books. Me - I say what I need to say in this thread....the thread is the only one with the complete story other than the things I am afraid to discuss in public. If I did not worry about the safety of my family and their financial positions - I would be blurting out every name from Duane's past I ever knew. In 1979 I was with Weber when we stopped at Tena's bar and he went to the river alone on an early fall morning and witnessed his reaction to the money find in 1980 - concealing the News article from me and not allowing me to watch a TV program about the find. Then his quick exit from the W. and I did not know his exact location for about 3 months and even then all I had was phone calls. All of this was told to Himmelsbach and the FBI in 1996. I had never heard of the Palmer Report and could only explain the location in terms of my description of the sites we stopped at on that 1979 morning in WA. I would not know about the Palmer report until this thread. Kaye was unknown to the case in 1996 when I contacted the FBI. To say I have NO right to my interpertation of what Kaye said and what the Palmer report stated, is placing yourself opinion as the final word and that U have all the proof you need about how the money arrived on Tena's bar. This is typical of the FBI disclaimers & and other like yourself who have a reason to attempt to discredit me....remember BRR. I remember BRR also! Robert99 Robert I have dial-up I can only read what is written in this thread. Most sites I cannot download - I know what has been stated here. AT one time I went to a site he had but unable to down load any documents or print it. Palmer had a different conclusion regardless of what Kaye says 32 yrs later. Palmer was on site and current - so Kaye feels he has more expertise and can recreated the circumstance and river records. Kaye was not a resident of WA or OR in 1980 or in 1971. He is totally dependent on others providing data that Palmer had current. No Palmer did NOT have the technology that have today - but he had current and past water levels and day to day conditions from 1971 until the day the money was found. Logic says the money deteriorated more in storage and thru the handling of the money. I think the wording that I remembered was use to save ass incase the testing was all for nothing. There is too much room for error in this and in your judging his statements. If I remember correctly what he stated left a loop hole open - just encase. As for Vancouver - I only told what I learned from my conversation with the co-pilot yrs ago. That he could see Vancouver from his window - he was on the right side of the plane. The plane skirted Portland to the EAST! That or I was talking to myself....I know very little about planes or fight paths. Note: The green bag was a comment in the book or in my conversation with Tosaw. I DO not know the size of the bag or the color green (by the way I have NEVER seen a green garbage bag - not in Florida. I did NOT say he used it as a raincoat because he had a raincoat - a black one which I am very aware of - I was throwing ideas out as to WHY Cooper had a plastic bag - green and size unknown! A simple comment by Tina to Tosaw! So WHY would Cooper have a plastic bag in his brief case. I am sure Tosaw put this in his book - but, my memory is NOT that GOOD - I can not produce a page of his book where it is stated. I either read it in the book or it was in one of my conversations with Tosaw. I had NO idea why Cooper had a green plastic bag or what the size was - just the remark made by Tina to Tosaw. If it is not in the book then it was from a phone conversation. I was also exploring why Cooper would have a plastic bag...and why it was green. P.S. I expect I will find Tosaw's book and take it to bed with me! So I have a project - maybe you will consider me a viable researcher if I find the GREEN BAG remark! You think? As for Kaye - I have tried to understand the things he explained, but I have not taken his word to task other what has been stated in this thread. Perhaps you need to find the post - and you will find that is was more of the confusions about his research that was discussed. To me the Palmer report or letter is what I go by - that the money had been in the river for less than a yr. I forget the teminology that was used. I was under the understanding Kaye made a statement the money did NOT get on that river bank by natural means - excuse me if I take his statement to enforce what Palmer stated! Yea, you are right - I was in a panic last night and just jumped in to things with no reasoning at all. That is were the 7k is mentioned, but they do drop altitute later, but do NOT know where that was - by then the co-pilot is in control - they told him to do what needed to be done. So what really happened after Cooper sent Tina to the front? Did they try to accommodate or did they try to ditch him - and his bomb? I have always wonder about that! I just know the plane got louder at a certain point per the witnesses. Maybe it was that loud the entire trip, but do NOT believe that to be so....reports from above this point do NOT talk about how loud the plane was - but, of course the area above was Mostly if not ALL forested - very heavily. I expect that area is were the briefcase and the bomb were ditched. I do NOT believe he jumped with them in hand....but, who knows? NO one saw him jump and no remains have been found. Since Cooper was so print sensitive - maybe he did take it with him. Something I know none of you guys have ever talked about. Tina saw something sticking out of the top of his brief case. It was green but did not mention what shade or if it was a heavy duty plastic bag. I have often wondered about the plastic bags of 1971. What colors did they come in and what sizes. Green sounds like it could have been used in a Hospital or some kind of facility - just the fact that it was green is a puzzle. Perhaps it was just a shopping bag stuck and folded in the top. Plastic rain coats - never green. No one ever discussed this, but it was told to Tosaw by Tina and I did discuss it with him. It has never been noted anywhere else that I am aware of other than Tosaw's book. When Tosaw interviewed Tina - it was private and not to my knowledge with the authorities present - she would have been more relaxed and perhaps remembered things she did not tell the FBI. Tosaw did NOT make that up! I am sure if Galen actually got Tosaw notes - that he will find this in the interview notes. I mentioned this to Galen yrs ago, but no longer communicate with him. He uses things I and others say and takes it as his own. As far as I know Galen never addressed the green plastic Tina saw. Dark green - popular for the bags department stores used in 1971. Why is this coming up? I don't know The boys in Missoula. 1950 to 1958....Duane is in prison so why is this important. Missoula in 1960 - Duane is in prison again or at least part of that yr. 1963 built the Lolo View Manor mobile home park (do you guys know where that is)? Where was Duane in 1963? How will I ever piece all this together? I didn't know what Duane was talking about. The upper road in WA that went across the Mt all the way to Id and a river that sounds like a river in the South - very high country. In 1962 a odd group of men came together in Colorado. Some of these were recuited by a very powerful man to form a group - under the salutation of Protect & Do NO HARM. This groups mission would evolve as time required it and able to infiltrate where CIA nor other operations could move about undetected. They only knew each other by the name assigned to them. Hence why Tommy knew Duane as JOHN Collins. Most of these men were chosen because they were habitual criminals. NOT all of them were violent criminals - they chose men who had spent MOST of their adult life in one prison after another...but, individuals who if they survived got a chance at a new life. Duane fit this profile - 2 attempts to serve his country, but just did NOT know how to stay out of trouble. None of his crimes were of a violent nature but he possessed a valuable tool - his ability to manuever others with his charm in order to steal from them. This group would evolve in its purpose thru the yrs. A man of wealth who loved this country formed the group because he knew the only way to infiltrate what was happening in this country was to put snitches in place with the Unions, the Mafia and other criminal element groups. Sounds Good, but is it true. Well, I know part of it was because I met some of these men. Men who virtually disappeared - but still existed - moving within the criminal elements within the system undetected. These men were on a payroll....but, they were NOT always working at the occupation they supposedly were trained for. They were promised that if they did their job - they would be provided for....and most of them that survived where provide for. Think? How did Duane Weber sell insurance in so many states? He would disappear for 6 wks at a time! When the group disolved in 1983 Duane had ONE last mission - to make a delivery.... Who will believe one word of what I says. Jo is a crazy delusion, off her rocker old lady. As for the Skyjacking - I believe that was a personal statement Weber was making about his futile life and what was promised to him and his failures in life. Only those who mentored him probably suspected he was Cooper. NO one could say one word or the operation would have been revealed - an operation not supported by the government...be it right or wrong, but since then WORSE things have been done by the goverment they sought to protect. Oddly the men I met seemed to have faired well in life. One actually got to live a life under his alias until his death in the early 90's instead of confined to a prison. These men were artful in hiding their past - it was essential for the cause and for the payment they recieved... A job and a paycheck and a new beginning. They were NOT rich, but they were comfortable and didn't have to resort to criminal activities in their old age. All they had to do was keep their mouths shut! A person of Interest! That was puzzling me! I did leave a message to the effect that it was absurd to promote anyone suspect against another when it was made public they intended to use items from Marla and Blevins. I let it be known how I felt about this...and on behalf of othesr who have been accused by this thread of being Cooper - such as Peterson and McCoy and several others whose names elude me now.
