I may not be able to do the complicated stuff or even change my oil but I can change a tire, check all fluids (and fill the fluids if needed) and drive a stick. Which is alot more then alot of women I know.

Absolutly. If I can take a night off from cooking and still have a good meal that means I've found a goog guy.

Yes I got the insurance sales job...and yes I did take everything you guys warned me about into consideration. Thank you for caring.

Love the Steelers.

There is no way in hell he would betray Pittsburgh as far as to coach the Browns. Ain't no way in hell.

I see a thinly disguised veil of purpose: Was double-D size a requirement to get on the list ? Just wondering No...but it did help to get you on the list.

Doesn't matter. Some bozo is going to get his/her panties in a wad regardless of intent. Ding, ding ding...We have a winner. Using "Ding" more than twice offends me. Dick, dick, dick Vagina, vagina, vagina Silicone, Silicone, Silicone (note to self: shouldn't it be SillyCone to account for fake tits?) I'm offended...I'm all natural thank you very much.

The forum would only appear to those blessed enough to be on the list.

I have a Spectre 230...some of the slowest openings I've ever seen. For me it usually takes about 800 feet. For a couple other people who were using my rig this summer it sometimes took 1200 feet. I'm actually talking to my rigger about a possible mod to the slider to make it open a bit faster.

You mean no more x-mas song singing thongs? The world is a much sadder place.

Will my rig fit as a carry on???

Thanks. I was planning on a regualr gear bag so squishability will be there (with some care of course). -
I'm hoping chunk of ice. It was pretty cold for a while and I was driving on some pretty slushy/icy roads for a few days.

lol...unfortunately i can't even afford the price for just having it looked at. the noise has stopped...haven't heard it in 1 1/2 days

So I'm going to be traveling with my rig on a commercial flight for the first time. It's a vector 3 with a Spectre 230 and a Raven 3. It's not a small rig by any means. Will I have issues size wise as a carry on? Also...it has the magnetic riser covers...is that gonna give me any problems? Thanks. -
It is a thud sound. Doesn't matter which way I turn. The harder the turn the more thuds. No difference with different speeds or gas/brake. Now here's an interesting development with it. I drove about an hour last night to a x-mas party. About half way down it stopped making the noise. Today the weather is in the 40's and there was absolutely no noise at all. Kinda makes me wonder if it's cold related just because I know my car doesn't really like the really cold days anyway (always takes a while to start on the really cold days.)

For those mentioning about the hidden deception would you please PM me the company that you were working for. I've been told that I never have to call my relatives or friends. That the target market is seniors and every Monday I'd come in to find a list of prospects on my desk. I'm just curious because all the bad things you guys are saying about insurance companies this place mentioned durring the first 2 group interviews as examples of exactly how this company DOESN'T work.
-
I really hope you're wrong. I just got both of the front ones replaced last June. I wouldn't think they'd go bad that quickly.

My car has just started making a new noise as of last night. Whenever I turn I hear a thud and feel a bit of a bump on the floor right under my feet. I'm hoping it's just something related to the cold (it's currently 15 F). How concerned should I be? As you can tell by my post about the catch 22 I do not have the money for any sort of car malfunction at the moment (not to mention that my interview on Tuesday is 1 1/2 hours away.)
-
So my money situation has been in the shitter recently...hence me looking for a new job. I have a 3rd and final interview comming up Tuesday that I'm excited about (insurance sales). Here's the issue...if I get the job I have to initially pay to get my lisence but after 6 months they will reimburse me. I don't have the $300 to do this. I tried calling my bank yesterday to see about a small $300 loan but the smallest loan you can take out is $2500 and I knew I wasn't going to get approved for that. (I tried anyway and they denied me.) My concern is that they'll offer me the job but I won't be able to afford to get the lisence. Any ideas on how to get a quick $300 that I would be able to payback once I get the new job and my cash flow increases?
-
I was just thinking the same thing...registration typically doesn't start till June right?

If you don't like it don't read it.
