    I remember there was one day where I went through the trouble of getting some extra altitude for the load. Well...at about 10k someone let one of the nastiest farts off in the plane...needless to say we didn't get the extra altitude. I was pissed.

    My last jump was early October. I went to Emerald Coast on the 26th but was weathered out. Now that I'm back up north there probably won't be any jumping until at least March maybe April. Edited cause this sinus infection is causing me to forget how to spell the simple words.

    I don't think I would ever be that "brave". Especially considering sometimes it takes 1200 to open. And that's at terminal.

    I'm actually going through my apartment and throwing things away. I grew up in a family of packrats so this is a very difficult thing for me to do. But I actually filled up 2 garbage bags today and took them to the curb.

    So this morning just before I left work my boss walked in and he was in a pretty good mood. I decided it was the best time to tell him about my new job and moving (if you don't catch him in the right mood things can go very badly). I explained that at the end of January I would be going to part-time because of my new job. He just kinda nodded his head. Then, I told him that in May or so I'd be moving to Florida and leaving completely. He just looked at me and said, "You gotta do what you gotta do." We started talking about things and he's actually very happy for me on both accounts. I love it when I expect something to go badly and it ends up being the complete opposite.

    confusing the hell out of myself trying to learn all this insurance lingo while things are slow at work although now i think i'm going to work on the apartment search for the move to florida...that'll cheer me up
