One tip... when I grill them I like to use a spoon to scrape all the gills out (the brown stuff under the cap). They keep a much firmer burger like texture that way. "The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

I am on the oposite end of the scale right now. Busy season at work so I have been getting about three hours a night. It is going to be like this until the middle of september. It is either I cut into the sleep time, or I cut into the other parts of my life that aren't work and sleep. I would assume that they are magazine worthy pictures, so he can't post them any where else. The magazines only want print exclusives (not printed elsewhere, in the same country). Every photos I've ever had published was publicly available on my web galleries first, and this was known to the magazine (since I actually use my galleries as a submission vehicle). That is news to me Matt, I guess they are just being extra careful with the professional courtesy? I have seen other people on here also refrain from posting the "final shot" because they were submitting to Parachutist or Skydiving. You arent a flyer. Ground track is useless in the sky. ???!! So what sort of aides are you looking for then for "navigation amoung clouds"? Ground refrence works just fine for spotting the aircraft when have an idea of the uppers and a brain. Considering that I land my ass on the ground at the end of every jump I find it nice to know where I am relative to my intended landing zone. Maybe we can take the gauge cluster out of an old 182 and bolt it to the front of a protec for you. "The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

Gabor, Did you see the post in the camera forum by the guy who was using a lcd monitor to sight a zoomed in video camera so he could film race action from a powered paraglider? It would be pretty slick if you could find a GPS until with a video output that you could use to transmit your ground track to a heads up display. Thanks to every one for making it a great boogie. Steve thanks for the two 2-ways this weekend. It was awesome to pull of a dock on my third wingsuit flight! Justin thank you for letting me use the demo intro suit. And DSE thank you for the jump Sunday morning, that was very generous of you and your company! I think the best way to return the favor would be to buy a suit and practice enough to actually stay with the formation next time. Jan. On deployment why does the force momentarily shift from the outer bridle that is anchored by the three ring, to the inner bridle? Is this to facilitate colapsing the drouge? I guess I have to pull out an old vector II tandem out of the gear shed and take a good look at it. Very intresting (read scary) malfunction! Damn... I have never seen that before? I wonder why it would hold for all that drouge fall and then fail on deployment. That being said... go outside and jump instead of spending all day youtubing skydiving videos. I just got back from a CASA boogie myself. Why are you guys and gals continuing to feed the troll? My only concern is that his canopy choice might result in him hurting some one else under canopy. Otherwise, rock on dude. Keep up with the experimental EP's, the risky choices, and being a bad ass. Hopefully you will live long enough to pick up the experince you lack, if you don't at least it will make a good lesson for other new jumpers. Get it on video if you can.
