totally off-subject (sorry, no porn to lend/trade/barter): I love your sig line! I have some people in my life where using them as a slinky would be a fun thing to watch. Carry on. "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

Are you kidding? We ARE talking skydivers here! Bwahhhhhh Oh it wasn't a threat....it was a promise! ...as any good mom should throw down! OMG - too funny! I feel sorry for poor Tosca now - she's all alone! I'm waiting to see what became of poor Shakespeare "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

She's beautiful...I don't think you'll have to use your broom on anyone, but I love it that you threatened 'em with it! "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

***Everyone has their personal splurges...I just load my Starbucks card online once/month when I pay the monthly energy & mortgage bills. You know, I knew they had cards but I wasn't thinking about them this way - I was thinking they were one just time use things, like a gift card. I didn't realize you could re-load 'em

Quoteand that''s why I LOVE it. Yep, don't hate me because I'm a Starbucks lover. And I'm not ashamed that as soon as I walk in they start my drink before I even say what I want. And put my name on the cup. And draw happy pictures on it. I talked Starbucks in the ghetto latte thread...I go there because, even with the stupid terminology required to order and the fact that it is way over-priced, I love that darn Caramel Macchiatto! I've got a nice little espresso machine and can make a pretty good Macch. at home, but sometimes I just don't feel like foolin' w/it all grounds, etc. even though I do love the smell it leaves in the house. By the way, that was a great story about your sister. I'm glad she came through it all. I was thinking that but didn't say it - sometimes I don't type what's in my head. And I also agree with Yvonne - you looked pretty cute! It's a sweet picture of the two of you. "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

This sort of got lost in the shuffle, but Sunshine, I must say I agree with you. Well, about the tears for fears sucking major ass. I still think Micro's cool. He lets me channel wet sloppy kisses to his sweet wife......*** Yeah, I thought that was pretty funny too! Wow, the more you post; the worse it gets.*** Well, what can I say - It was BAAAAAD! "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

Oh, it would make you laugh. I snort when I laugh all the time! I make people laugh when I snort. It's bad. Really bad! But really funny! And I'm doing it reading this whole thread and my dog is looking at me like I've lost my mind. And every now and then, when I snort at a certain pitch, he barks! And he NEVER barks! Apparently I hurt his ears! OMG - you're too funny! "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

AS a matter of fact, NO! Those butt-ugly dresses were a symptom of an ugly friendship - why I ever agreed to be in her wedding astounds me now. And as you stated, I paid for the privilege - paid for the dress, the gloves (yes, there were gloves also!), the shoes dyed to match, and rented the hoop that went under the ugly dress from the bridal store. And truth be told, I paid for the parasol that the bride "gave" me as a gift. You live and you learn "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Yes, Sartre, you were looking very Trekky there! A cute Trekky, but a Trekky nonetheless! You secretely go to the conventions, don't you??? "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

No, sorry! It was hanging in my mom's basement for years and I'm pretty sure she threw it out a few years ago. I forgot to tell you - we had parasols to match! The bride gave us the parasols as our gift for being in her wedding - can you believe that??!!! "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

OMG - I was a bridesmaid in a wedding wearing a bright yellow version. There we 10 of us girls in that dress walking with guys in black tuxes - it looked like the flight of the bumble bees going down the church aisles! Happy birthday!

I'm not much of a gear-head chick, but I still like that Trans-Am! "...I've learned that while the "needs" in life are important (food, water, shelter), it's the "wants" in life (ice cream, chocolate, sex) that make it worth the effort." Kbordson

I know, it's so sad nowadays...I was in Walmart and an older woman and I were in a little bit of a quandry when we saw this little girl wandering down an aisle all by herself. Even as women we felt awkward about asking her if she was lost for fear of being accused of something, so I know it has to be harder for a guy. In the end, you have to take a chance for the kid's sake but it's unnerving. But you did what you could do. There are a lot of people who don't want to get "involved" and hope someone else will handle it. I don't know how someone can walk away from a child that looks to be in trouble. Hopefully what you said woke that mom up.
