    I believe that sword cuts both ways. Genetic selection can be proven and observed everyday of our lives. A dog has eight pups. Everyone has slightly different markings. Some are strong, healthy, and agressive. Some are runts. If nature runs its course without human intervention[Oh, it was such a runt and I felt sorry for it.] the runts die. I've never had a problem with it. I practise it in my garden if I am saving seed. No life ever came from anything that did not have life. Evolutionist/atheists so hate the idea of a supreme being that could have set everything in motion and let it run its course that they spend their only life trying to disprove it. All they have to accept is the possibility that it happened and many of their struggles will be over.

    Why? You say that all people who espouse belief in a superior power have bought into a lie i.e. conspiracy theory. All it takes from your position[evolutionist/athiest] is taking a bunch of children, tell them that science is superior to all other thought processes, setting yourself up as a know it all authority, and perpetrating something that you adamantly believe in, whether you can prove it or not. They swallow it, hook, line, and sinker, and your job is done. And don't think that it isn't done without malice aforethought.

    Didn't you say in a recent post in another thread that when someone's time is up, it's up. In other words, every person's life has an inevitable timeline. Sounds to me like something or someone is holding the stopwatch.

    Actually, all I've read in the previous threads, spouts verbatim, everything mentioned in this article. Just because you are able to throw in a few Latin names to give the appearance of higher reasoning doesn't make it so. I do believe that one of the main drives behind evolutionary thinking is not to really find out where we came from, but to prove that there is no god.

    Vacation is actually escaping from the everyday grind of life, which usually turns into its own grind. A holiday is just a day or two off.

    I would have to disagree with you on observation and basic logic. Most land dedicated to farming in the East, Midwest, and the South have been cut out of forests. It amazes me when driving across the Mississippi Delta, the millions of acres that had to be cleared to plant the crops that we use everyday.

    Whose fault is that? Keep their ass at home and make them work in the garden. Oh, wait. We don't have land for a garden because we chose to live a lifestyle of convinience, and live in a condo or a development. Besides, making a child earn their keep would be considered abuse. Oh well. Throw them in the suv, and take them across town to ball practise.

    You don't seem to be offended by the word"Christmas." Many people find this to be a sore spot. Personally, I think it's a lot of phony BS. As I said, nobody else's religious holidays seem to offend them.

    We're not. It just seems that there are some people out there with a chip on their shoulder about anything that has to do with Christianity. There's never a complaint about anyone else's religious traditions. It kind of makes you wonder what exactly is so threatening about a babe in a manger.
