I keep hearing 'historic low', but where is the history? Assuming this is true, what would increase approval? Ending the war?     Just because someone has dealt with something doesn't mean they dealt with it correctly. Dealing with something gives you experience. Dealing with something correctly gives you wisdom. I know people that had bad financial habits, declared bankruptcy, and still have bad financial habits. They have financial experience but they lack financial wisdom.
