We have a "free" skills program for newbies. Mostly 2 way r-dub stuff, but can improve basic skills to go on to other disciplines. At Skydive Elsinore, we run it every weekend, alternating between Sat/Sun. All that is required is to commit to 4-5 jumps and show up at 0800. No fee for the coach, only your own slot and the will to learn and have fun. This weekend we have a freefly skills camp on both days. Check the events section at http://www.skydiveelsinore.com Just wanted to add that many of the drills are similar to what you might find in SU.

Should be parking at Perris soon, however, there is still a long way to go before it's jumpable. Don't worry. As soon as it's jumpable, I'm certain there will be a major announcement about it. Then we better manifest!!!

Although I wear a full-face Z1, I really liked the Mindwarp 2000. I have/had one, but JKA has yet to return it... I'd buy another, but will wait to see what the "new" one looks like.

I have straight center lines (non-cascading) on mine. Mainly for crew, but I haven't flown much crew with it since I have a Lightning. It was an option when I had ordered mine. You never know when you might need it....

You dudes are too funny. I just put a copy of the dive pool in my gear bag and to add further confusion, I bring it along in the plane. It is also cool to fly different slots at every opportunity, thus adding a new dimension to brain lock. The chicks love it.

I'm on page 39, too! I'm in the top photo. The one on the right moving in to dock. It was actually a 10 way wedge. I hope the completed formation pic makes it.
