  1. Let me [free]pack you a competition CRW opening. It ain't called a "Lightning" for nothing. Bob Got that right, and yeah, the cells are so big that you can use them as sleeping bags.
  2. Is it still true for rots that you need the sequential trim, and vice versa?
  3. Yeah, I heard that the Sky Monkey hat goes well with the Elsinore fleece....
  4. Check with the shop at Skydive Elsinore. It's called Ground Zero parapernalia.
  5. On Saturday's sunset jump, an 8 way: 1. Will the new chick from the FJC be waiting. 2. Will there be any beer left. 3. How cool the jump was. All that in 5 seconds or less.
  6. That, it is. It is also clearly evident that skydivers are pretty competitive. Afterall, why do we keep score?
  7. Tell ya what, Lisa and all - I'll run ground crew, and cheer loudly whether it goes or not...as evidenced by the other day's jump, I am beyond "not ready" to fly in the record, but I'll set a record for the best ground crewing there is. How's that? Ciels- Michele Okay, then let's manifest now: 1. Shark 2. 3....
  8. Ask Triple F. He has first hand knowledge of this as he punched out of an A-4 many, many moons ago.
  9. As one of the participants, I can say that it was a great time. Spent most of the morning going over emergency proceedures and giving the Cat E & F quizzes to Lawrocket, then an accuracy jump for my PRO rating. 4 more to go. Then a really fun 8 Way; my last jump with our buddy who's going to get the kidney. Afterwards, I met a new jumper who did her level 1. She was really stoked and I invited her to the bbq and introduced her to the locals. It was a great day even though I only got 2 jumps. Send some good vibes out to our friend and fellow skydiver.
  10. It's ready to jump. Mostly, ones with tail pockets. Contact Kolla@performancedesigns.com
  11. UHMMM No... I haven't see the video so I can only go by what is said in the thread. I'm also basing my interpretation of the rules from recollection California Rules= Slot perfect, plan the skydive, skydive the plan. If there's one out, it's not a record. Texas Rules = however many get in the formation is the record. Therefore, the record is still: CA Rules 10 slot perfect at Perris Ca May 02 Tx Rules 13 in formation Perris Ca 02 Thanks for the clarification, but it was 2 March 02.
  12. WTF's wrong with Texas rules, sugarplum? actually, the real record is for most consecutive funnels of the same group without injury, low openings, or pissed-off ness. Wendy W. Then the Perris record of 13 would stand under "Tex-ass" rules. As it is: 10 out the door, 10 in the formation.
  13. I concur. On a related note, I also used to believe the the chamber was to see who could go the longest without passing out. What happend, and what you thought happend while off O2 could, and probably was very different.
  14. Hey, Apparently it made its way to Elsinore. I think the british chicks brought it and I caught it.
  15. Thanks sharky. Long time no see. I know, my fault 2500 now THAT'S funny. p.s. thought someone was giving away thos Jell-o shots so I stayed away. Do ya miss me?
  16. Hey Linda, Congratulations!!! BTW, we ran outta Jello-shots at 'Snore. Don't quit loggin'. You are an inspiration to all of us.
  17. Or, if you still don't get it after reading it, do it the Sesame Street way and follow the numbers printed on the flaps.
  18. Someday, but fer now it is still a wetdream.
  19. Nah! You taught me to pack! Actually, this tall blonde chick named Corrie at Davis.
  20. Or accidentally shoot the governor.
