  1. Hello Chris, Thanks for clearing up the little history problem.
  2. I won't say that they developed the extreme but they were a part of the decision process. The Xaos is a nice replacement of the Icarus project and I was an icarus fan!!!!!!!!
  3. Wait a minute, i thought we were going to just do some four way, i didn't sign up for any of this kinky shit See you Saturday "skygod" No, no, that was about another skygod
  4. Now THAT is the funniest thing i have read all morning. And Dave, don't be modest, your a small C easy. or DDDD SSMI this weekend?
  5. I suggest a W/L statement on the mini profile. Thoughts?
  6. Last Sunday, 20way hybrid, almost got killed by a freeflyer that can't track and deployed below the bellyfliers at 4G while we still turned points! NOT A NICE EVENT!!!! I think(but am not sure) she learned her lesson!
  7. ----------------- Now that I am relaxed, there happens to be a whole lot of people on this forum who know me personally. My info is correct and I will be at SSMI this weekend. If you have a problem that you would like to address in person. The info in my file is correct, so if you would like to go pound your small sausuage and adjust to reality, feel free to give a shit and join me!
  8. Last Sunday, why? I've done all but the first 5 in3 1/5 years and I am not a skygod by any way shape or form. Slappy happens to be a friend. I could be at 1730, but I am not, so what's your point????/ I jump every weekend that the weather allows! My jump # is exact only because I keep it that way. I could just put 1000+ or 500+ but I care to show currency, so if you check next week it will be different~
  9. My rant about skygods has nothing to do with you Conway. I'm not even upset about your pm. Hey I fixed what I did, it was a lie. In my eyes it was a very very small one and it didn't effect anyone but me. Anyways, don't give yourself credit for my rant big guy. I'm ranting about another skygod who decided I was less of a person ("a non person") because I don't jump anymore. So it was another skygod, not this one?
  10. 1. You should be proud of the fact that you have experienced 58 times what 99.something % of the worlds population can only dream of and be proud even if you never jump again. 2. I didn't out you and wouldn't have, that's why this is a poll. You stated yourself that the # was a lie to make you feel better about yourself. 3. As for the skygod crap started in the other thread, if you were speaking of me which I'm sure that you were you haven't seen me the last few weekends organizing with a couple of 50ish jump newbies on 6-14ways. 4. This started as a question of credibilty and about honesty and integrity. If you took it personally that I pm'd you to correct the lie, not a typo or error then so be it. As I said, life is not a lie.
  11. QuoteOk before this goes any further and Conway's ego gets any larger.. This was an ethics question, I didn't and wouldn't mention names.
  12. Just curious because I PM'd and the bogus jump # was corrected although I was told to just leave it alone. Tried to correct-credibility spelling but can't
  13. And others without license. Did I say that out loud? Then again, I dont know the law, but I know what I dont like. Jump an FX/VX then a Xaos 21/27 and you will find that they are totally different canopies. I think that PD had the patent on crossbracing with the Excaliber.
  14. A Russian and an American wrestler were set to square off for the Olympic Gold medal. Before the final match, the American wrestler's trainer came to him and said, "Now, don't forget all the research we've done on this Russian. He'snever lost a match because of this 'pretzel' hold he has, whatever you do, do not let him get you in that hold! If he does, you're finished!" The wrestler nodded in acknowledgment. As the match started, the American and the Russian circled each other several times, looking for an opening. All of a sudden, the Russian lunged forward, grabbing the American and wrapping him up in the dreaded pretzel hold. A sigh of disappointment arose from the crowd and the trainer buried his face in his hands, for he knew all was lost. He couldn't watch the inevitable happen. Suddenly, there was a scream, then a cheer from the crowd and the trainer raised his eyes just in time to watch the Russian go flying up in the air. His back hit the mat with a thud and the American collapsed on top of him making the pin and winning the match. The trainer was astounded. When he finally got his wrestler alone, He asked, "How did you ever get out of that hold? No one has ever done it before!" The wrestler answered, "Well, I was ready to give up when he got me in that hold but at the last moment, I opened my eyes and saw this pair of testicles right in front of my face. I had nothing to lose so with my last ounce of strength I stretched out my neck and bit those babies just as hard as I could." So, the trainer exclaimed, "That's what finished him off!" "Not really. You'd be amazed how strong you get when you bite your own nuts!"
  15. That's a lot of work broiling crawfish
  16. It's a big circle...... So, jump up and introduce yourself and flash a big smile.... Come to think of it, there are a few DZ's in Texas that could use a little warmer hospitality......... I would take offense to this statement if you are speaking of either Spaceland or Skydive Houston or San Marcos all of which I regularly jump. I organise at all of them when I jump there if noone else is and regularly take on newwer jumpers with the right attitude! I regularly stop and talk to the new tandem jumpers to even make them feel at home as a good will for the dz and to encourage them to take up the sport. If you want to get involved then make it known to the staff and you will probably get involved!
  17. That's why I asked because I heard the prototypes opened worse than the regular Cobalts. When Eric Butts was test jumping the early ones, he was not sold on the canopy at all but then again I don't think he is sold on crossbraced canopies to begin with.
  18. I like that idea, gives more merit to the award but get's us less beer! @ Spaceland we have an SCR almost every weekend that one is available to be had. Last I heard, we are one of the top SCR dz's in the world. When Scotty Carbone was here, we were #1. I figure it has newfound respect @ Z Hills these days where he and Tammi now reside!
  19. Got five jumps on a 75 this week. So far I love it. nice openings.. very on heading, Standard propack? Open in a track or "normal" opening speed?
  20. Brian, How would you compare it to your old Xaos 21-85? Without the out of trim lineset openings!
