    Q

Weren't you reading a few posts back? Apparently they're using Bing....that's pretty 'back channel', isn't it?
  2. It was always going to turn into a night of Trump spewing trash out of his mouth while Biden was talking. At least now they’re doing it on separate channels.
  3. In tonight's episode of Cooking in a Hurry, Steve tells his wife to get back in the kitchen and make him a sammich.....in a hurry
  4. I think I'd like to inject some bleach now
  5. They've been getting a lot of hate this past week, but I for one support the #proudboys https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/04/us/proud-boys-twitter-hashtag-gay-men-trnd/index.html
  6. The PSA crew has gone to lengths to answer that exact question. https://votesaveamerica.com/adopt-a-state/

    Q

Driving home yesterday I was behind a truck with a 'Q' sticker on the back and it occurred to me that I should make up some stickers that say "LGBT" to have on hand and put just before their 'Q' sticker. I've linked to this podcast before, but one of their latest episodes dives into the history of Q in a way that I'd never heard before...like anything Q-related I don't take it too seriously, but these guys have a pretty solid theory on who's behind it, and just how ri-frick'n-diculous they are....Matlock!: https://gimletmedia.com/shows/reply-all/llhe5nm/166-country-of-liars
  8. I hope they find the cockroach that shot them....And the jackasses blocking a hospital entrance chanting 'we hope they die' best go crawl under a rock. The biggest thing they're likely to accomplish is to give Fox News fodder for their talking points on protests.

    covid-19

I had an elective orthopaedic surgery in late June (I was in the recovery room when the announcement came through that they were stopping elective surgeries in Dallas county, slipped in under the wire) and as part of the pre-surgery protocol I was required to get a test. They swabbed me at 11am and I had my results at 8pm that day. A lot's changed since June and I don't know if the 9-day turnarounds we're hearing about are the extreme examples or how prevalent those wait-times are, but at least in one system at one point fairly recently the turnaround times were fairly quick.

You still have TV in Portland? I watched 20 minutes of Fox this morning and got the impression that it was gone...the whole place, burned to the ground.

    Police State

    Curious which city
  12. Is there any place in the US right now (and not asking in that fashion to discount other countries, just want to specify the target of the question) where lack of ventilators is an issue? Early in the pandemic it was a big concern, and as a result production of ventilators ramped fairly quickly. I've been following ventilator usage stats in a few major areas of TX and not really seeing ventilators getting close to full capacity...I'm not sure if that's due to local demand or if it's just that ventilators didn't turn out to be required in as high of numbers as they were thought to be in the very early days. Early on, when all we knew was that "this is highly contagious and severely affects the respiratory system", ventilators were legitimately a huge concern, but in hindsight was it that big of an issue? This morning I was at the office of a major electronics manufacturer who's building some equipment that my company makes, and they've switched into full-on ventilator mode and are cranking them out as fast as possible based on orders that were submitted many many months ago. To be clear, I'm not trying to downplay the pandemic here in the least...A massive uptick in cases and a shortage of ICU beds are obviously prevalent in many areas (and I assume that a vent is likely of limited use if an ICU bed is not available), but are there any places where a lack of ventilators is the bottleneck to delivering care?
  13. "if you get it in order, you get extra points"
  14. It's the grammar: he used "there" and "their" correctly. When people who actually mean that shit type it out, they always mix those up....that's how you know not to take him seriously they're

Why is it that the dipshits who are screaming that this is all just a ploy to hurt Agent Orange in the election are the same dipshits fighting back against wearing masks, arguable the ONLY way to get this at least somewhat under control before the election?
  18. Word has it he's the real man's opera
  19. I believe Brent is asking if he's the 'real man's Oprah'....but proper spelling and punctuation are for libtards.
  20. If you're going to open up that comparison: for the love of all that is Holy, let's hope that Trump doesn't start grinding and thrusting his hips on stage.
  21. As somebody else asked recently, has a SINGLE Q prediction come true so far? Have you been given any reason to think that the bullshit that they're spewing is true, other than that you'd like it to be true?
  22. Well as of now Q is not discussing the Clinton extradition, so it would lead one to assume.....
  23. Pretty soon is relative. It's definitely coming but I have no idea of the time frame. What I find interesting is how many people in the industry are in complete denial that anything will ever change.
  24. I spent the past couple of days on a frac pad in ND testing out some new equipment and it was a weird juxtaposition to see wind turbines in every direction around the site.
  25. Did you not read the context of what you quoted or are you just trying to deliberately mislead?
