  1. There are SN# on frames now except for old antiques. But SN# on parts isn't practical or realistic. Otherwise its a start. Bigun and Joe have ad some answers to these issues before. Unfortunately the US election cycle, the NRA, the GOP and FOX, will kill implementation ....forever.
  2. So take off in a plane... and land in a plane. So not a skydive then.
  3. Some parks have bear relocation programs and some do not. The polar bear relocation program at Churchill Manitoba is probably the most active and famous. About 10% of those bears are relocated by Bell 206. Those are the multiple problem ones. Its not a park but a program to keep them out of the town. I'm sure there are really busy parks in the Smokey Mountains where the rangers really earn their pay with problem campers. But it sure seems like a fun job in bigger parks with less human visitors.
  4. From Canada, Japan, the UK,etc. Only the NRA suggests its from the "southern border". Speaking of the NRA, whatever happened to it. Mr. LaPierre seems to have vanished since his supply of private jets, and $30,000 suits dried up.
  5. I'm surprised that anyone could say that as the response seems to be. Buy more weapons and increase defense spending.
  6. Considering the amount of shift work. "Work from home". Side gigs and double side gigs. Its seems outdated.
  7. Its too late for that.Your brain can no longer respond logically.
  8. The misogynist/racist narrative FOX likes to feed you? What about the popularity of the Junior Bush president. The one that led the US into multiple wars that cost trillions? Tens of thousands of lives? Anyway back to your FOX Feed.
  9. FIFY The latest from the Lincoln Project QAnon, Ukraine and 'biolabs': Russian propaganda efforts boosted by U.S. far right Russian and Chinese officials have also pushed the theory, which has reached mainstream conservative media in the U.S.
  10. So Tucker Carlson, that would be the Rupert Murdoch/ President Putin's little puppet boy. Is spreading a new lie and using FOX to do it. Ukraine has secret bio labs.Tucker: The Pentagon is lying about bio labs in Ukraine The facts "The State Department said Ms. Nuland was referring to Ukrainian diagnostic and biodefense laboratories during her testimony, which are different from biological weapons facilities. Rather, these biodefense laboratories counter biological threats throughout the country, the department said. Mr. Rubio made the same clarification in another congressional hearing on Thursday, noting that “there’s a difference between a bioweapons facility and one that’s doing research.” Which wasn't evidently clear enough for Tucker and FOX. President Putin and President Xi must have some serious laughing bouts when they talk about America. How FOX, Murdoch and their Russian enablers endlessly sell conspiracy b.s. paid for by large US companies. Together with a smaller pillow company.
  11. Russia's wong wei cruise missiles have issues. So Russia launched 30 of its latest air launched cruise missiles at the Ukrainian training base yesterday. Only 8 arrived on target. If nuclear war breaks out there should be about 6,300 Russian warheads total -1700(hits)=4600 warheads falling on Canada.Thats about one warhead every 650,000 square miles.
  12. As always there are the right wing polls you find that support GOP attack targets. Then like a overweight, 16 year old, high school football player at McDonalds. You munch on down on that idea. The ones that are not supported by republican, white, males. All you have to do is look and there will be objective, statistical opinions.Below from LA Times. "Since taking office, Harris has been assigned one of the administration’s thorniest issues: stemming the influx of immigrants attempting to cross U.S. borders. Republicans have sought to make her the face of an issue that they believe could help them politically....Harris, like other female politicians, has increasingly become the target of online abuse. As Harris’ stature has increased, so has the volume of sexist, violent and misogynistic attacks against her on social media, with researchers finding hundreds of thousands of examples....As the country has become more partisan, vice presidents have been less likely to enjoy broad support among the public. Pence, for example, had a net favorability of roughly zero for much of his four years in the White House" Harris has a popularity rating only one percent less than President Biden. So for a Black, educated, woman she is running one percent less than President Biden. Having been the whipping woman for the right wing of US, GOP, FOX partizan attacks.
  13. An employee on Russia’s state Channel One television has interrupted the channel’s main news programme with an extraordinary anti-war protest. The protester, who was identified by Russian media as Marina Ovsyannikova, burst on to the set of the live broadcast of the nightly news on Monday evening, shouting 'Stop the war. No to war.' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URTrP1xHpQA
  14. IMO this all originates with FOX and the other right wing media. The late night Tucker Carlson types that paint every liberal woman as stupid, incompetent and ignorant for leaving the kitchen. What they say, how they say it, when they say it. Is all meat for an insult. Unfortunately their audience sucks it all up On a side note I was astonished that a FOX reporter was killed today. They must have been getting some background footage to supplement their RT news feed.
  15. "And as we provide support to Ukraine, we're going to continue to stand together with our allies in Europe and send an unmistakable message that we will defend every inch of NATO territory with a united galvanized NATO," the US president said. "That's why I've moved 12,000 American forces along the borders with Russia -- Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania et cetra... Granted, if we respond, it is World War three. But we have a sacred obligation on NATO territory... although we will not fight a third World War in Ukraine." They are all positioned there now. Canada has thrown the powerful might of its combat power into EU NATO as well. Including "a CP-140 Aurora long-range patrol aircraft, HMCS Halifax and 120 gunners as part of an artillery battery to Latvia. President Putin is alleged to have requested a double shot of Vodka when he heard of this Canadian contingent. To calm his nerves.
  16. Speaking of the south. I'm surprised that Ukraine hasn't sent special forces out to destroy Putin's bridge: Russia’s $3.69bn Crimean bridge It needs it less now but would be a nice victory for Ukraine. In other news of the decline of the Russian empire. "Russia’s natural population has undergone its largest peacetime decline in recorded history over the last 12 months, according to an analysis of official government statistics made by a prominent independent demographer, as the country battles a deadly fourth wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. The natural population, a number calculated from registered deaths and births, excluding the impact of migration, declined by 997,000 between October 2020 and September 2021, the demographer Alexei Raksha has calculated." Meanwhile: "According to one estimate by a Russian economist, as many as 200,000 Russians have left their country since the start of the war." Mostly educated Russians and Putin critics. While its fertility rate has declined. "The total fertility rate after 2015 began to decline, dropping to 1.5 in 2020. In addition, a general decline in the number of women of childbearing age has also begun(to decline). As a result, 1.94 million children were born in Russia in 2015, but only 1.44 million in 2020."
  17. "WASHINGTON — Russia asked China to give it military equipment and support for the war in Ukraine after President Vladimir V. Putin began a full-scale invasion last month, according to U.S. officials. Russia has also asked China for additional economic assistance, to help counteract the battering its economy has taken from broad sanctions imposed by the United States and European and Asian nations, according to an official." According to the Russian/Putin definition if China supplied aid it would be an act of war. I'm sure Xi will help is fellow dictator out of his current jam. A couple hundred billion now with low interest rates, say 15%. To be paid in oil at a 50% discount to the spot market. Me thinks the vaunted Russian military machine. That the US military industrial complex has sold the world over the last 50 years, was oversold.
  18. They didn't get smarter. They are the survivors of chapter 11 proceedings. Every time oil goes above the break even point for fracking. Which is about $50/bbl. conservation and green initiatives flourish. Which is good. Its just too bad that green initiates don't get the subsidies that oil gets. I'm sure 4x4 pickups are flying off the dealer showrooms in Texas and Oklahoma now. With the price of oil what it is.
  19. Currently the only statements akin to "action" are if Russia uses "weapons of mass destruction". Otherwise the default is status quo. With regards to other posts of Kiev starving, being leveled etc. Kiev has water, which is number one. Food? Well The siege of Leningrad, also known as the 900-Day Siege though it lasted a grueling 872 days, resulted in the deaths of some one million of the city's civilians and Red Army defenders. The ration for non fighters was something like 240 grams of bread a day in the winter. Fighters about 400 grams. As long as the suffering can be broadcast to the world .....well... the status quo can continue I guess. Crap I'm beginning to sound like you.
  20. Latest US polling has Ukrainians trusted and "liked" as much as any other nation. High percentages of people supporting the administrations position. The answer to your question is simple. Many of the refugees speak English. There are lots of children with blue eyes and blond hair.
  21. Agree. The pigs got greedy and got caught with their snouts in the trough. They all got slaughtered. This graph is US rig count and it shows steady increased drilling. "There's little wonder why oil isn't eager to ride to Ukraine's rescue: The exploration industry as a whole had nearly $20 billion in negative free cash flow as recently as 2015, losing $78 billion between 2005 and 2017 as hydraulic fracking took over the industry and drove crude prices lower amid oversupplied markets and overextended drillers"
  22. I personally think energy independence in oil is a transitory issue. As more and more countries wean themselves from oil. It will become a moot point. The environment is driving the world away from oil. High current prices helping of course.
  23. The XL would primarily carry a heavier grade of crude. Which is useful in optimizing the blend for refineries. This explains why Canadian refineries import light crude. This explains why US refiners need heavier crude stocks to balance inputs that have declined from Venezuela and central America. "Total US crude output has risen from less than 5 million bbl/day in 2009 to over 13 million bbl/day in 2020, mostly due to the rise of tight oil production from shale plays. Tight oil has a relatively high API density, making it much light than conventional oil. As a result, domestic supply is becoming increasingly lighter, now approaching 40° on the API scale, creating a mismatch with the desired refinery feedstock density, which is about 32°. Demand for heavier grades of crude has therefore increased, as refineries seek to blend light domestic production with heavy and medium grade oil imports." Someone else posted a day or two ago re crude blends and movements. Which I replied to somewhat the same subject
