Wow. I didn't think I'd get so many responses to my thread. I was curious since a) I'm thinking of buying a Vigil in the next several months and b) I didn't want those 4 Vigils to feel "left out" of the discussion.. All these responses make me feel.....so special.
-
Thanks for helping get those "2nd thoughts" out of my head...and someone else sent a PM too.
-
Not to neglect the Vigil's that fired off... My CYPRES I expires in August and I was thinking of getting a Vigil. This recent incident is giving me second thoughts. Does (whatever the Vigil company is called) have a response about the 4 Vigils that fired?

0:2:0 Second was a nice 7-way with Mad John, Julie, Ego Mike, Rick the Chick, Tom and Conni. 4 pts completed and the other 6 (ex Moi since I suck) completed a 5th.

He looked close, but not quite....I was hesitant but it was close enough for a double take. I did my usual 5.5 mile loop @~8 min pace. Probably more important is that I should get myself to be at an early time relative to when I usually go to bed on a work night. I was hoping someone like Chris Cowden could chime in...you know, as a runner.

Art, some guy named Brett showed up at Byron on Saturday who looked like your avatar pick. I thought it might have been you and you had shaved.

I just got a cold. I was going to go running in a few minutes (my work has a locker/shower area). Any pros/cons about exercising while sick?

It's OK....cutting the cable was deliberate on my part. I have a NetFlix offer with a free trial period on my desk I intend to take advantage of.
-
I don't even have basic and there's no antenna on my TV either.
-
Don't have cable and wasn't invited to a party.

Of course! I don't see why they would complain about little pw-ing to help bump their thread. I'm surprised Bonnie hasn't tried to stand up for BAS though or that Brazillian chick who stole her name either!

Don't think so - I believe that Bay Area Skydiving is San Francisco and Bay area. That's in the US. Byron Bay DZ is called Skydive Byron Bay (http://www.skydivebyronbay.com ). It's on the New South Wales coast line close to the Queensland border. That's Australia. Enjoy. Guys, I know all this - just giving you crap....for stealing all the REAL Byron's key words (Love, Byron and Bay).

GravityGirl, GET OVER TO THIS THREAD RIGHT NOW AND WITNESS THIS PLAGIARISM AND BLASPHEMY!!!

You mean she doesn't have a bunch of TallGuy's old stuff you could just buy? Except your body size is normal compared to him.

To 20 ways Microsoft would change the auto industry

That....was awesome. -
Yes, that would DEFINITELY be a scenic jumping place. I've taken a train a couple of times from Zurich and Frankfurt to Como.
-
Ummmm, Bonnie? I think you need to call the lawyers for copyright infringement.

the worst spot i have ever had.

If it was that bad, I wouldn't get out. Screw the pilots - you're the one jumping. Btw, someone here posted a funny picture of how far out their landing was...like a few miles away and on the other side of a river. -
I think it's called a wrench.
-
I'd consider that a personal attack if I didn't know that I'm just a puppy compared to you. Well, if it makes you feel better, there were some women (I remember a guy too) OLDER THAN YOU in several of my classes when I was at Chico St.

All of them... Hmmm...top few? Oatmeal Cookie Chunky Monkey Peanut Butter Cup Cherry Garcia Cookie Dough Coffee Heath Bar Crunch Chubby Hubby Butter Pecan ....There's too many!!!
-
Me too - it's really irritating. Btw, if that new avatar is you - you're hot. Too bad you couldn't come to Eloy with Orchid and me.
-
Yes. Why does that matter? Because in the eyes of people "in the know", they would be viewed as essentially the same company. I would think (as would most) they it would be impossible to NOT to have some conflict of interest between the businesses. I'll the readers here come up with some examples if they so choose as an exercise.

Just to clear up a misconception - I do not now and have not in the past worked at Action Air. I did work for Flite Suit, a different company at the same location, until December of last year. I am not currently employed in the skydiving industry in any way, shape or form. [anal slightly political comment]But aren't they owned by the same person (i.e. Ray)?[/anal comment]
