Acording to the Icarus guy at the Eloy boogie, your "perception" about the steeper glide angle of the Safire2 vs Pilot is correct...and what I experienced as well. I have demoed a Safire2-149 and Pilot-140. Liked them both compared to my 15 yr old Sabre-150 (getting boring).

Friggin crazy....My parent's three houses in Goleta have a market value of about 2.7M. -
I'd love to respond and agree, but I don't have cable anymore and I haven't figured out how to make an antenna work.

No. If you're going to be more northerly than Sonoma (like wine tasting), it is an option, but it is a C-182 tandem factory and Byron or Davis are probably the same distance. Nice view though.

Go Shannon! 0:1:0 One C-182 jump from 10K...seemed to somehow reaggravate my cold.....grrrrrr.....

Because we're human and we love speculating of course.
-
(Good job Beth) Oh...I hope to see you at the American Boogie or Byron then.
-
Where did you hear about this? Just curious...(btw, the order of the two words...reversed? I hope I'm not just being naive.)

Actually, it reminded me of the fat kid from The Goonies who kept babbling on and on when he was under questioning by the two bad guys and the momma. Nah, Chub (or whatever his name was) just babbled. This guy had an obviousl southern drawl and just rambled on (but not babbled, as in fast talking).

They wanted to take into account those Death Valley jumpers? I don't know.

Interesting...I'll give the credit union a call.

HAHAHAHA Not Colonial as in not living in an east-coast-former-13-colonies-state, but I guess all of us are to you Brits.
-
That's a lot of $u$hi.
-
I'm certainly not Colonial!

LMAO! I'm a sophiscated west coaster, not some Yank or redneck!

I accidentally switched the checks for Comcast (cable) and PG&E (and I remember verifying first! Unless that was a prior month). The $50 check for the cable bill went to PG&E and the $150 check for electricity went to Comcast. And get this - both checks were cashed! I did cancel my cable at the end of the year and this was the final bill, but about the same size as a normal bill. I got a refund from Comcast for $13, but WTF DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH THE OTHER $80 THEY CASHED?!? I'm guessing the only thing I can do is call up the companies. My credit union now has check imaging online and I was able to confirm by printouts which I have that Comast indeed cashed the PG&E check for the full amount ($150) for what the check was written for. Bottom line: Comcast owes me about $90. Others have told me that util companies cash checks in batches - why they didn't catch it and do anything and their bank didn't either.

1-336-226-1488 Graham Cinema 119 N. Main St. Graham, NC The Graham Cinema is a huge vintage movie house of the old school, complete with balcony--one of the last old-style theaters in North Carolina that hasn't been chopped into smaller theaters. What, You mean you didn't keep your receipt? I think my dad gave it it to me - but knowing him, he might still have it!

2175 for a 3Bd? Do you live on Del Playa or something? I grew up in Goleta and went to Dos Pueblos High School (the REAL DP). Btw, will Skydive Santa Barbara be open on Presidents Day (a Monday holiday)?

So what is it? I have a desk lamp that is probably at least 15 years old. I think it may have the original bulb in it, which is showing considerable blackness on the ends - especially one side. I've noticed recently that it tends to shutoff by itself, with only staying on several minutes at a time starting yesterday. I guess it is time to go to Home Depot....or should I go somewhere else?

You sure about that? The World Team website states that all participants must have an AAD...although I don't remember if it said working/operating or not.

Experiences with FliteSuit / Jacket / pants?
Elisha replied to wadebaird's topic in Gear and Rigging
Very true. One negative vote from you. Sorry, doesn't count - hearsay. Unless YOU are a gear dealer and has had these experiences, don't post hearsay. Let whoever they may be post their opinions.
