Why don't you e-mail the USPA and try to get that topic put on the agenda to discuss at one of the committee meetings or the general meeting? It doesn't sound like much "business" gets done at the General Membership Meeting, since I seriously doubt we could ever get 3000 people to attend and form that 10% quorum that is necessary to conduct business. I wonder if we could get that many members to participate by proxy. Regardless, sounds like there should be informal discussion after that meeting is adjourned. Sounds like we can sit in on other meetings too, unless they go into closed sessions. Anyway, glad you are coming Vic! Know of any good sushi restaraunts in the area??

I have an extra tent I can bring if anyone wants to rought it, but no floor space as I am planning on staying in a tent myself. Can't we just use the regular Farm transportation (the buses) to get people back and forth to the hotel? All we need is a sober driver! Any takers???? Come to think of it though, I can't guarantee the safety of either bus as I have driven both of them before. Good point Billy. And what if Brandy wants to do the ash dive and keep it small? I would hate to put her in the position to be on a jump that is so large it makes her uncomfortable. Or to put her in a position to have to turn people that want to be on the jump down. Maybe we should wait to manifest for an ash dive until we hear from Brandy about what she and the family want to do.... I love everyone in that photo too, thanks for posting it Bob. It has extra special meaning to me, as that was the 1st weekend I met all you Roaming DZers. And my life has been so much better for it. Chuck, I am so sorry for your pain. A lot of us are hurting right now, but that hurt compounded with what you were already feeling probably makes it nearly unbearable. You will get through this, I am sure of it. You have your son, hopefully he can bring you some comfort. I really don't know you all that well, but it seems to me like you are a wonderful father, just the way you talk about him. Like someone else said, you must have compassion or else you wouldn't be feeling this way. Accidents happen. A teammate of mine in High School struck and killed a 2 year old child with her car when she was 17. It was on a neighborhood street and the child ran from his mother and their parked car right in front of her. It was a tragic accident. But there is more to life than tragedy. Listen to Skymama, she is one smart lady. People do notice your efforts. I hope you are able to get through this. Please don't be too proud to seek counseling. That would be awesome. Lee loved flying video. He also loved filming big ways, especially for Bob Holler. I think a big way in his honor is an excellent idea. I just can't imagine who we will get to film it. I remember this past Dublin I was on a 6 way and he hopped on the plane and said he was going to film it. My office is having our holiday luncheon next week and we usually take up a collection and get a gift to show our appreciation for our administrative assistants. Since they are both female and I'm one of the few female engineers in the office, I've been kind of delegated to figure out what to get them and get it. So what do you guys think??? I'm bad at this kind of stuff. We should have about $240 for each of them and I want to get them both the same thing. We could split that $$ up between 2 different gifts too... Thanks for your input!
