    I, personally, would not go to the WFFC if they hold it this year. Too many other plans for the summer. Would be open to going in the future though. And just because I would not go this year doesn't mean I think it shouldn't happen. But I know some people like (or need) to plan for these things in advance. I'm already planning on Skyfest and Lost Prairie if I can get the time off work. Just not enough time or $$ to do lots more boogies.     No word on that. I guess the best bet would be to just show up at the hotel and put their bartender to work. If we establish a better, more organized plan than that for before the meeting I'm sure someone will post it. But you know how skydivers are, sometimes it's like herding cats...     Everything here is fantastic! I have sampled Jello J's jello shots many times, although he is not making them as often as he used to. I need to taste yours to compare them. I was sorry to miss the pelthead boogie last year, but I *think* i should be able to make it this year! Keeping my fingers crossed, b/c it would be awesome to see you guys again! Hope you can make it to the St. Patricks boogie, but if not I'll try to match your jello making skillz for Spence. Hey, wait a minute, did you make an extra potent jello shot with red bull??? Maybe I DID get to taste one of your jello shots last year at Dublin!

    FAA Order 8700.1 is titled, "General Aviation Operations Inspector’s Handbook" It may be extremely difficult to find out when a specific change was made, due to the way the FAA releases changes to the orders.     Yeah, I want to go to some of the committee meetings too, but I don't feel the need to go to ALL of them. Chaoskitty and I are flying to Orlando, so no DZ trip on the way home for us. Those are some great questions Gary, ones that I want answered too, and I know you'll have a bunch more. Hopefully we'll get some good information out of making the trip.

    Hey Gary, glad to hear you are going to this! I'll be there too, but like NWFLyer, I had planned on going anyway just to see how this ship is run and to become more involved and educated. Bring your rig, we're planning to sneak off to a DZ in between meetings or something.

    Yeah, and it's sobering to watch Beezy's ash dive video too. I just happened to watch that for the 1st time the day Lee was killed (before I got the news). What really got me in that video was when Lee said after the jump, while he was under canopy, "Bye Beezy! See ya later, buddy." Who knew how soon it would be.     I grew up there too, but moved when I turned 18 so I guess that's saying something. Most of it's not so bad. Nowhere near as bad as Oklahoma City. Does sound like you're living in a bad area downtown or something. All cities have their bad neighborhoods. Just move outside the city or something, if you can.
