I wonder why they have to camoflage the "Terms and Conditions" link. I thought the court order said they have to place the Terms and conditions at the bottom of their HOME pages and in the same font and size and the rest of the page. There must be some information that they don't want someone to see. So, I think it looks like they may be complying as far as the link being there, it's still hidden so unless someone thginks or knows to look for it the way you suggested, chances are, they are going to miss it. Yep, I checked out "Skydive Nashville, and I can see where their website could be considered as deceptive and/or fraudulent. Check it out for yourself at http://www.skydivenashville.com/ I called the number on the site, 1-800-505-JUMP, and a girl in some place called Cedartown, Georgia answered the phone. Then I called the other number on that website, 615-255-1499, thinking, ok, this is in the Nashville area and the same girl answered again. I thought there was a law in Tennessee that states that a company cannot have a locally listed phone number that is routinely forwarded outside of the local calling area. I did see some kind of directions, but there are kinda vague at best, and I had to search for them, but I guess I could find the place. I need an address to enter in to my Garmin GPS so I can find it a bit easier. Oh well, Maybe I may go there some day for a skydive,,,,, NOT! Refuse to Lose!!! I just wanted to thank everyone who viewed my websites today. They hit an all time high for overall traffic today at 4,084 hits so far and counting and the real payoff was the ads. You guys tried to get dirty, but it backfired and now my kid is laughing all the way to the Christmas tree. The ads on his site generated 202 clicks so far earning a total of $292.73 so far for the day, so with your help, My kid will get the new Playstation he wants so dearly. The www.nashvilleskydiving.org website generated a bit less at $104.58 so far, so keep those clicks coming and make sure to click on the Image ads so I can buy my kid the Go kart he wants. My agreement with my kid is that He gets any revenue generated from his site. Thank you very much! P.S. For the "Location" question, Well,,, Why not add the address? Is it too much typing? I did it, and most every other Non sLyride DZ who's websites I have looked at have their Address on their sites, usually somewhere on their home page. Since sLyride has been refusing to add their addresses of the DZ's that either take the certificates or owned by sLyride, a large portion of the DZ's have their addresses in a place that is seen as soon as the surfer hits the website. I will tell you this, about 75% of the calls I get are really confused about where they can skydive because there's soo many damn sites that they hit that don't give a location. Refuse to Lose!!! If you had called someone involved with the DZ at Russellville, you would have called a 615 area code number that is in TOTAL Compliance with the Tennessee State Law! I advertise a local number, have a 615 area code, I live in the 615 area code, and I answer the calls in the 615 local calling area! In total compliance with the law! I am our call center, and I am in the local calling area! I do not forward my call to a call center outside the local alling area! Where is the person at when they answer either the 1-800-505-JUMP or especially the 615-255-1499 number? They are in CEDARTOWN, GA! IN VIOLATION OF TENNESSEE STATE LAW! Like I said before, I have never questioned sLyride's safety record simply because I'm (a) not concerned with comparing oranges to oranges in that area and (b) I have not educated myself in that area to be able to rightfully make a judgement call. When our plane ran off the runway, I was 200 miles from there jumping elsewhere at the time, so I can only go by what I was told. So, therefore, I stay out of that side of the business. You yourself can't accuse me of ever bringing your nor our aircraft in to the picture. Yeah, you may be right about what you said about our situation, but I am not going to state an opinion either way in the aircraft side of the business. So that's one issue that you, Chuck, Paiser, sLyride, or anyone will not be arguing with me over, simply because I'm not in that part of it. Besides all that, I went back and double checked my site and there's not anywhere in there that even tells what kind of plane or the condition of in the site. So based on that, I never falsely advertised about that. BTW, your DZ is more like 52 or 53 miles from Nashville, NOT 25 as stated in your USPA listing and other places.
