Fundraiser boogie a scam at Adventure Skydiving Tn."
Jumpdude replied to Jumpdude's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
They started bragging about it within a couple of weeks after the event. There was stuff that showed up on Youtube, and on the Myspace pages and their DZ website as well. So that still makes it between 6 and 8 months. Most fund raisers I have ever seen had the recipient present at the end of the event for the presentation of the funds that were raised, NOT $100 6 or 7 months later. How Flimsey is that? Fundraiser boogie a scam at Adventure Skydiving Tn."
Jumpdude replied to Jumpdude's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Ok, Why was it that it took 8 months for them to hand over any money, and then they had to be squeezed by the Clarksville HS to hand over a totally lame $100, which was nothing more than an insult when they advertised on their own website that they "Raised a great deal of money for the Clarksville Humane society"? And, as I said before, they did not get a permit to hold a fund raiser, so had they not got caught, who's pocket would that money have gone in to? I do agree that if this were a joke, It was definitely NOT a very good one. All they had to do to stay out of the shit they are in now is to not brag about raising money. Had they kept that to themselves, we probably would have never known it. Based on all the factors weighed in, I really can't see how anyone could see it as not being a scam. It's only consistent of sLyride to scam someone. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org -
Fundraiser boogie a scam at Adventure Skydiving Tn."
Jumpdude replied to Jumpdude's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
It seems that there are more questions than acceptable answers about the Cat Aids Boogie at Adventure Skydiving Tennessee as to whether or not it was a scam. And since there have been multiple DZ.com users/sLyride supporters here that try to say that AST is not affiliated with IgoVincent; DBA; 1800 Skyride, Adventure Sports, Thrill Planet, ASC or any other alias that the company may use at any given time. Let's let the people decide.... When voting, note that there are two questions to answer. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org -

What Can We Do About Skyride II
Jumpdude replied to slotperfect's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Well, unless I read your post wrong, it looks to me like you are still trying to get someone to believe that the different entities which are all owned by Cary and Ben (If he is still involved), are not connected. My last post proved they are. And your point is???? Maybe, you have no point..... Answer to question 4 Guilty by association. Since sLyride/ASC has it's hands in the operations of the DZ at Outlaw, and the staff consists mostly of sLyride/ASC employees, OR as your people call them "Volunteers", That makes sLyride/ASC just as guilty. What Can We Do About Skyride II
Jumpdude replied to slotperfect's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
You keep trying to say that ASC, sLyride, AST and whoever else they claim to be or the flavor of the day, Why is is every time they find themselves in some sort of lawsuit or litigation, it clearly shows that they are all owned by the same company. Here's link to a couple of the court cases, http://funjumper.com/skyride/gadoc.pdf http://consumer.georgia.gov/00/article/0,2086,5426814_38709348_86939063,00.html http://consumer.georgia.gov/vgn/images/portal/cit_1210/3/12/869420861800SkyRide.pdf http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_attachment;postatt_id=72528;guest=28465640 How do you explain that? It sounds like they are all affiliated to me. And you can't say that "AST" is not, just because they are not listed there, we all know they're affiliated, just ask the fuel guy or the Manager at Outlaw where the planes come from, They will tell you Cedartown. And where does the staff come from, and you can't say that all of them are locals. And when someone calls the number that your company is advertising, where is the person that answers? CEDARTOWN! http://www.state.tn.us/sos/acts/105/pub/pc0873.pdf It also shows the same in the SD Arizona case, so if anyone has that link, please post it or pm it to me so I can add it to the comsumer alerts. I missed it before it got sent to the recycle bin. Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org -

OK,,,,, If it was a "Fundraiser",,, Where's your permit to hold a "Fundraiser", or Benefit or whatever you want to call it. As I understand it, the city of Clarksville requires anyone who is planning a Fundraiser to obtain a permit AND the advertised recipient be notified BEFORE for such activities are to be conducted. The way I see it, we are looking either or all of 4 situations here, (A) They have brainwashed you into believing that the two are not affiliated. (B) You know that they are and you are just doing the sLyride thing and trying to deflect, divert, distract. (C)OR, You are just misinformed and find it hard to see through all the bad press, court cases, consumer affairs complaints and even the most recent Clarksville Newspaper report about your "Cat Aids Boogie". (D) ALL OF THE ABOVE! My final Answer is; D! All of the above! What do you think Billy? Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org -

I'm staying closer to the DZ next year. Ya know, I thought that myself, But I did know know if there's a place that is at least as good as the Punta Maracayo (got it right that time) The first year I went down there, I dealt with a travel agent, and she set me up with a room in San Juan The Boogie was in Humacao. A nice hour+ drive each day. YUCK! Refuse to Lose!!! Failure is NOT an option! 1800skyrideripoff.com Nashvilleskydiving.org

When I was in the Army at Ft. Hood, Tx., there was this guy that always did hookers. One day, the word got out that he had gotten crabs, so I just happen to have been racing at the dragstrip the day before, so, I got a cup of 121 octane UNICAL (76) Racing Gas out of the tank and took a syringe and squirted it on his pecker area until his drawers were soaked. UNICAL 121 will burn your hand, so think of what it would do to "other" parts!
