  1. This fucking pisses me off on so many levels. HOUSTON — Animal lovers could never imagine deliberately torturing and maiming an animal, so a judge’s ruling on a case involving such behavior has touched off a firestorm in Houston. At issue was the case against Ashley Richards and Brent Justice, the couple arrested last August and accused of making so-called “crush” videos of animals and selling them on the Internet. A seven-count federal grand jury indictment accused Richards and Justice of making eight videos of puppies, chickens and kittens being tortured and killed. In one case, Justice used a meat cleaver to slash a puppy’s neck, cut off its tail and slice its leg, according to court records. The pit bull pup died. Richards allegedly killed a cat by slitting its throat and stomping its eye with her shoe heel. Authorities said the couple killed the animals in their southwest Houston home. Last week, a federal judge dismissed five of seven federal counts against them and cited the free speech clause of the 1st Amendment as justification for his decision. “I don’t believe he was thinking of the consequences,” said Jennifer Thomas. “It’s horrible,” Sharon Vangessel added. KHOU 11 News legal expert attorney Gerald Treece offered a different interpretation of the law. “You’ve got to stand back and say the 1st Amendment does protect offensive expression, but it’s not absolute,” Treece said. He believes the case could be kicked up to a higher court. People at the dog park were hoping he was right. “I think the disturbing thing is that there is a market for videos of torturing animals,” said Jim Ballard. “If we had videos of torturing children, would he have said the same thing?” http://www.khou.com/news/crime/Judge-dismisses-charges-against-couple-accused-of-torturing-of-animals-204211521.html
  2. I saw the video. I'm pretty sure those large men with the mentality capturing someone that spilt blood on their turf wouldnt take no for an answer. And a lawsuit? Against a goverment agency? Yeah its possible to win...in 60 years. I'm just glad that no more incidents popped up that forced the pres to enact marshall law. That wouldnt have ended well...for anyone.
  3. The only way one would be able to effectively resist against a situation like this would to be in a rural environment and to already be set up and in place before they arrived. Seeing as this is a suburban environment with heli's flying overhead there is little place to take cover. But then the bostonites already gave up many of their civil rights already. So what they did is what they should have done...just let them in cause there isnt shit else they could do effectively.
  4. I saw this for the first time yesterday, but that doesnt mean the article hadn't been recirculated.
  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nfbk3VHsqIA http://news.yahoo.com/man-sued-wife-birthing-ugly-baby-110500995.html Apparently in China, bad genes are grounds for divorce — and six-figure fines "Failed relationships can get ugly," says Ji Lin at the Irish Examiner, but the weird, sad tale of Jian Feng and his wife "really gives meaning to the old cliché." The story starts out conventionally enough: Feng, a resident of northern China, met and married a beautiful woman, and they had a baby girl. That's when things reportedly got, um, ugly. Feng was "so sure of his own good looks, so crushed by the wrinkly ugly mess that was handed to him in a swaddle, that he decided to sue his wife because the awful looking baby was totally her fault," says Madeline Holler at Babble. And then things went from ugly to crazy: He won. Here's what you should know: How was the ugly baby the mom's fault? Since the baby didn't look like either parent, Feng accused his wife of infidelity — "because jumping to conclusions about your wife's faithfulness is the obvious thing to do when you have an ugly baby," says Sam Smith at Planet Ivy. After a DNA test proved that the baby is, in fact Feng's, the wife came clean on her little secret: Before they had met, she had undergone about $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery in South Korea. And unverified before-and-after photos circulating on Western and Chinese blogs do show a marked improvement in looks after the women went under the knife. On what grounds did he sue? False pretenses — Feng claimed that his wife misled him by not telling him about her plastic surgery before they wed. "I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues," he reportedly said. "Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me." A judge agreed, and ordered the wife to fork over $120,000. Ugh, says Babble's Holler. The wife "should probably file her own lawsuit for even more damages from having married Feng under the false pretense that he wasn't a shitty husband and father." Who's the biggest loser here? Well, "it's usually the victim of court cases that you're supposed to feel sorry for," says Planet Ivy's Smith, but who wants to give emotional succor to a "man who is angry at his beautiful wife for being ugly at some point in her life." The wife obviously has to pay a huge amount of money, and got publicly humiliated in the process, but at least she's free of an obviously odious husband. So "if you're going to feel sorry for anyone, feel sorry for their child, who will forever be known as the baby that broke her parent's marriage — with her face."

  12. Between regulating how much candy you eat and how many sugary drinks you have is just the beginning with the fucking twat. Pretty soon he'll be attempt to create laws about how to properly take your trash out. I had a very small inclination to visit New York when I was younger. That inclination has now turned into "fuck that shithole....you can keep it all to yourselves"
  13. So incessantly picking on a girl because she doesnt beleive in what you do makes you an adult?
  14. Shes entitled to her opinion. Feel free to apply a towelette to the moisture seeping from your vag.
  15. LOL, who gives a fuck... not me. --------------------------------------------------------- well you obviously have very low standards
  16. Correct. you have to get a member of the armory to open the cage to have access to the military firearms.
  17. I just want to see how the parents of these two jackasses react. Can't wait to see someone like Quannel X get involved and attempt to assert blame on something else rather than taking responsibility and disowning them for their actions. If I did something like this my parents would disown me and ignore my existance. I'll be waiting to hear how they attempt to own up for what their kids did.
  18. My bad. Since I apologized can I have a hug now?
  19. Besides it doesnt matter if they are 10 or 14. Both of those fuckers deserve to die a slow painful death. And their parents should be held accountable for raising such a piece of shit.
  20. The suspects in the killing of the 13-month-old boy and wounding of his mother are thought to be as young as 10 years old, Brunswick Police Chief Tobe Green said.
  21. Let see how you can tell the difference between a baby faced 10 or 14 year old while theyre holding a gun to your head. In the orignal post the mother speculated one of the suspects appeared to be around 10 years old.
  22. ----------------------------------------------------------- DEVELOPING: Two teenage boys were arrested Friday in the shocking shooting death of an infant, killed in the stroller his mother was pushing. One suspect is a 17-year-old boy, who is considered an adult under Georgia criminal law. The other suspect is 14.
  23. Not trying to discredit what you said...but the guy in your article is named Samuel Mullet. That name is pure awesomeness. Right next to the guy down the hallway at my job named Johnny Pancake.
