Gallup Poll, January 23, 2013. Gallup Poll, April 23, 2013. Pretty easily checked, you know. Oh man do you really think a bunch of stupid polls actually make up what real americans think? The background check proposal couldnt even pass CONGRESS. Much less the house. Your logic is laughable with polls to boot.

What? with their so far stellar track record?

----------------------------------------------------- Well lets think about this one for a few seconds...after the bombing did the NRA come out and release unjustified reports to the media that 'left wing assasins' carried out the bombing with absolutely no proof whatsoever? How about when obama came out and said that 90% of americans believe that the new background checks are for the good of the people and shouldn't be opposed? 90% my ass. The liberal media will use any pathetic tactics they can to convince non free thinkers do drink as much kool aid as possible without actually reporting any facts.

I dont know why you despise Wayna LaPierre so much. So when you go to subway and get a bad sandwich do you secretly hate the president of subway too? LaPierre is a simple man to figure out. Yes he doesnt portray law abiding gun owners in the best light every time but you at least know where he is coming from and you can sometimes laughably predict what he will say next. Which to me at least makes him believable. I dont believe obama for a millisecond.

since when does torturing animals constitute free speech?

Damnit. You're right. This was a federal judge. Last time I checked the feds were still 1-1 as compared to 3 or 4 to 1 for state pen. days earned as compared to days served. -

-------------------------------------------------- At least chickens and turkeys get fed every day before quickly getting killed..and then someone and their family gets to eat. These tortured animals didnt get anything other than pain. -

Yeah I agree. Unfortunately right now they are looking at two years. And as we all know two years in state pen equals 3-6 months. Not very fitting for the crimes they perpetrated. -

Thats just like saying...oh its ok to diferrentiate between black babies and asian babies. They are all innocent. They dont deserve to be tortured and killed just like so many others. Does this mean you think Kermit Gosnell is an OK guy just getting a bad rap? -

If you want to fight back you cant live in a crowded city. Its simply too difficult to overcome. As Ive said before you will have to live in a rural environment and be prepared with MANY associates who are like minded. Create a choke point and be set up with a place to retreat. Being in a city environment simply isnt feasable for resistance. -

I agree with that you say completely. But I can dream cant I? Seriously this is setting a precident that its TOTALLY OK to go out and torture and kill animals...all under the protection of the 1st amendment. -
This guy said this “Look, we live in a very dangerous world. We know there are people who want to take away our freedoms. New Yorkers probably know that as much if not more than anybody else after the terrible tragedy of 9/11,” he said but yet the citizens cant be trusted to take up arms and defend themselves? Fucking brilliant.

Dan these scumbags killed animals for the pure joy of it. Now that he is dropping the charges it seems like he just allowed them to go out and do it all over again. I'm not remotely cool with that. I dont care how many he dropped. These assholes need to be punished to the full extent of the law. -

I want to know the name of the judge that rendered this verdict. He should be disbarred and never be able to be a judge again.
