  1. I don't agree. Even among peers in the workplace, there is no reason for it nor is it constructive in any way.
  2. Right, his job is not talking about his own opinions. There really is nothing to be gained by adding by proclaiming it either. However, it isn't hate speech and I don't agree with firing him for it either.
  3. The difference is that kallend is very open and honest about being a professor, so that makes this attack quite obvious. However, I haven't seen any posts in which you profess to be a teabagger. So, it is time to be open and honest about this. Are you a teabagger JR?
  4. No waiver is going to prevent you from having to spend thousands on lawyers. On top of that, gross negligence cannot be waived.
  5. Off course it is their right to. But that is exactly what drives the reaction by the employer, which is what was questioned by the OP.
  6. Spare me ... as usual you have a reading comprehension problem. I see you failed to see my criticism of GWB but for some dumb reason seem to imply that I am a Bush lover. GWB is a fucking moron!!! Is that good enough for you? Is it any more obvious or do I need to spell it out in English for you. Good enough for me. But with your outstanding reading comprehension, you missed the other two questions in the post.
  7. So how do you feel about Reagan? How do you feel about Bush? (who did have some leadership skills.....except all the companies he lead went out of business) The people voted for these clowns, you can't blame Obama for that.... or are you implying that a large majority of Americans are stupid?
  8. It will cost a lot more to do nothing. Compensation for a worker who is not working due to a workplace accident is expensive. Further, lawsuits will follow if the same accidents happen and the responsible parties do nothing. Those same firefighters you seem to hold in such high regard, are the first ones who will be sueing their employer after the accident.
  9. maybe you can all sell them and pay your debt to the Chinese
  10. Its both and about a dozen President's before them. The real question is, what are you going to do about it?
  11. Spending isn't an issue, spending more than you make is an issue. The problem isn't every politicians pet project. The problem is that they get implemented without any regard and provision for what it is going to cost.
  12. Regardless of all thebantering about who is more at fault. I think, and have been stating such here, that there is no other optioni for the US to raise taxes if they want to emerge from their current dire situation. They will also have to try and curtail spending, though history has shown most countries to be unable to do so. I predict this just to be the start of increased taxes and fees. You can only run up the debt for so long until you actually have to start paying it off.
  13. All those towelheads are muslims Ayrabs.....I saw it on youtube.
  14. The only thing I haven't seen mentioned is what your relationship with your Dad is like and how that will be affected by you moving in with mom.
  15. ahhh yes but the right to bear is necessary to keep a free State, not a free city
  16. I don't get the hatred towards Clinton. Is it because your country was prosporous and meant something on the world stage during his presidency?
  17. Another famous experts predicting article. Like articles of experts who say the climate is warming. And the articles of people who say the climate is cooling. The articles from experts who said a recession would never happen, or that real estate was a great investments. Articles from experts who said that the financial industry did not need better regulation and credit default swaps were awesome. In short, you can get an expert to say anything. AT this point the only thing that makes sense is to agree to disagree and let the future tell us whether the decision was right or wrong.
  18. Except that Pluralis Majestatis by definition refers back to the person using it. Basically he told himself to go fuck himself
  19. It really is funny to see all you guys be all upset about the royal we part....obviously none of you understand what the pluralis majestatis is.
  20. I thought it pretty clear that loonies don't stick to laws almost by definition There really shouldn't be any laws pertaining to loonies...I mean, most of them won't understand it anyways, or follow them. It just makes criminals out of perfectly fine loonies.
  21. I have to say I am very surprised by the outcome of this poll. The pro-gun crowd usually states that gun laws are useless, since criminals will get guns anyways. So, why then would so many of them be in favour of felons not having gun rights?
  22. So you agree that the restriction on felons owning guns is utterly stupid?
  23. Incorrect. Spoons, forks and knives cause obesity. See, more guns will reduce crime and when used as utensils, they will also reduce obesity rates!!!
