The skittles and Arizona iced tea are pretty widely reported. I will now let you argue how those are not groceries.
-
Not disputing that at all. I agree. I wonder though how this changes if Zimmerman had said something like: "yes, run away you scared little nigger, That's all you are good for, run nigger, run". (For those with reading comprehension problems, I am not saying that I think this is what happened. I am wondering how it changes the legal concepts of self-defence and stand your ground)

Will Obamacare be Ruled to be Constitutional?

Yup, we call them lawyers So it is not a Health Care issue, it is a Justice issue. -
Is that why you aren't commenting on the really stupid rest of your post?

I know no evidence has been presented. Up thread I even suggested it could be his first violent offence. No Maybe he is. I wouldn't use somebody's tweets alone as a precursor to violent behaviour. I would suggest it is a pretty dangerous precendent. I would be very surprised if you of all people would not agree with that.

Asking a question is the same as monday morning QBing? Re-read that and let me know if you still think the same. If you do, please let me know how the police would establish the existence or non-existence of a crime without collecting evidence.
-
Maybe that wasn't clear. Why would he run, come back, confront and attack Zimmerman? He didn't have a violent history.
-
If you weren't so serious, that would actually be an extremely funny post coming from you.
-
He did run away supposedly, but then alledgedly came back, confronted and attacked Zimmerman.

Not to me, just wondering what happened. Really? They were told to, but they refused? This is news. Supposedly a friend of the shooter, plus eye witness accounts are very unreliable. A history of smoking dope and writing graffiti on a school locker. Maybe as a former cop and current lawyer you can explain how that is in any way relevant? That means nothing to me. Stories galore of shitty police work. Not like these are all highly intelligent and neutral specimens of the human race. As a matter fo fact, our resident cop just finished posting how easy it is for cops to get jaded. No visible blood, which would be inconsistent with the reported "facts". Why? I don't know, but there is no reason to take it off the table as an option. Yup a kid is dead, nothing to see here, move along. Wow indeed.
-
Right, which is why people are wondering where the blood on his clothes is? And, if he was allowed to change his clothes, why? Would that be normal procedure?
-
Other people have said that as well. I would have run away and put distance between me and that person. DaVinci claims he would have done the same thing. That's why I was asking him.
-
Didn't claim that. Somebody suggested you had to do something pretty serious to get suspended for 5 days. That statement is obviously not true. Also doesn't paint a picture of somebody agressive enough to iniate a fight with a total stranger for no reason. So, my question remains: Why would a 17 year old without a violent history attack somebody without any reason?
-
So, why didn't he?

Will Obamacare be Ruled to be Constitutional?

There is a difference between somebody prefering to be homeless and somebody going on 700 ambulance rides. You may also be shocked to find that many homeless prefer to stay on the streets due to the thefts, altercations, rapes that go on in some of the shelters. However hard it may be to believe, they feel significantly safer on the streets. Taking 700 rides on an ambulance shows they are looking for attention/shelter. May also indicate some emntal disorders, which is very common amongst the homeless population. -
Really means nothing until you see records from the paramedics. But, if Zimemrman's claim is that he was attacked, punched in the nose and had his head bashed into the ground and he fired his gun in self defence, would you not want to document some of the evidence pertaining to this struggle? Specially since the other party to the fight can't talk. I am not saying such evidence doesn't exist at this point. However, if it doesn't exist, some cop did extremely poor work, or there is some serious doubt on Zimmerman's story of how this infolded.

Makes you wonder if a better social network would prevent some of this abuse from taking place. -
Right, nor did I assert that Zimmerman was stalking martin. That is your red herring. I don't know if Zimmerman initiated the confrontation or if Marting initiated the confrontation. Again your red herring. Your red herring. So tired of you constantly moving the goal posts in a conversation/debate/argument.
-
There is evidence of Zimemrman going after/starting to follow Martin through an admission from Zimmerman himself. There is evidence of a confrontation with one dead body. You are making statement quoted above and I was wondering if you had anything beyond Zimmerman stating it? Judging by your evasion, you don't.

Your anecdote seems a little off. Wouldn't every homeless person do this eevry night if this was true? -
I like the guy who closed his doors to job seekers and then complains about not being able to find people willing to work.... Then he goes on that those aren't earnest job seekers anyways, and is limiting his search to those who have worked for a temp agency for at least 90 days. Then he complains that he can't get those people to come work for him at $8.50 an hour. Has it occured to him that those working for a temp agency may already be making more than $8.50 an hour? How does he get to the conclusion that since he cannot get people to go from a temp agency to his company it is because people on food stamps and welfare make more? As posted above, the guy is indeed an idiot.
