What a load of crap.

I'm sure you haven't heard about the Persian Gulf either.

Oil also gets a protected market and a defended and protected supply. I agree, they have played their cards very well.

Or scaled to profitability maybe makes more sense. Trying to stimulate a new market may make a bit more sense than stimulating an incredibly profitable market?

Will Obamacare be Ruled to be Constitutional?
SkyDekker replied to Gravitymaster's topic in Speakers Corner
Through the amendment process only The amendmend process is there to add or delete wholesale changes. Scotus most definitely rules on consitutional challenges and will shape/restrict constitutional rights. -
I wonder what percentage solar subsidies are of oil subsidies?

I was trying to figure out how the stand your ground law deals with somebody being taunted into a fight. Actually quite seperate from this particular incident, though that did give rise to the question. If I taunt somebody into a fight by telling him how good his sisters pussy was and then kill him since I feared for my life, would this law protect that type of behaviour?

Will Obamacare be Ruled to be Constitutional?

Right. No question about how new technology fits in for example. -
Not according to rush. He thinks that if you just read it, you know what the intention was. Voila, case solved.

You are fine with restrictions on the 2nd amendment as well. You have just convinced yourself that the founding fathers agree with you.

Will Obamacare be Ruled to be Constitutional?

Really? There are no questions about the constitution or what was meant by it, or how it fits into today's society? -

Ah, so when there are questions or disputes, you would hold a seance and use the old wigi board? -
Really? In your own words: you have proof of this?

Department Of Homeland Security Is Buying 450 Million Bullets

Considering that plant doesn't manufacture ammunition, the odds on you being correct are very high. -
Must be, I am even going shooting at a local range in a couple of weeks....

Will Obamacare be Ruled to be Constitutional?

Anything paid for by federal taxes and not used by all could be summed up as socialism Fact is, you brought up the homeless people abusing ambulance rides as a sympton of what is wrong with the current health care system. Then you state that what they are doing is already illegal, which effectively means it isn't an issue with the current health care system at all. Maybe it was more an appeal to emotion. -
I am trying not to surmise anything, that's why I asked the question.

Congrats. Welcome in Canada

New gun store opening - run for your lives!
SkyDekker replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
Which means that seeing nudity and the use of dildos on TV isn't going to make them raping lunatics either. Right? -
Is there a point here anywhere?

Or an adult store next to a school. Seeing a gun has no effect. Seeing a dildo will scar a kid for life. -
In that case, so would have been the burning of the Korans. One knew a violent reaction would occur. The violence would likely not have erupted in the US though, maybe that would have been the difference. In both cases I think the actions are irresponsible. Do find it interesting that those who claimed free speech for the preacher burning korans now feel this should be addressed.

I wish this part was further explained. cause the notes from the cop on the police report make note of the back of his jacket being wet from laying on grass. Was he on grass, but his head just happened to be on the sidewalk?
