WHy are you ignoring the witness statements from those who state a different version of the story? -
To drive on public roads, yes. What requirements/restrictions are there to operate a motor vehicle solely on one's own land? One could also carry that vehicle in an open or closed (concealed) trailer over public roads to other private property. I think that when people start driving cars inside their home and killing their grandchildren, there would be pretty quick response in the form of legislation.

So let me get this straight, Al Sharpton and Brack Obama have full control over a large part of the media and are using the media to further an agenda? Pretty much all mainstream media (including FOX) held back on reporting information that was available to them, to help increase the violence? I think all your posts are starting to make sense to me now.... -

https://twitter.com/ChristineDByers/statuses/501556693382094848 ***Caller says she has the officer's side of the Ferguson shooting http://www.cnn.com/2014/08/18/us/missouri-teen-shooting/index.html http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/08/breaking-report-po-darren-wilson-suffered-orbital-blowout-fracture-to-eye-socket-during-encounter-with-mike-brown/ So, all those quotes are either third hand information or hearsay. Yet, you have no problem believing that. Is that because it agrees with your viewpoint? -
You suck at spelling and grammar.
-
Excpet that bs is defined as: when they don't agree with me. On another thread you are using a newspaper article to support your view point. Here you are decrying how the media is useless. Wish my wife could suck and blow at the same time like that.....
-
We already have pro obama and pro obamacare sights I listed them above already I also think it is kind of cool that you will soon be quoting some of these sites to support your viewpoints.
-
I think it is kind of cool Do they all act and look like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC? Just more fake news sights on the list for our viewing pleasure I think it is kind of cool how you love the media when they agree with you, but hate the media when they disagree with you.

Better stop skydiving, operating your car and other pieces of heavy equipment and using power tools. I heard Staples is having a great sale on big rolls of bubble wrap. Yes, that is exactly the same as a granchild getting shot while trying to get to his grandmother.

\ I was watching the news this morning and had the exact same thought. Nice to see some people finally started using their head. -
Israel does the same same thing and continues ot do so. I don't see the US invading Israel. No, that is exactly what lead to the disck swining contest between Jr and Sr. Sr. didn't finish after the Kuwait invasion by Iraq. Jr. wanted to show daddy he could do better. But SH was nowhere near alone in his gruesome behaviour in current times or recent history. North Korea Host of African and Middle Eastern countries Cambodia Let's not forget the US didn't get actively and directly involved with fighting the structured genocide of jews in Germany until Japan attacked Pearl Harbour and after Germany declared war on the US. Using the argument you were going in to save the day just doesn't stand up to much scrutiny. First part didn't end up being true. And if the US had waited a couple of days (maybe weeks) the UN was about to prove that. Obviously the invasion needed to happen prior to that rapport coming out. Coincidence? Personally, I don't think so.

Should mountain climbs or high risk sports be regulated.
SkyDekker replied to Zep's topic in The Bonfire
The problem with that is often the most irresponsible are irresponsible in financial areas, i.e., they have little money, and it would be expensive to try and get it from them. Hospitals have the same problems with the uninsured, they just end up eating a lot of the costs. [actually I don't know that there is a correlation between the two, but the fact is there are a lot of those who can't afford a rescue] So basically we don't want to make responsible for their actions. We like to say that we do, as long as we can call somebody to come and get us when we fuck up..... -
I don't know about you Mark... but I have been drug tested for every job I have had for the last 20 years. I can also remember the golden flow tests of the 1970s in the military... testing positive had dire consequences.. except if your daddy was a congressman. Personally if they are going to pass a law to test the people on the dole..... they need to include EVERYONE on the public dole. Start with COPS...... if they test positive for proscribed substances perhaps taken from the people they are persecuting.. OFF the force... join the people they loathe so much. Test all the damn politicians... if you are making dumb ass laws to punish the least of us.... than those who are the high and mighty need to be tested as well. This. (except it would just create another giant cost centre, who need to get tested by another organization to keep it all fair....) The whole thing is just stupid.

No, but any money required to rescue, or recover those who deliberately engage in these activities should be borne by the user, not the public. Doesn't work. I lived in CO on the western slope. The front range people: Denver, Co Springs, would come over, back country ski, snowmobile, drive their Hummers, rock climb and get stuck, lost, hurt. There was a move to make their county pay our county for the S&R. Didn't fly, because the powers that be, figured the people just wouldn't call 911. There's no regulating stupid. I don't mean recovering from another county. I mean recovering from those who got rescued directly. And if they chose not to call 911 and die; Well, isn't this a thread about adults making their own decisions and being responsible for them? -
Put up a damn picture of something fun you've been doing

First of all, your wife is a BABE. I hope you don't mind me saying that but I'm sure it's not the first time you've heard it. Second, we've done the Disney but also love Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Probably our favorite park of all. Thank you...she is not so bad We went to Universal as well, though not the Island of Adventure park....the regular park I guess. The Harry Potter part was insanely busy, unbelievable. The Transformer ride is probably one of my favourite rides ever! All the kids really enjoyed that as well. To the person who PM'd me asking how come there appears to be a black kid in my family.......really?!?!?!?! -
Not quite what I was implying. The given reason for going into Iraq was because of their threat to the Western World and American freedoms. The soundbites coming back from American soldiers is usually along the lines of being proud to protect American freedoms, or something similar to those lines. That wasn't the stated reason at the time. That is revisionist history when it turned out the original reasons where either a lie, or an epic failure by your intelligence agencies. Nobody is disputing the SH was a bad man doing a lot of bad things. If that is a reason to invade the country, you have many more countries to go. You don't go in and upset the apple cart, you most likely don't have the current situation. If your stated reason was that you wanted to make life better for the people of Iraq, then you have a moral obligation to get back in there and do so. Right now you have made a bad situation much worse.

Of course it is more complicated. However, if you treat everybody with an Us vs. Them mentality, you can't be surprised when they return the favour. -

Yup, they could. But he still should have cleared his area before getting out of his cruiser. Maybe he did, but his story was thorough enough that he probably would have mentioned it if he did. -

Now, he could of course have used a flash light to look around the area that was dimly lit prior to getting out of the cruiser.
