I never thought we'd ever see the day in the US where our First Amendment rights were controlled by a foreign government. What does a corporate decision have to to with first amendment rights? I don't agree with the decision, but it has absolutely zilch to do with your constitution or freedom of speech.

I could go on but it wont matter we completely disagree on what constituents "winning" when you refuse to give the other side a vote or fail to completely acknowledge their vote. For them if they are still breathing and breeding they are winning. How do you defeat that? Please share your superior insight on how to do that since no one has figured it out for thousands of years? Well some have they just didn't finish the job I think I once heard of a guy who was into this whole genocide and ethnic cleansing like you are.

    Burn this bitch down...pretty clear...the first amendment has been ruled not to cover statement such as these. It was an order not a emotional utterance. Cause and effect. Why you would defend these actions speaks volumes as to your character(s) One can only hope you experience the evil your so willing to defend and justify. Or am I misreading just who you include when you write things like "You guys"? Do those strong relationships indicate you approve of their treatment of their people and their type of government? No, then why is it a concern with regards to Cuba?

    OPEC doesn't care about those countries hurting. OPEC is those countries. Some of them, anyway.     Yes it was very simply stated. However, when oil is very expensive and gas is very cheap, it makes sense to spend the money to switch from oil burning equipment to gas burning equipment. When oil is cheap and gas is cheap, that conversion does not make as much sense. OPEC doesn't care about those countries hurting.

Natural gas as well. I don't know where you're from but it's pretty busy here in central Ohio. Lots of fracking happening here. That article is from July. Not sure if you ahve followed the news in the last couple of weeks? But at under $60 a barrel all that oil you are extracting costs more to extract than to sell. It is the same in the Oil Sands in Alberta. Have you given any thought as to why OPEC might not be willing to cut production at this point?

    really interesting you are just ready to just blithely disregard the opinions of these people I'm not invested one way or the other here, all I know was it was a bit off putting to see how 'giddy' the national news anchors were about it this morning. I'd really would have absorbed it a bit better if the delivery and attitudes were professional and objective. Gen Powell made some good statements in an interview about it though. He thought it was ok, but we need to be very watchful and that it doesn't excuse the treatment of the people or the bad policies of the Cuba gov in any way. that seems reasonable You guys gladly do business with Saudi Arabia, spare me the hypocrisy on Cuba.

    If given the option, id prefer to use my abilities combined with my weapon to defend myself over not having it. I hope each day that I never have to use it. You said the police attempted multiple times to peacefully resolve the situation, but in the end violence ensued anyway. Which is exactly why these restrictive laws don't work. Yes it is much better to allow heroes with drinking problems to have guns, so they can murder their ex-wife and her family. She was too stupid to have a gun too I guess.
