Probably. Unlike the Trump Foundation it wasn't ordered to be shut down. The Clinton's and their off spring were also not banned from running foundations. Unlike the Trump clan.

What do you think this proves? Companies and countries making short-sighted decisions is not something new. Sometimes it is even the right thing to do for a particular situation. It doesn't change science.

This is one of the few areas where I will "defend" Trump. Real Estate valuations are not straight forward calculations and it is not at all uncommon to have differing valuations for different purposes. Generally you would want to argue a valuation differently for: taxes, financing and insurance purposes. This is also when you contract a firm to perform a valuation they will generally ask you for what purpose you want to complete the valuation. Under normal circumstances this is not illegal. However, I can certainly see Trump Corp providing false information used in the valuations, which could be illegal.

Considering they claim that it is words spoken, publicity comments made that lead to the violence, the statement is much more than just that. Considering they are requesting Trump send in federal resources to take over a NYC they say is "under siege" by the mayor, the statement is much more than that.

The NYPD sergeant's union posted today on twitter that the NYPD is declaring war against the mayor of the city. Is that what happens in stable nations, police departments declaring war against mayors?

Yet nobody is saying anything about the $130,000,000 of tax dollars since funneled to his properties. Properties who until recently employed illegal immigrants. At the same time, lots of people very vocal about illegal immigrants. Sounds pretty much the same as the first example given. Never mind he is married to a former illegal immigrant who has used chain migration to bring the rest of her family here. But I guess chain migration is only bad when brown people come to the US.....

What about them? No system is perfect. Some people will always benefit more than they should. Trump is a fine example, he gamed the system to allow him to not pay taxes on profits made from borrowed money while not paying the bill for the small contractors helping him. Then we have poor people who are trying to work and do everything they can to try and support their families. The difference between Republicans and Democrats is who of those two you feel is scum and who should be applauded.

You are upset that she showed emotion. Don't you find it ironic that you are now walking back your emotion? You went from a petulant "unable to control her temper" to a measured "inability to quash any display of temper". And you didn't do this in the heat of the moment, you have been doing this over days. If Nancy Pelosi failed, what have you been doing?

Thank you for agreeing that she indeed thought through her options and controlled her behaviour. That does sound quite different from "not controlling her temper". Unless of course you are a devout follower of Trumpian Logic.

I do think it is a lot more than nothing. The Trump impeachment had no witnesses presented, in public, behind closed doors or in any other form. That is not even close to being equivalent to the Clinton impeachment.

Your version: It was the courteous thing to do, because she couldn't control her temper. What she said: It was the courteous thing to do, considering the alternatives. Then you doubled down on claiming you quoted her directly. Like Trump, you seem to think you can create your own reality by simply lying every time you say something.

What are you disputing? Are you claiming no witnesses were heard in the Clinton impeachment? Could you explain what happened in that proceeding from February 1st to 3rd?

Trump is not an oligarch. He has been very good at using other people's money and being used as a puppet. The US has turned into an oligarchy, but I have brought that up in the late Bush or early Obama years. On top of that Americans generally seem to think that wealth equates to intelligence. Idiocy like that doesn't help.
