"Patriots" Uber Alles!!! Hail Victory! HAIL VICTORY! HAIL VICTORY!! ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

I am a Heroin Worshipper ...and proud of it!
jenfly00 replied to jenfly00's topic in Speakers Corner
Today, many people are too ashamed to admit their love and faith in Heroin, because of persecution (and prosecution!). Many people go to needle and yet continue to live lives that are blasphemous to Drug's word. Anyway, in order to meet other genuine Heroin Worshippers in this sport, I decided to post this. I am not ashamed to call Heroin my Lord and Savior. Mock me or Her if you want, but I love Her and She has done everything for me. I am still no where the kind of loving, serving, selfless person I desire to be, but my faith in Heroin has allowed Her to mold me and shape me into a more loving person who actually cares about people. I used to be a very depressed girl who was always lonely, yet very selfish and angry. Knowing Heroin has been the best thing that has happened to me. I am not talking about just going to neighborhood and shooting up every now and then. To me, knowing Heroin means falling in love with an amazing Creator, desiring to know and please Her with all my heart; reaching out to people who are suffering physically, emotionally, and spiritually, being there as a friend. Heroin desires to for us to know Her and I can tell you from experience, She is the most fulfilling thing I've ever had in my life. Call me an over-zealous smack-freak, an uptight junkie, whatever you want. Love me, hate me, but I love Heroin and I'm jen! -
You don't want to throw out a "The wife hit the lawsuit lottery jackpot" just for conversation's sake. People will get all bent out of shape, call you insensitive and start the personal attacks. Should be OK in this case. The husband is dead and will not be able to shamelessly use his wife to further his own agenda. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

I had dinner last night with one of the paramedics responding to the scene. According to him, the guy and his wife had boarded the plane, the man became highly emotional and left the plane, then reboarded, more emotional interaction with his wife and he again left the plane, he reboarded a third time and was "in a total freak state". He then stated that he had a bomb and was going to "blow everybody up". He now exits the plane a third time and is confronted by by air marshalls and shot. From what we know, I support the air marshalls decisions in this case (but not the whole TSA dog and pony show) The reason I'm responding to your post is you worked with the marshalls. The paramedic told me he had a 4-5 inch exit wound on his back. I am astounded that the ammo they use on flights have this much penetrating power. I would have thought something like a jacketed hollow point or perhaps even a glaser would be most appropriate on inflight aircraft. Do you know what ammo they use? ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

Agree on general points but this guy said he had a bomb in his backpack, he attempted to reach inside the backpack ...three in the chest sounds appropriate to me. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

Glad to hear you do not think such behavior appropriate. More is coming, however. My whole family is cops thus all family get togethers pretty much center around cop talk. The new 'looseness' in local enforcement is highly celebrated by your average street cop. You found that insulting? Your neoconservative statements are both prolific and consistent in supporting the erosion of individual freedoms. Problem is, I suspect most of the "patriots" see themselves as supporting a 'right and just' America and would be insulted when called on the content of their statements. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

From the info we have, it sounds like the marshalls did their jobs. Unfortunate as the result was, it seems their actions were justified. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

She voluntarily came to the police station for arrest on a minor charge, she presented no threat to anyone, she was in a police station with presumbably sufficient backup to restrain a geriatric grandmother. How could anyone other than a nazi boy cheer that on? As far as your post history ...dude! please! ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

"I am a professional" "I was just doing my job" Remember these lines from the Mexican police in 'Man on Fire'? The kind of world you desire is not really what America (old version) is all about. Looking at your post history, wouldn't you be happier somewhere where a police state is already firmly entrenched? Seriously, you would be more content and America's freedoms would be less threatened. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

What a myopic statement The facts speak for themselves in law enforcement agencies around the country. The 'rules' for stops, searches and treatment of citizens have changed and continue to change. In the land of the blind ... ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

The 'door' for law enforcement intervention has been opened wide following 9/11. Welcome to New America! ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

Three blondes died and are at the pearly gates of Heaven. St. Peter tells them that they can enter the gates if they can answer one simple question. St. Peter asks the first blonde, "What is Easter?" The blonde replies, "Oh, that's easy! It's the holiday in November when everyone gets together, eats turkey, and are thankful." "Wrong!," replies St. Peter, and proceeds to ask the second blonde the same question, "What is Easter?" The second blonde replies, "Easter is the holiday in December when we put up a nice tree, exchange presents, and celebrate the birth of Jesus." St. Peter looks at the second blonde, shakes his head in disgust, tells her she's wrong, and then peers over his glasses at the third blonde. He asks, "What is Easter?" The third blonde smiles confidently and looks St. Peter in the eyes, "I know what Easter is." "Oh?" says St. Peter, incredulously. "Easter is the Christian holiday that coincides with the Jewish celebration of Passover. Jesus and his disciples were eating at the last supper and Jesus was later deceived and turned over to the Romans by one of his disciples. The Romans took him to be crucified and he was stabbed in the side, made to wear a crown of thorns, and was hung on a cross with nails through his hands. He was buried in a nearby cave which was sealed off by a large boulder." St. Peter smiles broadly with delight. The third blonde continues, "Every year the boulder is moved aside so that Jesus can come out... and, if he sees his shadow, there will be six more weeks of winter. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

Best of luck to you. In my short 5 months of stripping, I saw some women start with the 'right' reasons but I didn't see any who stayed with it more than a year that weren't significantly damaged. Mostly, it's power ... frequently girls diddled by daddy (or father left in divorce) or another male figure who are stuck in a cycle of dangling sex in a neverending dance to recapture daddy's love while experiencing the control they never had when younger. This is inevitably followed by resentment (hatred) of the men they seek the love and acceptance from. Views of men in general become more solidified as chumps or marks to be used and despised while continuing to dangle sex to get the love they want and need. The more they don't get what they need, the more they resent men and the more they use them. From the attention seeking, it becomes a matter of money comes to represent the love. This behavior is not exclusive to strippers. We have all seen it in 'real' life and even on internet chat boards. Some women spend their lives in this dance. The strippers I knew fell into two overlapping categories. Those whose personal relationships were with women and those who used men for money with the money being the substitute for love and the mark of personal value. Conversations in the dressing room centered around how much they had taken men for and what a despicable chump he was. The look of pride on their faces was ...intense. I'm sure there might be well adjusted strippers with good relationships, I just haven't met them. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

No doubt. I think 'American President' is a most delightful, funny romantic comedy. My brother cannot see past the issue of gun control and trashes the movie thoroughly ...absolutely cannot see the light hearted, witty interplay between Michael Douglas and Annette Bening. All he can see is "another damn piece of gun control propoganda". I have no doubt some will dismiss the movie with 'Hanoi Jane' in it as utter shite. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

It's domestic gross was $33 million ...in 1978, so no it didn't bomb. As someone mentioned, it was a difficult movie. It laid open emotions concerning the effects of the war. The infidelity was difficult also (personal issue, I suppose). It was a beautifully done movie, but, no, you didn't leave the theater all light hearted and gay. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

The debilitating addiction (while sometimes chemicals) is power and control. Combine that with the inevitable growing distain for men and I don't envy the original poster. ...and yes, been there, done that ...will never do it again. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".

Indeed it is. It is a price we must pay, however, or allow the 'patriots' to destroy this country. If a court order could not be obtained, what alternatives would you support? Bikers confrontinging the god freaks screeching animal sounds to drown them out. How bout we just beat the shit out of them or even hang them ...and dishonor what this fallen soldier fought for? ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".
-
You would do this, of course, in a non-disruptive manner that was respectful to the family of the deceased. I consider it respectful to use legal means to ensure the family peace to mourn their loved one, you choose to screech like a wounded animal ...and I'm the asshole??? As much as we both dislike the antics of these god freaks, your way (the biker's way) would contribute to the disrespect. Keep the politics (yours and theirs) away from the family. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".
-
Talk about a lose-lose situation. On one side we have a group of flaming assholes. On the other, we have vigilanties using threats of physical harm to teach 'respect' (can you say shades of KKK?). I'd like to stop both groups through legal means. Did you even read what the bikers do? Hell, did you even read the original post? On the face of your reply, I'd say no -- you let your biases shine through brightly. It's people like you who give knee-jerk liberals a bad name. You're right of course. Quite silly of me. I should have realized the bikers would be there to engage in calm, reasonable discussion. Guess it's cause I'm just a knee-jerk liberal wannabe, but I would prefer legal means (restraining order) to keep the god freaks away. I will not allow my extreme dislike of this group to encourage and support vigilante justice. This country has seen too much of that in it's history. ----------------------- "O brave new world that has such people in it".
