And a key reason behind me leaving. That mentality sucks. I have no problem with working late when I want or need to, but the whole first in last out thing when I was working in London, that got to the point where everyone was holding on simply trying not to be the first to leave was f*&^ing ridiculous. I do it during the winter. In the summer i prefer to be out riding my bikes. Its a great workout and its the social aspect that keeps me going to it. My cousins husband has entered strongest man in the world competitions in the past and apparently all the strongman community really rate crossfit as an allround fitness tool. I enjoy it, but unlike some, for me its a means to an end rather than the end in itself Never try to eat more than you can lift

Sorry Ron - this has nothing to do with freedom of speech in the first amendment sense. If I go up to my boss and call them an asshole to their face, then I can rightly expect to get fired. A facebook posting is no different. There are company codes of conduct and so on that refer to this type of situation. Never try to eat more than you can lift -

Yep Thats pretty funny. Obama is up there talking small business, small business, small business extending Bush tax cuts for small biz to help small biz. Turn on your fax machine. I'll fax over all the resumes I'm getting from GE Lockheed, MD, Boeing as they've lost jobs and are now seeking work at non stock firms. I don't see multinational firms hiring anything soon as the market is tanking and adding employees wouldn't help earning. Small biz is key. If you don't think so then that is your opinion. I'd add, The religious right has less relevance in modern politics You can't run a platform of bigotry towards any minority and still win (I'd say that is closely associated with my previous point) The U.S. public in general are pretty smart Even poor people like having healthcare Attacking someone on their record when all the indicators are trending upwards looks a bit silly.
