So, without ignoring our laws and constittution, what (IYO) would work? The status quo is not working, thats not debateable. So SOMETHING has to change. Never try to eat more than you can lift

Everyone defines social ethics. That's how it works. Funny how for 200 years there's always someone Chicken Little-ing about how the country's going down the shitter. And yet it's never gone down the shitter. There's a recognizable pattern in that. Funny also how its generally those that are in the minority at the time (and yes, that works both ways) Never try to eat more than you can lift

Apart from Airtwardo and BillyV cracking me up (as always - loving the idea of a hearing ear dog) thanks for the suggestions everyone! I have the blessing and curse of being able to read stupidly quickly - the kindle has been a godsend, especially here in NZ where a paperback is 3 to 6 times the cost of a kindle book! hey all - have just finished everything on my Kindle so need some recommendations Currently into a lot of sci-fi/fantasy so any recommendations there would be great, but also open to anything else. Here is one for everyone else to get us started - anything by Christopher Brookmyre is good if you like quirky crime novels! Never try to eat more than you can lift

No. Not just MY definition . . . 1) Webster's - 1 a (1) : the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law 2) Dictionary.com - mar·riage [mar-ij] Show IPA noun 1. a. the social institution under which a man and woman establish their decision to live as husband and wife by legal commitments, religious ceremonies, etc. Antonyms: separation. 3) Java-man.com The Definition of Marriage (Nikah) The original meaning of the work nikah is the physical relationship between man and woman. Really? My son is in the market for a new laptop and wondered if he should save up for a Macbook Pro. I'd love to get you started on why they're not worth it! Hey Skymama - I work for a company that moves other companies to Google Apps, and therefore I'm device independent as mostly what I run is a browser. I've probably been given 10-12 laptops of various sorts in the last 18 months through work testing things. Unless your son is doing something very resource intensive (video editing/ heavy development) just about anything will do the job these days. After all that testing I just bought a new laptop for myself, and its a macbook air. My work machine is a chromebook. Never try to eat more than you can lift

I dunno, sounds very complicated. I have this really simple solution called a 'window'. Its basically a hole in the wall except its covered with glass. It allows you to look outside and see what the weather is like. Also as an added bonus I have this other feature called a 'door'. If you're not satisfied with just looking at what the weather is like, this feature allows you to go outside and experience it first hand. Nah, that'll never catch on Never try to eat more than you can lift

Good quote and may even be true. Unfortunately, too many people define Patriot = someone who agrees with me Non-Patriot = someone who doesn't Thats not the case, despite how much those on the far right would like it to be Never try to eat more than you can lift -

I disagree - I think the change will come because people will start installing alternative power and cleaner solutions on new build homes, which make s a lot moe sense from an ROI perspective than retrofitting. Its already happening in fact. This will drive the technology which will lower prices. Never try to eat more than you can lift
