Pro/Anti argument aside, I don't really see the point unless you are looking to smuggle it through a metal detector? If you want to build your own gun, its not terribly cheap or easy because of the equipment involved, and there are probably better and longer lasting home build options in a metalwork room aren't there? if its just to show it could be done, then fair enough. i'm just struggling with the practical application. There was never a constitutional right to own guns, there was always a level of control. The buyback program only targeted a small subset of the weapons that people owned, and the rate of gun crime has gone down if you look at the trends. I toured around California with my wife on one of the new electra glides that I rented. Amazing bike, so easy for long distance. Thats pretty awesome that a 68 model is still going strong. I love the saddles from back in the day too. (Have to admit, I was pretty glad to give it back, its a BIG bike - 2 up it was over half a tonne. I prefer something a bit smaller and a lot faster, more agile, and italian!) Never try to eat more than you can lift
