  1. This seems appropriate http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hnzHtm1jhL4 Never try to eat more than you can lift
  2. I think that's a fairly safe bet. Seriously, who actually supports this guy? Apart from most of the republican front runners who appear to be just as bigoted, chauvinist and racist? Never try to eat more than you can lift
  3. At the start of this primary season I was pretty sure the Republicans didn't have anyone that could definitively run against Obama. What I never suspected would be how entertaining a process it would turn out to be. It's like watching a cop talk about gun safety and shoot himself in the foot every day; over and over and over. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSTIV2esa-k Even Wall Street has resigned itself to Obama winning AND they're reacting positively about it since he's a known quantity. (Devil you know vs devil you don't know.) Watching from the outside, I keep expecting Santorum to turn around and say "Just kidding, I'm not really that dumb." It appears however that is unlikely to happen. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  4. Actually, yep. No issues. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  5. Hmmm that has a sense of unreality about it. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  6. Most unfortunate Santorum headline ever: "Santorum blasts Obama during Cumming rally" Never try to eat more than you can lift
  7. I love this sort of response Never try to eat more than you can lift
  8. Using scripture like a drunk uses a lamp-post - for support instead of illlumination. Awesome. Actually, the original language is 'Thou Shalt Not Murder'. Wow, God spoke to Moses in ENGLISH!!! Just fancy that! Too easy. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  9. Ahhhh - hypocrisy in the name of God. Awesome. Luke 6:37. Or how about, Thou Shalt not Kill. We could quote bible verses all day, the bible has zero consistency and therefore is used as a tool for whoever is weak enough that they can't come up with a decent argument of their own. It also still wouldn't take away from the fact that Santorum's a f'n idiot. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  10. Isnt this the same guy who is "pro-life" but supports the death penalty? Never try to eat more than you can lift

  12. True - pragmatic people don't. There are those however who would have this taught as "Science" Never try to eat more than you can lift
  13. And I agree - the best result would be that the school boards decide it would be better off in religion class. At least here, one religion is not allowed to impose their views unopposed on kids who could see creationism as science if their teachers spin it that way Never try to eat more than you can lift
  14. Then this is the way to do it. http://www.greenfieldreporter.com/view/story/482625c1a69848e1b65e9957e44493b5/IN-XGR--Creationism-Bill/ I think this is a good thing. Hopefully as it says in the article "she believed broadening the subject matter might cause local school boards to hesitate before deciding to insert religion into science classes". All the creation myths have a similar standing in science so they should all be given equal footing. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  15. There you go again Bill, confusing the argument with actual evidence. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  16. I found this http://mashable.com/2012/01/17/sopa-dangerous-opinion/ was a good discussion of why this is so bad. The summary is as follows, but the whole thing, and the bill itself is worth reading. "SOPA: Gives the government the right to unilaterally censor foreign websites. Gives copyright holders the right to issue economic takedowns and bring lawsuits against website owners and operators, if those websites have features that make it possible to post infringing content. Makes it a felony offense to post a copyrighted song or video. This bill turns us all into criminals. If it passes, then you either stop using the Internet, or you simply hope that you never end up in the crosshairs, because if you’re targeted, you will be destroyed by this bill. You don’t have to be a big, mean, nasty criminal — common Internet usage is effectively criminalized under this law. This bill will kill American innovation and development of the Internet, as it will become too risky to do anything of value. It is toxic and dangerous, and should not, under any circumstances, be supported. I hope that this helps you to more clearly understand why SOPA is bad. Rhetoric is efficient, but you should know what you’re opposing and why you’re opposing it. It’s difficult to read and understand, but if you care about the Internet, free speech and personal freedom at all, you owe it to yourself to understand and oppose SOPA." 18. Don't confuse "Droid" and "Android" "Droid" is a trademark that refers to the motorola Android phones. All others (HTC, Samsung etc) are just "Android" Phones. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  19. Both. Did 10 years on skis, then 10 years on a board, and now I do either depending on the snow. In deep powder you can't beat a board, it feels like surfing. If I am back country (skinning), or on less good snow, definitely skis. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  20. Starbucks app. Starbucks isn't coffee I'm just sayin'. Never try to eat more than you can lift
  21. Don't go blackberry, RIM is dying - their core market that was enterprise is going to iPhone and android. What's your email? If you are in gmail, you cant beat android. Anything else, then grab an iPhone and an android in the shop and see which one ou like best. You can't go wrong with either. I do a lot of work with google, so my bias would be android, but then I am typing this on an iPad, so go figure! Never try to eat more than you can lift

  25. DL IE 9.... you will love it I have been using it for.... MONTHS I'm curious- how does it compare to -Firefox? -Chrome? IE9 copies a lot of ideas from Chrome. Having said that it does them well. FF used to be king of the heap but no longer, unless you are a developer. Forget IE8/7 - they are pretty much junk (not standards based). At the moment, Chrome is on top IMO, but IE9 is improving fast. Looks like MS might finally be starting to understand the web. Never try to eat more than you can lift
