no kidding. fortunately he's developed a little fear of heights, but those rocks weren't steep enough for the fear to kick in. for the most part he doesn't see dangers that we avoid without even thinking. its so much fun to take him out in the wilderness, but it really keeps me on my toes. as soon as he's old enough to comprehend instruction and pay attention, i'm going to enroll him in climbing classes. i haven't been over that way yet, but i intend to get over in that region at least once this summer. i've been in idaho for a year and feel like i haven't seen very much at all. i think you could spend a lifetime exploring this state and still find something new every day.
