  2. I need some help trying to find those pictures of some Golden Knight swooping his stiletto 120. He's like shreddin' this pond and he's all out on his rears. rewad: they're awesome pictures and I would like them for a school project. Na' Cho' Cheese
  3. do the links go with the canopy or the risers/rig? I just had to untangle every single line from my stiletto 120. EVERY SINGLE LINE Na' Cho' Cheese
  4. Sigma tandem rigs. Larry's pissed because the tandem team just got brand new PC-1000's and they only video tandems 2 days a week. The other days they just freefly Na' Cho' Cheese
  5. Javelin Odysee fully artic. stilettos: 97 for that one girl 107's for everyone else except this one dude has a 120. PD 113r. cypres. factory divers with neptunes and pro dytters. Larry Miller has flat top pro with pc 105's. I guess for fun they just ordered brand new skyflyer 3's. I only know this because Larry Miller the camera guy who I know personally came down to jump at Toledo where he started. Na' Cho' Cheese
  6. I have 2 audibles in my optik and it works to be heared fine behind the padding. it has little elastic holders on the other side of the padding. if not maybe try putting 2 audibles in 1 pocket. Na' Cho' Cheese
  7. I remember reading in the sims about that and the reasoning is to help prevent intanglement. If you have a dual sided rsl like racers do you must or it will choke off the reserve. Na' Cho' Cheese
  8. Thats not too much of a downsize. It is a downsize and is stepping over to highperformance parachute. I'm not going to say he has a lot of jumps but he does have 260. If he hasn't been in trouble I'd give him a good briefing of what to expect. maybe even have an experienced canopy pilot/ instructor "test jump" both canopies to see how they compare. If 260 jump guy could find a stiletto 150 to jump a few times that would be better but not nessary. Na' Cho' Cheese
  9. Jarretts sounding out: [or-ga-sm] dude your right! Na' Cho' Cheese
  10. rhythm is 2 syllables which means there needs to be a vowel for each syllable. Rhy-thm. Na' Cho' Cheese
  11. what I don't get is why they make high performance canopies so big i.e cf 159. a few months ago I packed a 150VX for a guy that was probably around 160-170lbs. whats the point. it seems like its kind of encouraging for low jump number people to buy them. their arguement is "its only 160 sq.ft" Na' Cho' Cheese
  12. good point about being uncurrent. I think a big part of learning and therefore downsizing is being current. thanks for straightning that out for me. Dude it is the american thing. Na' Cho' Cheese
  13. I think we're not getting all the information. It's probably a big crossfire. Maybe he's gotten some good coaching. I edited mine because bigway edited his. ALLs good. Na' Cho' Cheese
  14. HEY! whats more IMPORTANT? be safe OR have fun? I was just joking. Ignore this post. Na' Cho' Cheese
  15. yeah they can sit where ever they want... not much of a choice they always seem to sit next to the pilot with the back towards the dash. seatbelt on all the time with a rig. briefing usually takes less then a minute: in case of emerg. jump out pull the silver. grab toggles and bring them at about shoulder hieghth (its usually a sport rig). we just climb over them. Na' Cho' Cheese
  16. I don't know it seems at the DZ I jump at we don't stress over who's over wingloading. We're pretty safe and haven't had many accidents knock on wood. but when I go to other dropzones they look down upon me for what I jump. I don't blame them. to answer your question when I was off student status I went right to a diable 135 (1.2:1) but have grown up and have been jumping a batwing 116 (1.5:1) once I got to 100. I'm comfortable where I'm at right now and probably stay in this range of canopies for the rest of my skydiving career. don't quote me on that. Na' Cho' Cheese
  17. FINALY!!!! I won't buy one though Na' Cho' Cheese
  18. PC 1000, FFX. No stills. Na' Cho' Cheese
  19. Toledo Washington will let 16year olds skydive. you need some parental consent. Na' Cho' Cheese
  20. dude you used to have a racer didn't you. I thought you were a racer buff. Remember me and my dad brett Martin from Taft. Didn't he sell you a racer. What happened to you Na' Cho' Cheese
  21. dude I got so much crap when the episode about the Jew gold came up. people still ask me for my Jew Gold not the fake pouch around my neck. Na' Cho' Cheese
  22. I see that mountain everyday at school waiting for it to blow up again. Na' Cho' Cheese
  23. I think it depends on the mal. if its spinning lind twists from hell and your on your back I'd cut away no lower than 2000ft. but if its something like broken lines I'd probably do a control check and if it doesn't work out I might get rid of it at around 1500ft. P.S. I pull at 3000ft. Na' Cho' Cheese
  24. I could see someone freaking out if they saw a guy using something that just looked like a car battery. Na' Cho' Cheese
