Even if there is such room there can be more than one reason to decide to reject a treatment plan. Sometimes the treatment can never be a cure and can be worse than the disease in the eyes of the patient. Whatever ails you Ron, I hope you find a way to cope and possibly even recover. Keep us posted as much as you feel it is appropriate for you to do so. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

Actually it does have a lot to do with the current situation. They all became Republicans. That is the current state of affairs. You need to understand that to understand the present. Of course, the Marc is merely obfuscating as a troll. He is perfectly well aware of all of the history. This thread must be a lot of fun for him. But then sunrise and sunset would happen at the same time everywhere. You can't trick me billvon. I know that there is "clock conspiracy" run by the elites. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

I have a friend like that. Extreme tracker. Once I was on a two way behind an 8 way he was on. The video clearly shows a full 15 second exit separation, which was what the conditions called for. The 8 way did not go all that well and broke a little high. My friend tracked a little longer, maybe 3 or 4 seconds longer than normal. Shortly after opening my fisheye lens video shows him coming almost straight at me with a not quite fully open canopy. Close enough to fill about half of the frame. Only luck saved both of us. It's not always the "following group's" fault. Large groups can sometimes have members that track into other groups if they do not maintain discipline. On the other hand, Brian Burke pointed out when he reviewed the video that as a two way group there was no need for me to track up the jumprun. There are only two parties for KKK members to belong to. They are far more likely to be Rs than Ds today. Neither party offers any official support to the Klan. There are individuals within the R party who quietly do support them. That does not mean the Party supports them. It is important for leaders of both parties to loudly and forcefully work to send them back into the dark places they came from. The current POTUS, and some of his supporters are failing in this duty. For the most base and crass of reasons. They feel they can get votes from them by tolerating them. When you are as far out there as the KKK, tolerance from anyone with power is the first goal. Now that they can feel they are reaching that goal, God help the USA if they are able to start working toward their next goals. And that is why they need to be ground to pieces under the heels of those in control. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free. -
Of course Obama was able to get 60 Democrats and 2 independents to vote for a healthcare bill. And he can't do simple math either. 52 minus 2 = 50, plus Pence = 51. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

I am going to accept that you observed this in your life experience. However I question the objectivity of just how often it was the case. And I also wonder just what the white drug offenders tended to blame their problems on. The toxic combination of a cycle of poverty reinforced by a culture of suppression through racial preferences is a problem in many places. The roles of victim and perpetrator are usually intertwined. As is the role of police and the court system, both protectors and suppressors, caught in the middle. There are no easy answers to these societal ills. In my home city this set of circumstances applies to a portion of the native population in much the same way. If you feel that is the only thing you can do, then it is at least a good start. So...Bannon is back at Breibart. And suddenly you are posting obtuse observations that make no sense again. Maybe just a coincidence? Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free. -
There is no "correct" brake setting point for a main canopy. It's a matter of preference that you need to figure out for yourself. Usually with your rigger to advise you. If you make them shorter to get the last bit of flare you may find yourself pulling down the tail of the canopy when you are front risering. If you make them longer to avoid that problem, and especially if you don't have long arms, you may need to take a wrap to get a full flare. If you like to use the fronts on final approach you won't have time to take the wrap safely. Some people rarely use fronts. That makes the calculation easier for them. On top of all that is the fact that if you have Spectra lines they will surely shrink with use. Life has it's compromises, you need to find the ones that work for you. What can you tell me about parachute systems rigs?
gowlerk replied to THier220's topic in Gear and Rigging
It looks like a good way to take advantage of the high value of USD against the Rand. Most foreign manufacturers have been simply taking the extra profit from this situation. It looks like PS has decided to use it to increase their market share. It's a win for any new jumpers looking to get nice new custom gear for the price of used. If it becomes popular it may even drive down the price of used gear. And encourage the big players to hold the line a bit on their regular yearly price increases. But don't forget that you will also have a lower resale value when you want to sell it. And as far as canopy sizing goes. Always ask for a looser rather than a tighter fit. Post a link. Not enough info to comment. But in general their stuff is OK. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free. -
Ask the Russians for ideas. They've had some experience there. If they can't help ask the Brits. They may have some institutional memory. It will end the same for America as it did for those two. Why don't the generals see this? They probably do. But what fun is it running a military if you don't have military stuff to do? In my mind, yes. You are correct about new top of the line custom made containers that fit you perfectly costing $3000. However, we both know that you did not pay $3000 for it 10 years ago. And it will not be custom for anyone else. Of course, this is just my opinion and the real price of this stuff is what the market will bear. In my opinion, if you get 1K out of it you are doing well. But I also would not consider you a scumbag seller for asking more. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

Ever spent much time in Kansas? Most of it is actually rolling hills. Where I live is flatland. I think the flattest place I've been to is the Delmarva peninsula. Elvis is God,God is Elvis. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

I'm Canadian an even I am well aware that Lincoln was a Republican. And that till the 60's and the Johnson administration, the Dixiecrats were the party of Jim Crow in the south. Until Nixon figured out a way to harness their anger over the Civil Rights Act and racism and completely changed the strategic focus of the Rs. All very interesting, and a good study of how party politics can change. But your hatred of the D party has nothing to do with their past and everything to do with the progressive liberalism they represent today. The way you keep harping on this subject makes me almost suspect that you might possibly be slightly hypocritical. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. I see them as all just pulling our collective legs. It's just a cool club where they get to make up funny theories to explain their "belief". They are laughing at all the people trying to convince them of the facts. It's an inside joke. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

Nearly always down at the low end of the FM dial. I listen on Sirius mostly. But Morning Edition and All Things Considered are not on satellite. You have to get them from the local station. I then stream it on my phone. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

These people have always been around. What you call "losing your mind" is the reaction to the fact that suddenly they feel that they can operate openly. Antifa groups are working to push their filthy faces back into the caves they have been emboldened to emerge from. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. This reminds me of a Canadian hero. Terry Fox. All Canadians know who he was. I doubt if many Americans have heard of him. He is celebrated for an heroic attempt that ended in complete failure. I've often wondered if only Canadians could feel this way! The comment I made was in reference to the fact that after Lincoln was assassinated and Andrew Johnson took the presidency the former confederate states were largely allowed to immediately begin rolling back the gains that were paid for in so much blood. Normally the victors write the history. In this case the politics of governing combined with outright racism enabled the traitors to regain control and respectability they did not deserve. Alexander Stevens quote: "[Our new government's] foundations are laid, its cornerstone rests, upon the great truth that the negro is not equal to the white man," Stevens said, in Savannah, Ga. "That slavery subordination to the superior race is his natural and normal condition." Yes, of course. Statues of this man are exactly what are needed. Celebrate the losers. What in God's name does this statistic have to do with liberals wanting to enslave the population? And yes, your spouse is the person most likely to murder you. Especially if you are a woman. So cower in fear when you sleep at night if you are married. Always remember the brave children who died defending your right to bear arms. Freedom is not free.

Now that's downright funny. I'm trying to imagine just where you would need to be standing, and what kind of fun house mirrors and trick lenses you must be looking though to see the world in such a twisted fashion!
