When you start using the fact that people are behaving in a reasonable and rational way to attack them, you really should start to consider that you are everything that's wrong with modern political discourse. I don't consider either of them a gotcha thread. I would have thought DACA would be right in your wheelhouse. I realize it's tough keeping track of everything you hate about Trump. Be that as it may BHO's 2012 XO was unconstitutional and he knew it. The most interesting thing about DACA is how Trump has managed to force the R party to legalize it shortly.     Not all rigs are designed to close the same. The Vortex closes similar to the Vector. The grommets are designed to be offset. If you were to close them so tightly that they touched, the flaps would interfere with the cover flap going into it's slot. Smiley face is a myth. Several people will post disagreeing with me. Until that time DZs were not required to have AOCs, and private pilots were just fine. A lot of things changed in Canadian rules for aircraft dropping parachutists at that time. I seem to remember that jumping through clouds was forbidden before that. I only started in 1992. It could be only legend that the rules were changed in the wake of the Lake Erie tragedy. Almost as though you think if you can find small errors or exaggerations it will somehow mean that AGW is not happening. Leaving the hurricane cycle and warm water completely out of the equation it should be clear even to you the sea level rise will make the effects of storms worse. And sea level rise is happening, is measurable, and further increases are somewhat predictable. This is not the end of the world.     My 2 cents. And that's all it is because I don't know you. First, skydiving is not for everyone. Like I said I don't know you so I don't know if this is the case. With the number of jumps you have and the problems you are having it is possible. But on the other hand you probably have a fair amount of determination. Quick question, what period of time did these jumps happen in? Sometimes people accumulate student jumps at the rate of a few over many years. Is that you? After those things are ruled out I would say yes. You probably would benefit greatly from AFF jumps. But you should only need one instructor. If the instructors at your dz are not willing to jump one on one with you I'd say you have a very serious problem. You are scaring them.     There may have been basically no rules here at the time. Even now there are very few. And the few that there are pertain mostly to demo jumps. There is no repack cycle rule in Canada by law except for demos for example. And no TSO standards for gear either. Only CSPA rules.
