BIGUN replied to chuteless's topic in General Skydiving Discussions

I'm honored to have several of those, but also Joe Kittinger in mine. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
Well, at 6'6" and 245# and do more Cessna's than Otters. Two criteria - 1) they can't be over 200# as me, gear and them = 25#'s less than my reserve max weight, 2) They be somewhat agile and do a couple of door dives with them to see if I'm going to have any "shimmy" out the door issues upstairs that I can correct on the ground. To me the only perfect size is the one that's right for the student, instructor and rig. I've seen itty bitty females make for as great (and sometimes better due to demeanor) a TI as much as big muscular ones. Oh, wait. Sorry, you said "evolution," not "revolution." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Cessna - Backflips off the step. Otter - any type. Casa or Skyvan - facing aft backflip. KingAirs - diving. If ya like unstable exits - take an odd-number of folks up on a meat missile dive - the whole dive will be unstable. Hi Mar, You're more than welcome. Sorry we haven't been able to jump topgether this year. It's been an interesting year. Next Year though, definately.

If you don't pay it in full in the first year, finance charges will be retroactive and then compound interest on that retro finance charge. By the end of year two of ownership, this finance package would cost you ~$250 - $300 and as much as $500-600 over the term of the note if you start making payments the first month. The only win on this is to pay it off in the first year. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

The puppy in the store is probably guaranteed a home. If you go with the rescue puppy, s/he will be guaranteed a life. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Ditto to what Miami said. For me, it's a 1:1 relationship. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

You're welcome. Thank you for the compliment Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I usually pack psycho-pack them for about the first 30 jumps to help slay the ZP demon, then revert back to a pro-pack. Nothing really wrong with a psycho-pack, just my preference. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Just went thru this last month on my tandem rig. It failed the cold weather testing parameters so off to Germany it went. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of return. Initially, I was told 4-6 weeks, but got it back in a week and a half. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Ya paid for the tandem, didn't ya? Ain't no free rides on the Bigun. We got us a production company and everything. I got partners to think about now. SYnthesizers to pay for... AD wants his cut, Kris wants his. It's a for profit organization Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Oh c'mon up ya big lug... You think you and me will have to pay for the other two slots on the plane?!?!? Better yet, let's go do a tandem together and stress test the Icarus canopy... ummm wait a sec... that'd mean we'd be stress testing the reserve too... probably not a good plan. Woo Hoo!! Game on, brother. I challenge you to open a Compaq, HP, Gateway, eMachine, Dell or any other component assembler and tell me the difference. In the early days, eMachines (not unlike Dell, Gateway, et.al) got a bad rep for using inferior components for market penetration, but have since moved to the more mid-stream manufacturers. Bottom line - its about brand loyalty now. If one want's a PC where the R&D is done in-house, then we gotta go with Toshiba, Sony or Mac. IMO the one's I mentioned previously are all 2 year disposables. Buy it, fire it up, work on it for a couple of years, toss it and move on. If we're talking ultimate machines... ya gots to build it yourself. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
