Very sad news. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
I'm feelin the love, lady - back at ya. {{{hugs}}} Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

OK... wait. Is the "Block Ad" you pointed me to, the same as the top banner ad? Edited to add: Got it... Forum sponsorship vs. block ad... Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Thanks, Guys... you can smell the Skyfest Boogie banner ad coming, can't ya? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Searched, scrubbed & reviewed for how to purchase and costing matrix of banner ads. No luck. How does a boogie or event purchase a banner ad on dz.com? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Who makes the tools now? Name one of the tools and who makes them (inner voice, of course) Do you even know the name of the rigging tool manufacturers and whether they have liability insurance? Anyway, here's the point - all of these tools were derived over time. Usually by riggers trying to find a better-way. I know one rigger who has this magical way of sliding two tables together, laying a racer down on it and creating some type of foot loop to close the friggin thing in a zip. Someone gonna sue the table manufacturers since they were used as "rigging" tools? The rigger is responsible for the reserve pack job and harness. The tools, methods, processes are all his/her responsibility. In the end, their seal is the endorsement of their work. The tools for accompishing this are their choice. I really find this hard to believe, but am receptive to more information. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Sen. Mike Fasano has stated that the Pink Plate would only be upon conviction and for the duration of the penalty. Upon completion of the term, the offender would return it to the tag agency. This was implemented in Sarasota some years ago. It worked for awhile, but like graffitti, eventually just became part of the landscape. Gearing up before getting in (was: Tandem Fatality)
BIGUN replied to goofyjumper's topic in Safety and Training
I can be somewhat of a prick when it comes to helmets on during take-off and roll and up to at least 1-1500' before removing it. My prickness was validated when a friend and former student was ejected from the plane crash while wearing her helmet. Instead of having reconstructive surgery to the right side of her face, she needed a new helmet. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -
I actually tape it to the bottom of my foot so I can always say, "I landed on a dime." Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Well, it fits me well. Can't speak for others. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

As with all and my most recent "second-hand" purchase. I get a bill of sale that includes; make/model/serial number for each piece of equipment (can be gotten off the packing data card and matched to actual equipment), amount exchanged and both parties signatures. Takes five minutes. Just bought a new accuracy rig!! Vector III, PD 300. PDr 254... first jump - landed it on a dime. And how's Mar? (P.S. living in Cleveland Ohio now) Skyfest is on my radar for next year. You? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Yup... here ya go... Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

How you should have a high wing-loading in order to maximize the performance of the canopy design. Not have a high wingloading just to have one and/or without the requisite experience and/or training. It's not unlike a recent thread about a less than 18 year-old who had never ridden a motorcyle before and a CBR 600 was purchased for him. It's not that he couldn't ride it; it was that it's level of design is intended as a superbike and one can quickly find themselves at 140mph in third gear. If one doesn't know how to enter a curve at those speeds; bad things can happen quickly. Here's a hyperlink to Icarus' explanation of performance and wing-loading choice. http://www.icaruscanopies.aero/choosing.htm Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Not a bad little program you've got going there. Innovative. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Well, I can't argue about the extractor shitting the bed over time and you're right about plinking 500 rounds on a Sunday afternoon. Now that I find myself residing in Ohio (Strongsville) about 3/4 time, maybe we can go do some plinking this winter. I've taken a bull barrel 10-22 out of the box (own five), put a bipod and decent scope on it; zero'd it; and done the .5 inch 10 shot pattern at 100 yards without the match grade barrel or comp trigger kit. On a separate note; I just picked up a new FN HP SFS 9x19 pistol... that has a "Safety Fast Shooting" cocking lever... I'm wrestling with this one. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Ditto. But, get the bull barrel and bipod for the .22 and a fairly nice scope. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
