R A01-1 is the part number. Lift up that orange flap at the bottom and underneath it will say something like "R590" (Well that's what mine says). Mine's an M-Flex built in 1999. Then reply to riggermick with that number so you can get the right size main & reserve. What Terry told you was right. No matter how much money you're paying them, riggers will get angry for asking them to step outside the manufacturers' specifications. You know how many times a day riggers get asked to do something like that? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.
-
My fellow Anvil Brother. Please heed their words. The combination of the rig with a reserve rated at 240# is not a good scenario. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Consider the center cell black and all the rest magenta. WHen you're packing, you always know which one is the center cell and you still get the colors you like. Having said that; it's your canopy, you're the one paying for it. Get what you want. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I'd go for the line first; but if the finger's gotta go, the finger's gotta go. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Take a clean logbook to the DZ, they'll guide you on what to do and write. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Start with rejoining the USPA and getting your license back - it's in the computer. Then go to a DZ. The B License will verify you've met the requirements for that number of jumps and the DZ Instructor staff can help you from there. Walt Rosso has finally finished all 50 States!
BIGUN replied to TFFTM's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Met Walt at the 2001 or 2002 WFFC. He was wearing a 173rd Airborne cap. Went up, introduced myself and he asked if I wanted to make a jump which we did. Next day is the sponsored Casa all Women's naked jump. Everyone on the DZ watching the bevy of beautiful naked skydiving ladies load up the plane. We watch them exit, freefall and open under canopy. Walt is standing behind me and I hear him say, "Ya know, I said a little prayer last night asking God if he could make it rain T&A; and by gosh He did it. I laughed for two days. He passed thru Tulsa two years ago on his 50 state trek. Sent me a 173rd Airborne Flag. Congrats, Walt!! You're what skydiving's about, Bro. The bottom line is this: You must be 18 to to do a tandem. In most states, you must be 18 to make any kind of skydiove, not because of skydiving, but because we have you sign a legally binding "Assumption of Risk" (contract) which most States will not honor unless one has reached the age of majority. There are dropzones near you that willl allow an AFF skydive at 16 with parental consent - if both biological parents sign. If you are the product of a divorced family; both biological parents would need to be present to sign the waiver. Not true. Remember, it had been cooked 15 hours before and sat out for 13 hours. What's the rule on leaving food out, Mad Scientist? Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Clean this up a bit and contact the three credit reporting agencies (below) to have an explanation of the B/K situation in your report. Be proactive in getting this statement on your credit report first, rather than having to explain it to a lender. Also include the steps you've taken (two jobs, etc.) to resolve your situation. Then, go to your bank or credit union to get financing PRIOR to using a dealership's financing. Please do your best to avoid dealership financing. They're really not in business to "repair your credit." I disagree with Lawrocket on getting a credit card; secured or not. It can be perceived as a future open-ended additional debt on your credit report and hurt what's left of your score. This "may" or "may not" be a factor with lenders who wish to have collateral against their loan. It "may" hurt your debt ratio more than help it. Please place the statement in your credit reports, then establish a relationship with a banker - tell him/her about the $2,000 you've saved. They can help you repair your credit many times more than a car dealership. While it may take a little longer to get your new vehicle, you may save a lot of money in finance charges and accelerate your credit building. Sometimes Credit Unions will let you join after a B/K and only penalize you 1 point over the bank rate if you submit a reason as to the circumstances of your bankruptcy. If you were just irresponsible, it prolly won't fly, but if there were mitigating circumstances... medicsl bills, both laid off from work at the same time, etc. Those things out of your control. Try calling a Credit Union. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Pic 1 - It's referred to as a "hip ring," but it's an articulated harness based on your measurements and the ring is not necessarily on your hip. Please look at the heads down picture on the skydivewings page where his articulation ring is placed. http://www.skydivewings.com/products.htm Pic 2 - RSL's Fine Pic 3 - Chest strap looks perfect.
